I had such a pleasant experience here. The men who worked there were lovely to deal with and they had masks on the entire time I was there. They didn’t just put the mask on when I walked through the door, they really took the health and safety protocols seriously and it made me feel so at ease renting during the pandemic. Wonderful customer service, lovely people, good clean car. Would highly recommend!!

I only gave it 1 star because the staff was extremely nice at this location. I reserved a truck and trailer a month ago. Arrived yesterday, was told no trailer was available. The were able to find one for me in Ocala Fl., 2 hours outside were I was headed. Did I mention, the truck AC went out. Hottest 700 +miles ever. Anyway, upon arriving in Ocala, the staff member has no idea what I was there for. He eventually figured it out and pointed to a trailer parked between other trucks with no space to safely back in. Not, until I had a emotional break down did he realize that it was impossible for me to back up to the trailer in a 26 ft truck. No assistance was offered or any instructions until my display of complete frustration. Ive yet to receive a call from Budget, that I was told would take up to 2 hours after contacting them yesterday. Im sure others may have had A+ service, I did not unfortunately. What a way to celebrate one of the most important days of my life.

I highly wont suggest them, I’d choose uhaul any day over them, they charge a 25 year old and under fee Of $30... worst truck I’ve driven in, so bumpy and awful. U haul was SO MUCH BETTER.

Just had my move last week my boyfriend and I remained impressed with their efficiency. They are quick and courteous. I did remind them a few times re fragile items but as long as you point it out to them they are fine. I was very happy and will totally use again and refer to friends. Great job, good price! Thanks!

Gave me a truck that stunk of beer in the cabin, windshield was literally obscured with love bugs, and did not drive. Notice the dangerous tread on tire. Charged me even though I did not use the truck.

Simply put this was the easiest move I have ever had. After getting quotes from a few movers I decided to go with this mover. Yesterday they showed up about 2 hours early and got to work. The guys were really nice and very efficient. The total cost of the move with tip was under the budget I had set. I will definitely use them again for future moves.

This is 2018, no? We still cant match online inventory with store truck inventory? WOW! I reserve online for convenience, not to be sold something I didnt ask for. This company really does not know what they are doing. Looks like the only thing they know how to do is waste my time....

We have rented several times. The customer service with Colin is excellent, however, the other attendants need a customer service review course. The last time we rented we returned the car with the gas to the level it was, so I am questioning the additional charge which came later.

For the first time I try to take service from them I will never let my people go there anymore I have my reservation for a truck pick up when get to they location they take one hour befor the talk to me after one hour she told me no truck shes texting in her private phone dont even care about customer very bad service I will never doing business with them no more

I was really impressed by the movers . I had a great experienced with them very effecient, honest and most of all very reliable they took care of my things without damage or scratches in my furnitures and appliances. Great choice with this moving company.

Vehicle was mechanical sound, however it was given to me dirty. I found candy wrappers and wads of gum; seats had something sticky on them. Cannot recommend.

Ive never had such a great experience renting a car, these folks are simply fantastic and have the customers best interest in mind.

When movers arrived at our home, they wrapped all our furniture and protected all our fragile items with extra care. When they came at our new home they wrapped the bannisters and put some protection on new hardwood floors. I am glad that the other moving company had cancel my move, so we experience the professionals at work. Nothing got damaged or scratched.
