Joey and Ronnie removed my old pool cover and replaced they worked together as a team it was obvious they were extremely experiencedThey were patient and kind to my dog as he ran around the work place. Coversafe installed my 20X40 Hydraulic pool cover 18 years ago and it has been great. Especially with 4 little kids at the time. Safety is always priority. Their service is spot on and their techs Francisco and Cesar were terrific!!! Showed up on time did the yearly service on my cover and cleaned up perfectly. Highly Profesional and I recommend them 100%.

Had an issue with our pool cover being stuck closed. Ronnie provided excellent service with a smile. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. The administrative office people we were in touch with were also very pleasant.

This is my first time using Coversafe and I am now a customer for life. Quick response, pleasant on the phone and notified me when they would be at my home. The technicians were awesome. He didn’t just slap the part on, he painstakingly made sure the cover ran smoothly. The two technicians cleaned up so well if I wasn’t home I wouldn’t have known they were even there.

The CoverSafe team of Long Island is the best pool cover service around. Their rapid response time with great knowledge of cover systems make them standout. I am a builder and sometimes retrofitting these automatic covers can be tricky. Ronnie and his team provide the support system to make all new installs come out perfect.This LI team is a must use cover provider if you are looking to install new or retrofit.

The pool cover was working extremely sluggishly and didn’t have the zip to make it through a season of rains and heavy use. Novenstein and Ronnie were here right on time and replaced the faulty part under warranty and the labor was covered by their service plan. I would never be without their plan!
