Overall experience was good, with caveats. I wanted longer hair on top (which I waited to keep it long, instead it was cut too short); and the sides, I wanted faded, short. Before we started, I showed davit a picture of exactly what I wanted. the layers arent smooth. The offering of a drink came towards the end... Davit, did shave my eyebrows, which it was good. I guess, the expectations were too high from my side. On the fence here to return to this site, brutally honest here...

I decided to search for a new barber in the area. Really needed a professional due to a small personal mishap on my hair. Booked an appointment over the phone. Showed up without a receptionist there and barber was kind and undertsanding. Told to take a seat so I did. Receptionist never alerted barber. Sat there for half an hour. She then said she had called my phone while I was sitting in the front room the entire time. She then lied and said I showed up late and placed the guy that was after me in front of me. I would have gladly stayed and waited additional time, but the fact she caused all kinds of problems, I phoned Breakrooms Men Salon down the street who gave me a premium haircut for the same price without all the squabble and lying. Absolute trash experience and would never recommend to anyone.

I’ve been going to Andrew for my haircuts for the last couple years. He’s a great hair cutter and has more than once fixed the many problems I seem to self inflict pretending I can see behind me. The shop is super clean and everyone there is kind and professional. I’d bring my child or wife there in a second which I would not be able to say for other men’s shops in the area. Fifteen out of ten and I encourage anyone to go, just don’t cut in front of me for one of my regular last minute requests for a cut. Which he always manages to accommodate.

I do not recommend Andrew for any teenager/kid. Has no experience with kids. I went to Get a haircut a small trim. And I had wavy hair in the front. And I said a small trim and he just completely cut off an inch from the top. He did not try to layer the cuts too. At the end he finished everything and didnt even follow with a did you like it, or a do you want a blow dry to dry your hair which in my opinion you shouldnt have to ask, but at the end I was left with a haircut I found absolutely atrocious with wet damp hair with hair clippings left, so at the end I couldnt even try to still it without getting my hand attached to a bunch of small hair clippings. At the end I felt my self unsatisfied and shutdown, as to him not listening to what I had said I wanted in the beginning. Do not take your kid or child here.

It takes a long time to find the right barber when you move from NYC. This is my go to place for a haircut when Im in FL. The man cave has a great atmosphere and tvs everywhere. Ive been going to Alex for 3 years and every experience has been perfect. Alex is one of the best barbers out there. His attention to detail is great. I suggest making an appt because he might too busy as a walk in but you should try. If youre in east Boca raton and need a haircut Ask for Alex and you wont be disappointed .
