Fast, friendly and clean. Great experience, front desk staff was friendly and efficient. Rosie was great with taking blood, quick and painless.Facility was clean, i didnt have an appointment and still had no wait time. I signed in and they took us right away.

Rose was very sweet, processed me immediately because she knew I had no time, and took my blood like a champ. I did not feel a thing. Thank you again Rose for your great attitude.

I have been to this location 4 to 5 times over the past few months to get lab work done. Each time I was seen within five minutes of my arrival, either before or at my appointment time. I have seen a couple different nurses, each able to draw blood quickly and efficiently. The entire staff is professional and friendly!

I was pleasantly surprised with how easy the process was! The phone check-in was so efficient, I was let into the back right after I got the text message. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. Really great service and I had a really nice technician!

Absolutely horrible service and customer service. My girlfriend had an appointment for 11am for a drug test. We got there and there were over 10 people in the lobby waiting, which does not comply with social distancing at all. If you schedule someone’s appointment they should be seen within at least 30 minutes of the time because we understand things happen and people get backed up, but at least let your customers know what’s going on so we aren’t sitting around for over an hour waiting. We plan our day around our appointments, but I’m not expected to leave my whole day open for one drug test. We will never work with lab Corp again at this location. Workers did not care at all about customer satisfaction whatsoever. Absolutely horrible. Never thought I’d come to a lab Corp and wait this long for a drug test that I had an appointment for. Absolutely ridiculous. Would not recommend this location to anyone. If you really need to go there please plan to be there all day.

I’m here for the second time today and can’t find anything to complain about. Great service both times and no major wait. Porsche and the phlebotomist were exceptionally kind and made it a comfortable experience.

My each time here is the same unfortunately. No matter when you make appointments- you have to wait an hour. LabCorp management - please do something about it. Theres enough stress in life.

ReviewOn Friday 05/07/2021. I felt as if I was being stereotyped by an employee by the name of Sylvia (if I remember correctly) After waiting an hour, I got to the back was asked to remove my mask because “it doesn’t look like me”. Once I put my things in the drawer I went into the restroom, and I don’t think I took a long time but given I had drunk a lot of water to complete the screening and waited an hour before being able to use the restroom. The lady said through the restroom door in a rude tone. “are you done?” I have never been rushed to use the restroom and fixing myself. Very unprofessional and rude. Once I was done with she poured the urine into the tube and said to me. I need more urine, I said why you have more than enough (the was more still sitting in the test cup) she said because I need HALF a cup of urine to fill 2 test tubes. I said why do you need to fill 2 test tubes for a (4 panel) drug test? She did not reply and continued to say she still doesn’t have enough urine, I’ll need to stay on the premises, and that if I leave she will put me down as a “refusal”. Unfortunately, I have things to do and cannot wait another hour or more to do something that was already completed. I also have elementary school children that I have to pick up. I’ve been working well over 15 years. I’ve worked in hospitals and nursing homes and I have never heard of this. I made sure my bladder was more than full to complete the screening to continue on with my new opportunity, which has now been put on hold due to someone’s lack of judgement and poor job performance. I’ve used this location in the past and never had any issues. This is ridiculous! I will also be informing the employer of the unprofessionalism and stereotype concerns and maybe they will reconsider using this location for future pre employment screenings, especially because they could be losing potential employees with good job performance. I will be contacting corporate to further my complaint. Due to this employee my start date has been moved back and I could possibly not get the job due to only having 72 hours to complete drug test and no availability anywhere in my area. Friday 05/07/2021 was the last day to complete my screening and the only available appointment that week. However due to the employee my start date has been pushed back and this causes issues in my finances as a single mother! I will not be treated like this.

Google needs to be specific with closing time, if your an employee/new recruit doing drug screening, your time is 7am-2:30pm sharp! Other..7am-3:30pm! Ever since they moved from their Meadows Road address this place has just gone downhill. I’d give these guys 0 stars if I could. The receptionist is SUPER rude and not very knowledgeable. There is also another person working there that also has no idea what’s going on. They don’t understand how their own systems work, and are super unprofessional.They were complaining about their jobs in front of patients loud enough for everyone to clearly hear, and left one patient standing at the reception desk for over 20 minutes while she, the receptionist, just “needed a break”....all while everyone could hear her in the back complaining about her job to the other associate. Meanwhile the patient stood there waiting to be helped. It’s unbelievable.While I was there someone called and they completely ignored the phone. They had absolutely nothing else going on, they just flat out refused to answer. When the answering machine picked up you could hear the caller pleading with them to call him back because he had been trying to get ahold of them for days. Also, WHY do they have the answering machine on speaker for all the patients to hear messages left by other patients???? Obviously they leave it on because they don’t ever intend to pick up the phone, but I would HATE for my voicemails to be broadcast like that to the entire waiting room. Unreal.I myself also tried to get ahold of them but they probably ignored my calls too. I stopped by in person because they wouldn’t pick up, and now I know why. I’m glad I did or I might never have known what a disaster this place is. I will NEVER go to this location for any sort of lab work. Taking my lab orders elsewhere.I PRAY their boss reads this review because they were ABSOLUTELY complaining about her and how she (their boss) “overworks” them and that she just “doesn’t care” about how much work they do. I hope she knows they do absolutely nothing there and I’m surprised these lazy employees even still have a job. To the supervisor of these employees: feel free to contact me and I will point you in the direction of who was at work at the time this all went down. Just respond to this review.I hope this review saves someone else in the future from having to deal with this disaster. STAY WELL CLEAR.

How is it that only one technician is here. This is a corporate problem. Also, with having only one technician she doesn’t have time to wipe and sanitize anything. VERY UNSANITARY. It’s been backed up for two hours now. Unreal, hopefully people will start reading these reviews and go somewhere else or corporate starts hiring more people. I recommend going to quest.

9/11/2020. Unprofessional! Didn’t clean room after the last person. One worker seemed burned out. Young lady walked in and was complaining about how they charted her twin children lab work under the same name. Labcorp told her they couldn’t do anything about it. Won’t ever go back to this location.

Google maps says they’re open until 5pm. Complete lie. They’re only open until 3:30pm (M-F).

I had a visit with the lab corp today for some blood work. I was reluctant to go as the reviews were poor. However, I had a very good experience overall. I made an appointment online which is quite straightforward and easy for 11:30 am and I arrived 45 mins before my appointment. I though I was have to wait until 11:30 but I was seen within a few minutes and the lady who helped was was very pleasant and gave me a good laugh. The lady at the front desk was also great. Thanks guys, I really appreciate the service.

I was in and out with in 15 minutes. Checking was super easy. My technician was amazing so friendly and the best blood draw I’ve ever had! Will definitely keep coming back .

Chamika is awesome! She’s very knowledgeable-My daughter, Erika, has been poked so many times because nurses have a hard time finding her veins. I make sure to come to this location and ask for Chamika so my daughter doesn’t have to go through so much pain. Iam a 75 year old lady & was nervous to have my blood work , but Bridgette was very patient & kind with me & was quick & left no bruise. The front office was clean & also the restroom . The office staff was pleasant & helpful , Lorenzo was so nice & great personality .I will for sure go there again for all my tests as long as this efficient & professional staff is there.👍👍👵🏻

Lisa is amazing at this location! She actually cared about our issue and helped us as best as she could. The blood test she did I felt NO pain and was done within minutes. Ive had a lot of blood taken the past 5 years and Lisa is a PRO at it, the only time I felt no pain!

Very disappointing. Made an appointment 2 weeks in advance. When l arrived they gave me 2 options checkin and wait in the car and they would text me when they were ready for me or go inside. I chose to wait in car. Waited for 30 minutes passed my schedule appt and l went to speak to someone, sign on the door said they were closed and to go to other location. I then drove to the palmetto park location and the office was full of unhappy patients that had wasted their time as well by going to glades location. Patients should been notified. Very unprofessional and a total disregard for and lack of consideration for their patients

Didnt run a test that had been ordered, then when I resubmitted for JUST THAT TEST ran a completely different test instead. GO TO A DIFFERENT LAB. The incompetence of this one is truly breathtaking.

I had a very good experience at this lab. Brought my 7 year old daughter who was terrified. They blew up gloves, gave her stickers, gently helped me hold her arm down and talked her down into counting to 30. I am so grateful for their patience and compassion.

I strongly advise to avoid this location, youll regret dealing with the supervisor/front desk person, Tamekia Newkirk.I came in with a STAT work order into this location on 9/5/19 at 7:30 as a walk-in. As of today 9/11/19, neither my doctors office or my patient portal have received the results, which prompted me to come back into the location and inquire with the staff that assisted me last week. I spoke with the lab supervisor, Tamekia Newkirk, and right from the start she provided me with the absolute worse attitude and service experience. She was rude, condescending and not helpful at all. When asked to please provide me the confirmation that the collection lab did entered and sent the order as STAT as per the doctors request, she refused to do so, citing that she could not give me that information, then I proceeded to ask her to at least show me the confirmation that it was sent appropriately, and she also refused. I ultimately had to leave with no answers and with a sour taste in mouth from that regretful interaction...Bottom line, this is the least professional experience I have ever encountered. The staff members that were there, some where laughing in awe and the other lady was just shaking her hand, as if they seem to understand how unprofessional their supervisor was behaving. Complete disregard to providing a customer service-oriented and respectful experience to a customer/patient simply trying to understand why something that needed to be expedited as the doctor requested, was almost a week overdue.I am very displeased and appalled at her behavior and how she handled herself, this is service level is unacceptable and it reflects terribly on the organization she works for and represents. Very upsetting and sad. I am seriously considering never using Labcorp as a provider, regardless of the location, I am not sure if this type of behavior and unprofessionalism is standard for the company, but I am sure I dont ever want to experience something like that again.Would really like that this claim is taken seriously by the powers that be within the organization, and addressed accordingly, so other patients dont experience this terrible and unsatisfactory service.

This is by far the worst company. No phone call to inform me that the Glades road location has closed, no info as to which location performs drug screening, and NOT ONE HELPFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE REP. My 4 year old nephew can take a better phone call and I can understand him better than the current employees who sound like they just woke up.Labcorp you SUCK.

The office staff were professional and friendly. Octavia was my phlebotomist. She was personable, efficient and she did an excellent job with my blood draw. I was there a reasonable amount of time. I will definately use this location again.

What kind of place has a phone number listed and doesnt answer the phone? I couldnt find the damn place and couldnt get a hold of anyone to ask where theyre located. I ended up being 5 minutes late and on top of that they take forever to check someone in, I do not recommend going to this place at all. I never ever write reviews but I had to write one for this place as Im sitting here. The receptionist is extremely rude and has no customer service training whatsoever. He wasnt able to say please or thank, throws your paperwork or ID back at you instead of handing it to you and him and another lady sitting behind the desk were spending most of the time discussing their personal business and using curse words with patients in the waiting room and well within earshot. I was able to observe all of this over a period of time because of how long I sat in the waiting room trying to fill my bladder up after my initial ruined test didnt render enough

Professional, courteous staff but unacceptably long waits occur - even with an appointment. For example, my actual specimen process took place one hour after arrival and forty-five minutes after the scheduled appointment time. Nearby Quest Diagnostics facility remains a far better option.

Useless. This company is useless. Who manages their marketing? They cant post that the location is closed due to a broken A/C? They cant put a notice on the phone system that the location is closed? Avoid this laboratory. Theyll find a way to waste your time.

Good: open til 5pm vs 3-3:30 for labcorps in the area. parking is ok. SW corner of 900 building. then there is the staff... They seem to have a good time working there. Work seems secondary to office chit chat...its not really the standard I expect at Labcorp.

Had a wonderful experience at Labcorp (900 Glades in Boca) this morning. Everything from the sign in, getting the paperwork done to the blood draw and other tests were completed with the upmost professionalism & efficiency. Temikka and Lisa were terriffic - they worked great as a team. Highly recommend them for a raise!

These girls have something terribly concerning about them. Extremely rude staff. Never in my life have I dealt with girls so rude in healthcare. Avoid this location. Quest diagnostic around the corner was amazing.

I usually go to the tamarac location, but i was in the area, so i decided to go to this one. I was treated professionally & the waiting room was packed, the staff did a nice job at handling RUDE customers. Not everyone can be pleased, I guess, but its not the staffs fault. My blood draw was painless, I will deff go back to this lab Corp when Im in the area.

This place is very unprofessional disgraceful and treats humans like trash so inhumane upon completing a drug test I asked to use the restroom and the lady in the front Lisa and also her supervisor Im assuming Bridget told me I needed to hold it and go elsewhere not only did they tell me I needed to hold it and go elsewhere but also talked about me and made fun of it in front of all the other clients in the facility I was humiliated and embarrassed beyond belief the lady even said to me while I was on the phone with corporate office I cant believe youre so mad cuz I wont let you go to the bathroom well I mean Im only a human I am going to look into legal options for this I suggest you use a different LabCorp facility or a different company all together if you need any lab testing done this place is just despicable I cannot believe a medical facility could treat customers like this I have been to other LabCorp before in the past and they have been wonderful so it may just be this one and judging by the very low reviews and everybody saying the same thing corporate should really look into doing something in this facility I am on the phone with corporate right now as I speak and they are very friendly and attentive and are taking my matters serious if you value your sanity do not go to this location and if you happen to go to this location and are treated poorly dont stay silent call corporate😠😠😠😠😠

The customer service is bad the lady in the front has a rude attitude and when u want to ask something they automatically say that the check in is at the back and dont answers your question first time here and wasnt good would not recommend coming here.

Today was my third weekly visit to this Labcorp office. Since I am a cancer patient I must get blood drawn weekly. I WILL NEVER go back to this office again due to unprofessionalism, lack of proper needles/supplies - which the techs complained about, and inexperienced phlebotomists. After 3 pokes and no blood drawn I left. DO NOT GO HERE!

I picked up specimen containers yesterday and when I returned to drop off, I had to wait an hour. They didnt tell me this upon pickup, and I assumed drop off would be quick. Nor did they offer me an appointment. Awful policy.
