Joe from Perfect Bodies found the problem right away and knew exactly what to do to resolve it before our next getaway. He had limited time and made it happen! He even went out of his way to get the part that was back ordered from another source to make sure our trip wasnt ruined. They are the absolute BEST‼️

Ok so I had an instance where my roof was severely damaged on my 2017 Tacoma and under an insurance claim, it would of been replaced. However, it was not run under insurance and I did not want a replacement and my truck was repaired to near perfect standards. Now being a tradesman and an engineer I understand why the repair job couldnt be perfect and I am more than satisfied with the repair. Specifically Joe (owner) and Matt (works the front desk) went above and beyond their position to ensure my vehicle was repaired. My case was very intricate and tedious and both Matt and Joe worked efficiently and professionally to get the job done and get it done to extremely high standards.When you pull up to this place, it is big and it is impressive. Employees will come out (Joe and Matt in this case) and look at your car/truck and just display their knowledge and professionalism immediately (which as a technician I truly appreciate). They work on exotic cars and that is because they are top-tier. Now if you need service, you will pay above-average prices but their skills and knowledge scale with the price. So if you are the type of person who wants something done right (and I mean RIGHT) this is the place to go to. The extra bucks are well worth the service. Everybody there is kind and wants to help you immediately, versus standing around waiting for someone to come by and ask what you need.I would also like to give a shout-out to the Woman who detailed and cleaned my vehicle because what an immaculate job she did. Not only is she beautiful but everything smelled clean and looked shiny and new and my steering wheel and shifter were covered and protected until I got there. It felt like I got into a truck at 0 miles just rolling off the lot for the first time. It was pristine, and I have very high standards.All in all, if you need body work done or other types of repairs, this shop is absolutely worth looking into, I would come back here time and time again if I needed to (since I can do repairs on my own I wouldnt need to often). And even if you know nothing about the labor and skill required to get a specific job done, expect honesty and fairness across the board. This is not a shop looking to screw anyone when they pay out-of-pocket.Absolutely brilliant work. Thank you guys again for going above and beyond to work within my parameters while maintaining professionalism and getting the job done beautifully. You guys are the best of the best!

Perfect Bodies provided excellent service when I needed them. I was rear-ended and needed repairs - after Perfect Bodies was done with it, youd never know I was hit at all. The work was done quickly and without hassle. They were able to communicate directly with the insurance company and provided me with a loaner car while I was without mine. I cannot recommend this place enough.

Perfect Bodies is hands down the most professional and detailed repair shop Ive ever been to. I started coming here 4 years ago at the recommendation of my parents. Through a Hyundai and now a Range Rover, the work is always done right and done fast. They are great with communicating with you and having their own onsite rental company is pretty clutch.When Jaguar/Land Rover wouldnt cover an A/C condenser issue under warranty, Joe was able to offer a much better rate for the work/parts needed. It was the 3rd time my A/C was being worked on; the first two being at the dealership. This time with Perfect Bodies, it was done right. The detailing done with it was impeccable. The car looks beautiful!Besides their work, Joe and their entire staff make you feel like family. This is absolutely a place you can and should trust. Thank you guys!

Joe and his team did a great job on my 2018 Thor Quantum. Looks good as new, and they kept me informed about its progress all through the process, they really think outside the box to make repairs better than original with RV repairs . Joe and his crew went above and beyond. I brought my truck in after being sideswiped and not only did they do an excellent job fixing the damage, Joe looked at all the small imperfections on and in my truck and fixed many of them as well with no up charges. They really care about the finished product returning your car to you perfect not just fixed. On top of the work they did the staff was very helpful and polite from start to finish. I was given a nice loaner suv that was clean and sprayed for covid-19 ( my personal truck was also sprayed at pickup). All and all I highly recommend Perfect Bodies Auto-Body Inc.

To Joe and all the people here at Perfect Bodies Auto Body I want to say thank you. This last year has been hard dealing with a minor stroke and wife’s battling cancer. To have someone vandalize her car which she loves was heartbreaking. Perfect bodies auto body is a great body shop. They are willing to work with you and make sure you get the car back ASAP. I was in NY to visit and I needed my windshield fix. They were able to work with my insurance company and get the windshield fix less than one day. Everyone there were very nice, especially Joe who made my experience less stressful. I am very happy with the quality of work they produce and will continue to recommend them to everyone!!!!!

I have been using Perfect bodies for about 10 years and have never been disappointed. I go to them for auto body work, oil changes, and everything in between. Joe and his staff are polite and friendly. They make the experience all that much better. I recently wrecked my 2014 Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk and they put it back together as if I had just purchased it. He even has rentals available for those big jobs. Joe and his team are always awesome. Have been going there for years and it is the only place to go imo. Immediately following an accident, he will help get the car there, put you in a rental car and explain what to do and what to expect so fast you almost forget you had a problem. Had an accident at 3:20 and done with the police at 4:15. Arrived 5:20 and dropped off the car, recieved a plan of action and driving away in a rental car at 5:35. Actually stayed late to help me out. If you want someone who knows A LOT about cars and someone who will go the extra mile, Joes the guy.

In Suffolk? This is the place to go for bodywork and vehicle restoration. I learned the hard way by having sub-par work done at some of the other shops in the area. At least have them quote. When you see the facility, and speak to the people there, the difference will be obvious.

Couldn’t be MORE disappointed in this place. Had paintless dent repair done not too long ago and couldn’t have been more pleased. Went for an estimate today for these scratches. $1,568.91. They’ve lost me as a customer.
