Came here on a Friday morning and it was quite a long wait but I was in desperate need of an oil change. The guys here work fast. 6 cars in front of me and a 2 hour wait doesn’t seem too bad in my book. If you come here in a hurry beware that there are bo appointments. Get in line and wait. That’s the deal. Don’t complain about the wait. The guys did a great job on the oil change and made appropriate recommendations for needed services based on my milage. I didn’t feel like they were trying to just get more money from me. Especially given the line of cars behind me. The staff were all nice and helpful. Will be returning because the price was much better than the dealership. Will be bringing my boyfriend’s car next. Great work!

I took my Honda Civic to Boca Raton Jiffy Lube for oil change, $59.90 - 15. Cupon. I sat in the waiting room, and soon thereafter Will, a young pleasant man, came and told me the car was dripping oil. When I told him, I don’t see any stains in my garage. He proceeded to tell me is dripping into the motor. He showed me the middle of the motor had oil. It was fresh oil, clear. In hindsight it look to me that it was not the oil from my car. He, Will, said, it needs fixing for $540. Or so. If you don’t do this work your car may catch fire. Scary practice. It worked. In fear I agreed. Later, with his pleasant attitude he showed me some tubes of the oil system. They were ruined he showed me, what appear to be injectors. “Need to change them. 4 of them. $120 each”I ended up with a $900 + payment.I could not think straight, 3 of the guys were talking to me. I am 78 years old female,, frail,limited income. I feel cheated, abused, angry with them and myself. I had been told before and after “that is common practice in Jiffy Lube. I trusted them. Them, I ask myself, why I did not go to my mechanic Luis? A second opinion?

I went into one of the Jiffy Lube locations nearby to get an oil change I never spent more than 35 or $40 and they had the nerve to try to charge me almost $100! The jiffy lube told me that my car required the heavy duty oil which is not true! I had a sign a piece of paper saying that I would decline the heavy duty oil and left afterwards! I reached out to my car dealership they said that my car does not require heavy duty oil that oil places will start you off at the higher oil but you don’t have to get it if you don’t want to! Jiffy Lube told me that if I don’t get the high end oil my car can get damaged ! My car dealership said that’s not true I could get the cheaper oil you guys are a rip off !

I took my Honda Civic hybrid to get an oil change, and maybe look into why my air conditioner stopped working. The customer service was good, but the service itself left a bad taste.Upon checking, the tech found that I was dangerously low on oil - I dont know why, because my car never burns oil and doesnt have a leak that Im aware of. So I asked the tech to check underneath to see if theres a leak. I had to remind him to do so, as he was bouncing from one car to another and not paying attention to details. After reminding the one tech, I asked another and he disappeared and came back 5 minutes later and said he says you dont have a leak anywhere. ... I was watching very closely; they never even checked under my vehicle! Oil was siphoned from the top of the engine, so they never had to go below.And after they were finished, they packed me up and sent me on my way. I later found my oil dip stick resting just below my windshield wipers, not tucked away where it should have been. Thats a deal breaker for me. I wont be returning to this chain. Ive always loved Express Oil Change, but since I dont see one nearby, Ill give Goodyear a try.

I have had bad experience with Jiffy Lube in the past, and you hear stories that they use old oil when getting your oil changed, however it is convenient service and I am giving a new location a try.

Really bad. Not to be trusted - CON ARTISTS. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. Be aware - they tell everyone their engine has sludge and then try to sell you additives, if you refuse, they will will mark your receipt with inaccurate information to taint your service records.They also forget to honor the coupons that you present at the beginning. The technicians work on commission and work hard to sell unnecessary services.I am a car enthusiast and a seasoned mechanic in my own right with a little collection of cars I work on myself. Today, I needed an oil change on the family mobile as we are taking a road trip tomorrow and I didnt want to get messy and wanted to let my kids stay sleeping in the car while I took care of this chore - so I was willing to overpay for the convenience of Jiffy Lube. Unfortunately, it was a horrible experience.My car has just 11k miles on it and is just about a year old. I use synthetic oil and this will be the second oil change (third batch of oil and filter since new) and while it is a little early - I take care of my cars and will be driving a long distance this week so it was time. That said, the oil still had a little life in it, it still had viscosity, and there certainly was no sludge. When I pulled into Jiffy Lube at Sandlefoot Plaza in Boca, the first thing the tech did was pull my dipstick, then come to my window to show me what he called sludge. It was not sludge, it was used oil. He pointed that it was brown and not amber. Of course it is brown, it is used oil! Used oil is brown, fresh oil is amber. If you start the engine and drive around block amber oil will turn brown. The oil he showed me was not sludge, and sludge would not be on the dipstick, it would be at the bottom of oil pan. Of course, he offered me an additive for $12.00 to get rid of the sludge and encouraged me to do it now while I can. I explained that I do not want anything added to my oil and just wanted the oil drained, the filter changed and new synthetic oil put in. They were unhappy about this and told me it was a huge mistake. If I didnt know what I know - I may have believed them. When they were done, they gave me a receipt where they charged me the wrong amount and wrote on the receipt, falsely slight sludge, customer refused treatment. I asked for a managed and asked for a new receipt since there was no sludge and at this point I had changed my oil at 6200 miles and again at 11,500 - and I keep the records as to protect my warranty and I did not want any false paperwork. He refused and the other technicians smirked while I explained that I know the hustle they are doing and I just wanted an accurate receipt for my vehicle records. John the assistant manager - the one with red curly hair - was rude and unhelpful and said there was no manager there. On top of that, they charged me the wrong amount and I had to still go back to get my $10.00 coupon applied that I showed at the beginning. Bottom line DISHONEST - NOT TO BE TRUSTED, very over priced, and rude. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

Even though the staff has rotated and changed over time, they are all courteous and knowledgeable, always. Prices are good and you can often find a good discount which they are always willing to honor. Quick, good and cheap! How often do you enjoy that combination?

Completely out of my way but worth it! Everything under the hood was checked and if it needed to be replaced it was recommended for a fee. Didn’t even know I had a back light out so they fixed it for a fee. Nothing hidden about the extras and was given a great discount! Knowledgeable and diligent work was done! Thanks to Paul, Bow and their coworker that made my visit 5 star!

This is by far the best Jiffy Lube in Florida. These guys take pride in their work call me in an hour and 20 minutes for oil change and tire rotation. I highly recommend this location.

I am impressed! They are very honest! Went for an oil change, but after they checked, my oil was still good! They were honest with me and didn’t just try to get my money. They also filled my water tank. They now have a customer for life and I will be sure to always recommend this place! Congratulations to the business owner and the employees for their honesty and outstanding work!

There is absolutely no way this place has a 4.5 rating!! I sent my wifethere and when she drove in they told here $100 for an oil change using synthetic oil. That is $30 more than the average!She just called and I told here to leave...rip off artists!!

If possible to give one star would have, I pulled into a bay for an oil change turned off my vehicle and received a very important phone call unexpectedly, the attend was trying to getMe to tell him my mileage I motioned one second due to my call he immediately got upset removed the cloth from my car shut the hood and Motioned for Me to leave. Wow teach your people some manners please! I have 5 cars all serviced here. Or should I say used have 5 cars served here! Is this how you treat people don’t lose sight of who the paying customer is!!!

Scare tactics. They did not top off the coolant, nor the windshield washer fluid. Instead, they implored me to replace the spark plugs, valve cover, and clean the fuel system. This would have bumped the 24 dollar oil change (I had a 20 dollar coupon) up to north of 400. This is a car thats not used regularly nor abused, but has always been maintained. The car belongs to my 99 year old grandmother and is used on occasion by her caretaker and visiting family. Its a 2003 Camry with just over 90k miles. The shop assured me that the car would not make it the less than 10 mile drive home, and that I should have these issues fixed immediately. On the way home I stopped at a really helpful auto parts shop for a second opinion. They did note a small leak but nowhere near as severe as what the shop had reported. Per the second opinion, I would have seen a ton of leaking fluids on the driveway if the leak were anywhere near as severe as the shop had advised. While under the hood I noticed that the windshield washer fluid and coolant were pretty low and had obviously not been topped off. After paying for a service, I ended up purchasing And forget the fact that we hadnt seen any significant leaks on the driveway in months, nor had fluids been topped off since the last oil change, roughly 6 months ago. I will never go back to this shop and am frankly surprised at how high the rating is. Oh, almost forgot to mention, that on a third opinion by the Toyota dealership themselves, they also said that the leak was nowhere near as severe as this shop had stated. If youve got the time and resources, get a set of ramps, new oil and a filter. If I lived near my grandmother that would be my first choice before I returned here.

AMAZING COSTUMER SERVICE! This is the first time I got my oil change ever. Amazing service. They are fast, honest and super professional. I have my check engine light on and they told me exactly what the issue is and advice me on how to get it fixed. I had a toooon of questions and they had no issue answering all of them. They did not try to sell me anything I didnt need which I really appreciated it. I will for sure go to this location again. Make sure you look online for discounts, I got a 15 dollars off my oil change from their website. I’ve been a customer of jiffy lube for years but this by far is the best location. Micheal, Kenisha, and Beau were all friendly and knowledgeable. Work was completed promptly and efficiently. I think the pricing is reasonable considering you don’t even have to leave your vehicle. Also there are coupons on their website you can use to save you some cash. Overall I recommend them to anyone in the area or passing by that may need basic services on their car. A+

I really want to give this place a higher rating but the price for a standard oil change was just ridiculous. The service was great. In and out very quickly, less than an hour. They did the standard check of the car and are doing what they call stay in car service. Very good job but the price of the oil change was so high. I would hate to bring my high performance car to them. If in a bind I would use them again, but if I had time I would find a more reasonable priced service provider.

He made some changes with team members at this location, and the service has improved quite a bit. So this went from 1 to 5 stars.---------------------------------------------Previous Review:Had the AC filter changed, and this is what I was sent off with (see pictures--the filter is the white strip at the top). I opened my glove box and took off the panel. Inside, the guard panel was not on and some padding was loose. Plus, it looked like the filter was just shoved in (there was an obvious depression in the center). They fixed it after I went back, but it still seems a bit shady. Always check their work if youre able to.

Routine oil change couldnt be easier and more convenient AND I dont even need to exit my car. Very courteous. All respectful gentlemen that helped me. Yes. 4 people catered to me.

I met Chris and Rob (from Boston!), they were great and so was the team, both on the groud fllor and in the well. SUper friendly, knowledgable and NOT PUSHY! I work in the car rental world and I could see these guys were all well trained!! I believe Chris is a regional manager, he was cool and attentive. I know these guys work hard, and I appreciate them!

Before the pandemic I would leave my car to be serviced depending how long was the waiting period, now you can sit and relax in your car while your car is being serviced, and let me tell you that is awesome!!! The process is very quick, efficient and Jiffy Lube tells you right away what you need, not like car dealers where they take your car and come up with an expense list of all the things you need for your car😄

I was pleasantly surprised to see a female technician come out to my car to greet me and inform me as to the wait time and costs. I only waited about 5 mins and got to stay in my car during the service. I liked this because most auto places have uncomfortable and dirty waiting rooms, and because Jessica was easily able to SHOW me the battery needed to be replaced. She also answered other questions and gave me specific tips about my type of car and what to look out for. Julio was the one who actually changed the battery and he was cool too. I felt like I was in really good hands - not a common feeling in South Florida! Ill be back.

The worst oil change service I’ve had. I changed my oil and the day after the oil light was on. So I came back there they only checked the level and said everything was ok. The oil light continued on so I came back there again, they did the same, only checked the level and said nothing was wrong. I asked abou leaking and they said it wasn’t leaking, but they didn’t check. The result my car broke down while I was working, the mechanic said was leaking oil by the filter because the bad service I had when changed my oil

Per usual, procrastinated getting oil changed... the guys here were so nice and able to get me in!!Also had my tired realigned and air filter replaced but the gentlemen (should’ve gotten his name) took the time to show/explain everything which I reallyyy appreciated. The wait wasn’t long either👌🏼The place is also really clean too. Overall, hella efficient, knowledgeable, and super pleasant! 10/10 will return.Thank you again

I used to work for A Jiffy Lube 20 years ago and it was the best job I ever had. This place brought back such good memories and the experience I had kept those those memories alive. The tech Jessica was wonderful and the hood tech worked well, proficiently and was very complimentary. Over all best experience Ive had in a while when it comes to my car. No pushing on getting extra services done just basic human decency and friendly service. Thanks guys Ill be back!!

Great customer service! Ive been here before and the service was subpar, but these guys there now were on point with everything. The pricing was great as well. The transmission oil flush was $170 whereas had i gone to the dealership it wouldve been $255.

Stopped in to see if they carried windscreen wipers for my Audi A4 apparently they’re some weird attachment and I haven’t able to find them anywhere, always referred back to dealership which I cannot stand. John came out and had a look at them said they didn’t carry them but offered to personally pick them Up from Audi CC on his day off and drop them at the boca store for me 😮. Stopped in after work and had them installed. Quick service in and out in 15 min. Amazing customer service from Jiffy Lube & John. Thank you so much!!

The Sandalfoot Jiffy Lube have always had excellent customer service. When my teenage daughter got her first car I let her know that this was the safest and most honest place I could think of for her to take the vehicle for its first oil change. They are helpful without being pushy, the pricing is very competitive and they are just good people.

Just a bunch of thieves! They have hidden charges. Don’t go if you want to avoid issues. I will go to my dealer next time.

I always had my oil change done at this place. Always had an excellent customer service from young people working there. But today my husband took my car and was refused his military discount that I always received on top of using any coupons available on internet. Besides being refused his earned military discount, the customer service given by someone who seemed to be a shift manager was not nice. Also, once I filled out my review requested by Jiffy lube where I requested a phone call tomorrow evening, I received a call right away from the shop, someone named Julio was not polite talking to me and I didn’t appreciate the raised voice. Not interested in returning just because of attitude.

Mike was awesome. Autozone & Advanced Auto dont do diagnostic checks at the stores currently due to CoVid, but Mike at Jiffy Lube did. Great guy and fast. They are right next to the car wash and McDonalds on 441 Hwy in the Sandalfoot Plaza. I highly recommend them & if you go in soon, they have candy for Halloween!

My car needed an oil change, but was wary of going out because of the pandemic. (Particularly after my mother went to a dealership for service last week where customers weren’t even being asked to wear masks). Jiffy Lube took the safety of staff and customers into account to make everyone feel safe and comfortable, such as all staff and customers wearing masks, and having customers wait in their cars prior to service and remaining in the car during the service to allow everyone to stay adequately distant and avoid interactions or surface contamination in a waiting room. They even had fans available to keep customers cool when the car needed to be turned off during the service. All of this while providing the same exceptional and fast service as always. If you need service done during or after the pandemic, this is absolutely where you should go!

This was my first time. The team was efficient and used computer read outs to suggest services I could use beyond an oil change. Various techs worked together to complete services in as timely a fashion as possible coordinated by an advisor/supervisor. Customers remained in cars to keep social distancing. Overall I recommend them for servicing.

I was quoted for $79.99 for an oil change when they try to sell me everything possible there i refused just told them the oil change only. The show up with almost $100 invoice to paid I refuse to pay that so they falsified my signature on the credit card receipt. James was the manager at the moment 01/08/21 . I told them I’m going to the police for that so they offer me a discount. I refuse and left.

I have been going to this place for more than a decade and Ive had multiple cars taking care of by them. Needless to say Ive never had an issue with any of my cars. All I do is make sure that I get the oil change done when the mileage its up and follow what the computer recommends. I know some people constantly think that places like these try to cheat You by upselling services but I will be first to admit that every recommendation they have given me has resulted in my car or forming a lot better.

During times of plandemic, Jiffy Lube went back to customers staying in their vehicles. They provide fresh cold air during the visit. Manager gave me several updates during the visit and gave me a course of action if my vehicle needed additional repairs. I definitely recommend this company and this location. Ive brought both of my vehicles here and will continue. By the way, they offer a military discount with ID proof.

They lost the oil filter housing on previous service, and now they cant unscrew my oil filter. So they lie to me that I have buy an oil filter housing for them in order to change my oil! Customer buying tool for service?! I went to another location of Jiffy, and they changed the oil filter no problems. Never go back to Boca location again! They are amateurs, dont know what they are doing. I do not recommend this location!

Probably the best experience I’ve had when getting an oil change!The crew was super nice, fast, and even called me out to show me their review of the inspection of my car. While they went over prices they also showed me how to look up coupons online to make my visit more cost friendly.I will definitely be coming back for all my oil changes in the future!

Came here for the first time and was taken care of immediately and was very impressed with the way the service was completed in such a quick fashion. The manager periodically advised me of the process and also gave me some recommendations for servicing of which I will return. I was in and out in 30 minutes and Everything was taken care of very professionally my car was clean and nice added touch with the red carpet treatment! I will return.

My preferred place to go. They also dont push on items I need, I can come back when I can afford. All the guys dont pressure on services however they will let you know when your next step should be. They checked my wiper fluid pump to help me out and recommended a place and who to speak with, very kind attentive service people.

I was greeted warmly upon arrival and taken to the waiting area. I had asked for an oil change and tire rotation. I was pleasantly surprised when they called me out to tell me I had 1000 miles left before I needed an oil change. They could’ve done it and gotten the money but they were honest about what I did and didn’t need. I will definitely be back!

I kept forgetting to write this - I went here a sunday or two ago to get my oil changed. With all thats going on I let it get pretty low and it had to be done.They found a lot that I had failed to maintain - air filter needed replacing, the radiator fluid was low and the system needed flushing, and there was a clog somewhere in my fuel lines.So, they changed my oil, air filter, flushed both systems and topped me off on coolant and everything I needed. I had to return twice due to the check engine light coming on: the work they did made my sensor throw a fit. Nothing was physically wrong with the car so they shut off the alert (It was an EVAP code) and told me to monitor it.It never came back on. Car runs like a dream. It was FAIRLY expensive, but you know. If I had done all this maintenance as needed instead of all at once after running my poor car ragged it would have just been an oil change. I commute 30 minutes to work so a well-running car is important to me right now, so thanks guys!

Travis and the assistant manager and the team at Jiffy Lube were professional and went above and beyond to offer the services that my minivan needed. They were busy at the time of my arrival but their expertise and timely service was greatly appreciated. They fixed my broken blinking lights, restored my ugly headlights, changed my oil all in a matter of minutes. Best of all, I got the red carpet rolled out for me upon my departure. Who could ask for more?? Thank you Travis and team!

These guys were very efficient! I was in and out within 15-20 minutes. They took the time to review all information with me and of course top off all my fluids. They were very professional and friendly. They even had hot coffee available! Great work jiffy keep it up

I don’t know a lot about cars (almost nothing), but they weren’t very aggressive in their up-selling and they showed me what I should be aware of in terms of future maintenance.I got a regular oil change, engine & AC filter change, and 2 new wipers for $160. I dunno, seems fair to me. I had a $20 coupon off of the oil change, so without that it would have been $180. Math!Maybe I’m naive, but I liked them and I felt better about driving my car around when I left. Wish I knew the name of that guy I dealt with (everyone was very nice) but he’s good at his job. He was black and had long hair. A tamale vendor came by during my consultation. That should narrow it down.

Travis and Julio provided me excellent service on a very busy Friday morning. But they took the time to go over many different points to keep my car properly serviced.
