Before my wife and I met Fred we were getting skeptical about having our pool remodeled. Everyone else we called either didnt show up for the appointment or was ridiculously expensive. Two wouldnt come because they had a $50,000 minimum, WHAT?Fred showed up on time for our meeting and we had a proposal within 2 days. We signed the contract and they started delivering materials the same week.Fred or one of his supervisors were on the job every day overseeing the job. I dont think there was one day when someone wasnt working from the day they started. Our pool was completed in about 10 days.I am a state certified building contractor who has been disappointed by several pool contractors in the past. I know a good contractor when I meet one and am very glad I met Liberty Pools.They did a great job for a great price and we highly recommend them to anyone looking to remodel their pool!

After contacting several pool contractors seeking quotes for remodeling and resurfacing of our pool, we found Liberty Pools and Kyle Pontes. Most of the contractors that we previously contacted either didnt show up or provided non-specific estimates without a clear timeline for getting the job done. Kyle was clear and straightforward, he gave us a prompt and realistic estimate for the work to be done and a two week timeline to complete the work. Well, two weeks later, we have a completed project. Liberty Pools added a bench with jacuzzi jets to one end of the pool, replaced the pool pump, resurfaced, retiled and replaced the very old coping. The work was excellent and the pool looks beautiful. Kyle responded quickly to even the most minor issue that surfaced during the construction and made sure that we were completely satisfied. Any work that I need on my pool and equipment in the future will definitely be done by Liberty Pools. Great work, great people!

Liberty pools did an amazing job transforming my outdated 20+ year old pool into a beautiful modern looking pool. Kyle from liberty pools is amazing I had my pool redone and the company I was using didnt step up to the plate so my wife found Kyle through some reviews and he came out and got us set up with a complete pool pump and maintenance schedule for the work that was done he completed the installation in a one day notice as our pool was redone acid washed and coated and filled with water. Kyle got it done and we are extremely happy with our Janey pro series pump and salt system.

They had someone come out to finish/correct what shouldve been done months ago. Communication was consistent from start to finish and my pool is finally up and running with no hidden costs-everything was up front. They even told me where I could get products they didnt carry, great customer service-Id use them again in the future.

Choosing Liberty pools to do our remodeling job was a walk off grand slam success! They gave me a good/competitive price to do a big remodeling job on my pool that also included adding a traverntine deck. They did not press me or try to talk me into extras one time. By the time we were done, I was so impressed with the job, I requested extras such as a waterfall and salt system and the new modern Jandy control system. The workers were on time. They cleaned up after themselves and they were very respectful of your home and privacy. Claudio and Fred, the owners ,were both very involved in the process and kept me apprised of everything. They also took the time to answer my silly questions without making me feel silly for asking them. They also spent a good deal of time making me feel comfortable with the new modern handy system involved the use of an app to control my waterfall, pump, and color changing lights. This is not a mom and pop shop or a fly by night company. They have the resources of a big company with the feel of a small pay attention to detail outfit. I could not be happier with our choice. I did a lot of research and received a lot of estimates and the prices vary from item to item. You arent going to find one reputable company that is the best price wise across the board. Before i started my patio and pool I met with multiple companies for a quote and to check out how professional they were. When i met with Liberty Pools (Kyle) he was professional and they had the best price for the work I was looking to do. They tore up my old patio (pacers), expanded my current patio, layed travertine, remodeled my pool and added jets. Every day they were on time, cleaned there area and had aleast 4 to 7 guys on the job daily. It took them 2.5 weeks to complete the job on a 1,600 sq ft patio plus pool. I looked at several companies and received estimates for pool resurfacing, new pump, heater and light among other things I researched all the companies and reviews and I thought it was still luck if you can fine a good quality company. I was so lucky to fine Caio and Liberty pools. I didn’t believe company reviews are always actuate but Liberty pools lived up to all of their reviews and then some. Caio kept me up to date on every detail of the process and the crews were always on time and exceptional workers and were able to complete everything in less than 2 weeks they were awesome and I would highly recommend them to anyone. I used Liberty pools to completely redo my pool and expansive marble pool deck. They did an absolutely beautiful job. A year later I just used them to tear up our brick driveway and install a new brick driveway. It was 4400 sq feet with two circles and some extra challenges. It looks amazing. They were prompt, polite and cleaned up perfectly and their price was fantastic. I highly recommend them!!!

Our 20+ year old pool was outdated and reaching the end of its life. We shopped around and got quotes from 5 different companies here in Boca. Liberty was the company we chose because Kyle was the most honest and upfront with us from the very beginning. He came and examined the current state of the pool and he listened to us when we told him about our vision. Nobody else listened to us like Kyle did. Others were cheaper, but they were pushing shortcuts and cheap equipment. Others were more expensive, but they were telling us what they wanted to do, not what we wanted to do.We were able to select the tile we wanted, the color of the pool surface, the equipment replacements and the exact travertine for the deck. Liberty updated the price with each selection we made so that we knew our cost before we committed.The guys came out in waves, on time every time. They rebuilt our pool, our deck and replaced our equipment with top of the line Jandy equipment. They cleaned up every single day and disposed of all the mess.We converted over to salt water as part of the remodel. Kyle was there every step of the way. He would either stop by or call every single day. He was the best. I was able to speak to him about every detail each day and they even corrected little things that I was nitpicky about.Now our pool is spectacular! New deck, new lighting, more efficient equipment and all delivered on time exactly for the price we agreed to.I cannot say enough good things about Liberty Pools and especially Kyle. If you want a world class pool done the way YOU want it, you have to use Liberty Pools. These folks are absolutely first rate!!

We met with Kyle Pontes for a short time and discussed the remodeling of our deck and pool. We wanted some sort of spa experience but didn’t have room for a hot tub, so Kyle suggested a spa bench with jets in the front part of the pool. We wanted a putting green in one corner of the deck......no problem. Laying travertine over the existing deck was a no brainer. The selection of travertine and pool tiles was terrific which made making a decision harder since there was so much to choose from.From the start of the project until the end, Kyle was on top of things and his crews showed up on time, with a positive attitude, and knew what the day’s work was.We highly recommend Liberty Pools for remodeling, and they’re sure to do a terrific job for new projects.

They fixed our spa, our salt machine, and somehow made our pool pump run better than it has in the fifteen years since the Poole was built. Their pricing was fair, less than others quoted. The whole experience with Frederico and Liberty Pools was outstanding. We live in Abacoa and our pool was 15 years old and began leaking. Also our travertine flooring shifted and looked worn out.Liberty pools came in a quickly resurfaced the pool, fixed some hidden cracks in our pool and spa and laid down some beautiful new lighter colored larger travertine. Dont even bother unless youve read your manual. Freddy is a PBSO officer lets start there. My husband is a LEO too with thrice the amount of years. He quoted us 95 dollars a month. I asked if that was with the police discount he said hed give to us, his response was yes.We didnt use them btw. Fast forward to 4 months later my best friend in my neighborhood gets a pool thatis 8 ft longer than ours. He is charging them 90 a month. Shady business shady pricing. Plus he wouldnt even teach me how to vaccum my pool or how to clean the filter. His response was if I show you how to do it that cuts into my business. Bad businessman.

I didnt have many problems with this company at first but they just dont set expectations. The filter/ salt cell was not being cleaned for months. When I asked questions I got no answers. They claim to brush the walls etc , it was not being done. The owners daughter started calling me to sell cutco knives and lied and said it was for some kind of scholarship to college. I received 3 calls in a week and she did not remember she called me previously. I asked to not be called and they did not care. They add things to the bill with no explanation or pre-warning. The payment system does not work. They had tons of problems in the beginning getting a recurring charge to work and finally Claudio has 0 customer service skills. I brought all of this to his attention and he said and I quote moving forward I think its best that you hire a new pool service company So , that is what I will do. Hopefully others have a better experience. Fred was great when I talked to him but in my opinion these guys are just trying to stress your equipment to be able to charge to maintain it instead of maintaining it properly. Oh I also had a few problems with the guy showing up at first. No issue really but the response I got from Claudio was that never happens Again , 0 customer service skills. He should probably not interact with clients.
