I had a mechanically sound 2005 Toyota camry with faded and peeling paint.After recieving many estimates I thankfully chose Autofix. They were sensitive to the fact that I was paying out of pocket and gave me options .The work was done as quoted and the results are amazing. It was a pleasure to work with Lori, Jacqueline and Tony did an outstanding job. They were honest,professional and easy to communicate with. Strongly recommend!

I had a great experience. I needed front bumper replaced and a few other things as well as paint and they did an amazing job. The color match was great! They told me a week and that’s exactly how long it took. They kept me in the loop through the whole process with text messages and not only did my truck look great but they also cleaned and vacuumed the inside. Definitely would use them again and recommend.

I brought my 2019 VW Passat to Autofix after a fender bender. The staff and owners are very professional. They took care of everything. All I had to do was, drop off the car. I received constant updates of the status of the repair via text.When the car was done you couldnt tell that the car was ever in an accident. The bodywork and paint job are flawless.

Used them for an insurance claim. Everyone there was very courteous and the communication was excellent. Sent me text alerts about every status change on my repair. Work was excellent, everything looks as good as new. Also they detailed the car when they were done, the interior looked cleaner than it ever has. Thanks!

Was only in there for about 5 minutes the worst customer experience I ever came across and Im a contractor, manger there was so disrespectful. felt like I was muscled into paying 370.00 for a free estimate as they say. They charged to take my car apart and then when I felt the estimate was out of control and they were charging me for things they werent going to replace but charging me for. After all that I paid the 370. and they werent putting it back together. so now I have e ti put my daughter back together so she could drive the car as it was driving when it went there.

Outstanding service, Brought my 2010 Mustang there a few times and they have made my car look brand new every time. I will continue to bring my cars there in the future, They stand by there work and complete everything nice an quickly.

Auto fix does an amazing job, I have a 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee that was hit while parked out side of my home and I was miserable that my newer car was ruined. I had never really had body work done on any vehicle but Auto Fix returned the car looking as good as it did the day I drove it off the lot. Very nice employees and even did a beautiful detail job when retiring my car. I would highly recommend using them for all body work needs.

I was impressed with the daily updates on the progress of my vehicle repair. The customer service was outstanding. The vehicle i picked up after repair was cleaner than the one I dropped off which was a pleasant surprise.

My car needed repair due to an accident. I dealt with the owner of the company and she was very helpful and explained the entire process. She was wonderful. After a few days I noticed some film on my GPS display and brought my car back in. Both owners came out to look at it and within 15 minutes it was corrected with a simile. My concerns were handled beautifully. Excellent customer service. This is the place you can trust.

That got me my car back 4 days earlier than promised which enabled me to return my lease on time. Owners are great people and the work was outstanding. Car was back to factory condition.

Autofix is a great shop. My van was hit while it was parked on Christmas eve. Geico had me into Autofix and into a rental quickly. Although it is hard to find parts for my van, Autofix had it fixed quickly and effortlessly for me. Autofix had the van washed and vacuumed for me before i picked it up. Autofix even called Enterprise and had them come and pickup the car from thier shop, one less worry for me. I am so glad I choose Autofix for my repair.

Ive been a customer of Autofix since 2006. In that time, Tony and his team have helped with 3 collision repairs, including one from this summer, a $20K repair of a BMW X3. A great shop! They have done work on both of my cars. Tony is a great guy and stands by all of his work. They are an Allstate preferred shop ( ranked #2 as per Allstate)I had some issues with the paint peeling on the replacement nose on the wheel wheel inside edge. Tony took care of it and had the car back to me the same day.I have had nothing but good experiences here.

Absolutely great. My fiancé and I were rear ended and they did a great job on the bumper which took an arm and a leg to find something . When we pick the truck up the entire truck was clean polished looked beautiful . About a week after we picked the truck up and realize we needed to do the brakes but we couldn’t get the Lugnuts off I called Lauri at auto fix and asked if they could just help us get the Lugnuts off absolutely wonderful told us to come down no problem .Customer service it was great Lauri and her husband really know how to run a business to bad there’s not more great people out there like them thank you so much 🤗

The owner is straight forward and honest. Had my car fixed after an accident, and reviewed before purchasing. Tried other auto shops and had bad work done to my car. This is the only auto shop I will take my car to have work done. Fair and reasonable prices as well.

We brought our truck to Tony for a bunch of different things, including one problem with the air conditioning that others had tried to repair unsuccessfully. We were extremely pleased. Everything was fixed and the price was much lower than I expected. The office staff were professional and extremely nice.

Excellent repairs and service. Owner took extra time on a weekend to help us after some confusion about where car had been towed. Really went the extra mile. Have had several cars repaired or painted here and have zero complaints about the quality of work or treatment from staff.

VERY RUDE!I first went to this place when I had minor accident and then I was told that they do the oil change as well and as its close to my home I decided to go to them.I clearly mentioned that there was a low washer indicator on my cars dash board and do check while performing the oil change but when I took the car and went home I see that they didnt fix my low washer issue and when I called them they(especially the receptionist) were so rude that they even not bothered to listen to me and now I doubt if they actually did any oil change or not at all .Please dont waste your time going to this location they are just waste of time.

I used AutoFix on the recomendation of my son who recently had his car repaired here. So glad I did! They are even Nissan certified and that allowed them to put real Nissan parts on my car when my insurance only paid for aftermarket parts. Autofix has been fixing my cars and trucks for years and never had a problem. I have been using mechanic shops for oil changes, tires, windshield wipers, but even these simple things are higher quality at autofix based on my past as well as recent experiences.Now since I have been aware of their additional mechanical services: brakes, oil changes, tires, etc, this is my family place to get quality work done. I have had bad experiences at 100% mechanic shops and autofix has just recently fixed my windshield, fixed my rear-view mirror, new brakes, new tires, oil changes, minor as well as major accidents.I will continue to use autofix as my dedicated car maintenance and body shop repair. Tony (owner) has many years of experience and he will be brutally honest. Some people cant appreciate that, but I specifically look forward to his answers to all my questions.I recommend them highly.

RUDE! The lowclass kid didnt even get off her personal call to talk to me. Then tells me that they are open to 5 but wont perform my service after 4pm even though the insurance company says they perform it til 5.Dont waste your time with this low class operation.

Went in there today and asked for photo inspection with my insurance ID card on my phone and she said she needed actual paper I mean seriously so I went to near by auto shop and they get it done in 10 mins ...

They use horrible paint that doesnt match. The owner makes terrible excuses instead of trying to work with the customer. I had to take my car back twice!!! Indeed. Learn how to talk to your customers with some decency.
