Barbara is AMAZING. Today was my first time with her and she was so professional and talked with me the whole way. Her patience, communication, service, her poise, everything about her was 10/10. I am definitely keeping her on speed dial and sending all the females I know to her. She communicated with me when there was availability. Barbara goes out of her way to make sure she is detailed and thorough with her art. Even with her detailed artwork, she still made it on time for her next appt. I’m so cheap I don’t ever tip where the customer service isn’t present. Also she has her product that’s 3 in 1 that I invested in for pigmentation, ingrown hairs, etc. Investing in that, u won’t regret. Every time I come to town every month she is the first stop I’m making. This is definitely painful esp if your pain tolerance is slim to none like mine but it wasn’t so bad the way she took care of me. Go to Barbara and you won’t wanna go anywhere else!!!! Barbara was great at calming the nerves before getting waxed. Her space is very clean and you can tell she uses top of the line wax. I have now switched over to her permanently. I wouldn’t go anywhere else! Overall a great experience.
