I love Sophie’s Nails. I drive 20 min because they always do the shape of my nails perfect. Good attention to detail. Clean shop. You don’t have to wait long. Competitive pricing. They leave me alone and don’t talk my ear off. I come here to relax so I appreciate that. But if you’re a jerk don’t come because I love the environment and don’t want it ruined. I did not have a good experience at this place whatsoever. First of all, he cut both of my thumbs and made them bleed. Now they look horrible. Secondly, the shape he gave my nails was horrible and does not look good at all. Finally the color of the dip I selected was WAY off, did not appear even CLOSE to the one I selected. I asked to fix the color and he just put an even uglier color on top.

My daughter managed to rip a nail off last night. After calling the studio, just before closing, they encouraged us to walk-in. While not able to fix the nail, the owner spent the time to make sure she would be as comfortable as possible and the nail to grow back on its own. They would not accept any payments for their time and compassion.

Decent price and great options for polish like gel, new generation etc. They are patient with you kids(9yrs old) and clean facility which is a big plus. The wait is not too bad either even when busy, multiple workers tables and chairs.
