I originally reserved my Uhaul at a different location, about a mile away from my home for 9:30AM. Upon arrival, I realized my reservation was changed to 10AM. We waited till 10AM and called, when we finally got someone on the phone, they told there was no truck available at that location for us. The location was about 15 miles round trip, and additional $17.85 just in miles, not even including the gas. But lets set aside that, and talk about the location for the pick up, as that is what this rating is for. Over the phone, we were told to ask at the counter if we can drop off at a closer location. On Saturday, June 5th, there were 3 KIDS on schedule with no real adult supervision. When I say kids, its due to their attitude and lack of respect. Trent, was very respectful and assisted us as best he could. One of your employees threatened my husband, saying Im outside, come outside, lets settle things. WHAT?!?!?! You really want to fight my husband right now??? All in front of myself and another unrelated customer. In addition, the other employee on shift, was talking ill about one of your other customers. How nice!!! 3 kids working the counter, and the only one that was respectful was Trent. The other 2 were the least bit professional. The customer service offered at this location is horrible and you should consider having a manger at this location to make sure your staff is not talking ill about other customers in front of other customers or threatening them to come outside and fight. TERRIBLE customer service.

Honestly, most uhaul rental places are an absolute drag. this one is quite the opposite. very professional and knowledgeable. this is the only uhaul i would rent from in vero.

I used to go to this store once a month, but I started having some problems with the staff. Last time I noticed that the guy that hooks up the trailer was high and smelling weed like he just smoked. Very unprofessional. I decided to try the pompano beach store and then I realized how bad is the Boca Raton one. The store in pompano is much more organized and the staff is much better. DO NOT USE THIS STORE, go the corporate owned store in Pompano that is few miles away. Same prices but MUCH better service.

Aweful and terrible service !!! When I was there the owner was rude, disrespectful, sarcastic and treated me with the worst customer service ever. He also made me and other customers wait outside the facility in the heat while saying he needed to keep the distance meanwhile he himself didnt even have his face mask on .. He was really rude and had not skills for customer service ...I would never recommend this place.. I ended up renting a truck in a place 5 mins from there, they had the truck for me immediately and ready to use while this company lost a sale for having an owner rude, sarcastic and with lack of skill for customer service

Negative reviews of this store are not honest. I have used this store for years, never been disappointed. It really helps to make a reservation online. People at this store are as helpful as the customers are patient. If you walk in with an attitude, dont expect them to go above and beyond for you.

I have used this location many times for truck rentals. Very helpful staff, very easy rental process. Very fair pricing. Just an overall easy and pleasant experience.

Great storage facility, but heres the real thing - they have ANY kind of U-Haul equipment you could ever need. Trucks, trailers, and car haulers of every imaginable size and configuration.Their customer service is fantastic, too. I recently had a difficult situation where, during a one-way move, I tried to return my 26 truck and car hauler trailer to the location that was on my rental contract. The location on the contract refused the vehicle and trailer, stating that they simply had too many trucks and trailers.The manager (probably owner?) from another smaller U-Haul location referred me to the location at 5555 North Dixie Highway, in Boca Raton, FL, who was not only able to help by accepting the truck and trailer, but was even able to make sure I didnt get charged extra for returning it to a different location because of the contracted locations refusal to accept it.Thank you so much for your help, guys!

Price and service was reasonable. No one wants or likes moving. However, I feel that I was treated fairly.

Guys are friendly but Im annoyed because they charged my card 3 times told me the truck had a full tank and it was only half full and the guy didnt check the truck before I left, trucks are messy and smell bad and I ended up flipping the gas bill because I didnt wana argue, but to see my card charged 3 times since Sunday is final and last straw will be calling corporate on this site.

Very helpful, good service. Have rented from them a few times and never had a problem. Less crowded on weekdays for sure.

I rented a few vehicles from U-Haul the last ones for a friend that was moving and the people in there was great it was fast getting through the lines at the truck I wanted everything was great thank you very much
