Johnson was great. He took take of things in the most genuine way. Even it being late at night, he showed great professionalism and poise. Everyone else was wonderful, however Johnson stood out. Great Stay. Definitely will be back👍🏽

I really am enjoying my stay at this property everyone has been so helpful (Mr. Mario, Mr. Johnson and the property manager Mrs. Reniqua) just to name a few and they all have excellent customer service. The rooms are clean and spacious. I love the location of my room. I couldnt ask for a better stay. I will definitely be a returning customer.

Bad!!! Worst customer service.I made my reservation over the phone...I told them 2 adults, 1 child and a dog.She asked me to become a member to get a better rate...Finally i gave her my credit card and paid..She said... you have 24 hours if you like to cancel.So I drove 45 minutes to the hotel after checking in, they asked me for an extra $100 for deposit, and we went to our room.As soon as I walk in through the room she call me over the phone, and told me...By the way theres a $100 dollars fee for your dog!!!So I said...Im leaving... Why you didnt mentioned when I was checking in???So we went back downstairs...She was so rude and didnt refund my money.She said... youve signed here that if you do an early check out, youll be charged for one night!!!WHY?????THIEVES!!!Read all what they make you sign at the checking and theres no breakfast or even coffe included...Go somewhere else...Pictures of the balcony at the room...

The whole staff was friendly and very accommodating to our needs. Clean and sanitized! Everything was nice pool area and ample parking close by. I will definitely come back again for another stay very soon!

Nice place.. but they did have a couple flaws.. no microwave in the rooms, no free breakfast and sometimes the side door would be left open.. also this place has a lot of rooms so if you don’t like walking ask for a room closest to the entrance or an exit door .. the incidentals are only 25$ and they allow you to check in before 3 o’clock with out a fee, which was great.. not to far from the beach and right next to good food spots across the street

Positive: The bed was comfortable. You could set the air conditioning to the level you wanted (nice and cool for sleeping). The couch set up was perfect for working and comfortable. Coffee maker worked well. Negative: Nothing I disliked

I’ve stayed at the location in Miami Lakes before , Boca will be the second location.....Property & rooms were clean. Morning staff is very friendly however the overnight staff not so much friendly & the guy didn’t even ask for my ID when I checked in. I could of paid for the room in anyone’s name online or simply stole their reservation. All he asked for was the $100 deposit & already had my keys ready

Positive: I found the Hotel Staff to be very accommodating/friendly. I really had a very enjoyable stay at this Hotel. It was truly delightful! The moment I arrived, I felt a very nice, warm & welcoming vibe. I enjoyed a nice swim in the heated pool. Negative: The only thing I noticed was that there was no liquid soap/body wash in the Soap Dispenser in the Shower/bath tub.

Pretty weird experience. I stayed for 5 nights, heres the bad:>Housekeeping didnt enter the room a single time. We had to ask the desk three times for someone to come take out the trash.>The shampoo/conditioner/bodywash were empty, and the water pressure was so low and the stream of water so thin that it was very time-consuming to wash my hair.>No air vent in the bathroom so the toilet paper gets damp (yuck).>Somebody was smoking cigarettes on my floor.>Somebody kept smashing the buttons in the elevator so they were cracked.The acceptable:>The room started out clean.>Check-out took all of 30 seconds.>Accommodations were comfortable, location was convenient.

Negative: Need to get your shuttle back available. You might want to charge a small fee for it to be used to help hire better drivers that are dependable. Thank you!

I visit on a weekend staying for two night with my family. Hotel on website looks amazing but when arrived totally disappointed. Room Have a funny odor and bed was very uncomfortable. I could not sleep throughout the night.Staff here is very rude especially the night shift gentlemen. When checking in he literary saw me standing waiting for assistance. But ignore until he was finished with his call. His phone call was too important vs the customer. I stand their almost 30 minutes waiting to be checked into my room. After he check me in he didn’t explain anything just here your key.Hotel also offers breakfast but really you have to pay for it. I was staying here two night and no one came to clean our room. Family and I end up doing what we had to do because the service was extremely horrible.Overall customer service employees need to be retrained on how to check in Customer. This should be basic but cannot get it right. Imagine other areas what is happening.Zero is my rating for this hotel.

The room was spotless I felt very comfortable with covet 19 The bed was amazing and the pillows. There was a couch and a small refrigerator inside. Unfortunately management at the front desk. Was extremely unprofessional from her attire to her words. The pool and the hot tub was spotless and amazing.I was in need of extending my check out unfortunately they only did give 30 minutes but again it was better than nothing if youre needing to stay in Boca at a hotel I do recommend.

Front staff desk were very polite and attentive to all requests and made things happen quickly! This hotel is nothing “fancy” but very clean, CoVid safe, and chill vibes. You can tell that guests are comfortable there, especially the ones for long term stays. The rooms have mini fridges which is nice too. Hot tub is also a plus

Spacious and clean rooms. Convenient location and plenty of parking. Various restaurants close by as well as a large mall.I rated it this highly, because we had a noise issue and Annaelle made sure we were taking care of. She made our stay pleasant and made it a positive experience for us. Great customer care!

Highly unsatisfied. Room extremely to small and packed in with little room to move. Balcony doesnt have chairs. Appliances extremely cheap. paying $200 per night for a room listed as $120 on their website. Highly unsatisfied, do not recommend.

They were willing to give me an early check-in, but it didnt go smoothly. I was assigned a unmade room, that was quickly resolved, but i was awakened twice, once by a customer and then by staff.

Positive: Very nice hotel, new and very clean. Very helpful staff and front desk. Negative: A little difficult to locate even with GPS. Right near HWY 95.

Positive: Walking into the lobby of the hotel was very pretty. The room was nice and cozy. Negative: I did find some hair stuck on the inside of the shower as I moved back the shower curtain to shower. I did late check-out at 1pm, an older guy from housekeeping came knocking and ringing that loud doorbell at 12:50 with an attitude. I knew the time!

Positive: I can walk outside my sliding door and im at the pool. Also the quietness. Negative: Only thing I didnt like was there was not a microwave in the room. Also the fridge was not getting cold like it should. Also the freezer took two days to freeze.

Positive: Nothing! Checked out two hours after we checked in. The hotel is used also as long term housing. The residents are overrunning the hotel and paying short term guests cannot enjoy. There are several people in and out of the building via side doors. Negative: Pull out sofa stained badly- housekeeping came w dry rag to clean- didn¿t work. There were feces (yes, poop) on the floor of the laundry room. Staff is not friendly-whole experience was terrible. Spend the extra $20 go to the Marriott 2 miles away.

Beautiful hotel. Excellent room and nice pool / jacuzzi.

Hotel was reasonably located for restaurants. Very friendly staff and very helpful maintenance team (our AC was not working correctly and they promptly fixed the issue). The rooms are arranged in a way that Ive never seen before so that took some getting used to. There is not an room refrigerator so plan accordingly. The pool area was very nice, small, and quiet-ish. Only reason I was unable to give this hotel a full 5 stars is because they also accomodate pets and someone in the hotel had a couple of dogs that would not stop barking, during the day, late at night, or EARLY in the morning. Im not sure if the owners of the pets were confronted about this but it bordered on ridiculous at one point. My gf and I remedied it by leaving the hotel for extended amounts of time but unfortunately, chose to hang out at the hotel all day Saturday.

Don’t fall for the pictures. Room didn’t look nothing like the picture ..definitely would not come back. Again staff member also lied to my face and said they don’t have balcony’s. SMH didn’t get a refund or anything.

A female employee who works at the front desk made it very unpleasant. I asked for a room on a first floor and got an attitude as if I am not a paying customer. Just heard her offer floor and type of room to customer in front of me. I am pretty sure that was because I booked through Expedia. You can forget about any special requests you made when you booked the room. Rude, unprofessional, made us wait for her and her manager. Obvious superiority complex. And I am not saying this to be mean. Nothing got resolved. Manager didnt even look into this to see if we could get a room on the 1st floor. Also, no information about the hotel was offered, such as pool hours, breakfast times, etc. to top it off, got housekeeping at the door at 8:15am on the morning of check out, when check out time is 11am. We are in Boca every month for a few days. Will never stay here again. Just a bad taste in my mouth kind of experience.

When we first arrived the employee on night shift was sitting watching tv and was rude. When we got to our room after taking showers we realized it was hair everywhere that didnt belong to us, it was also in the bed. We were moved to another room but the air conditioner wasnt working. Next morning we reported the issues to the manger and she upgraded our room due to all the issues we had. She instantly reported the man who was rude to us. She made sure the rest of our stay went well.

The room was clean and the staff friendly. My main complaint is that the WIFI is nonexistent. If you are planning on working here forget it. I had to tether through my phone and even that was choppy. The second thing was that people were partying at the pool (which supposedly closed at 10pm) until well past that time finally I called the front desk about it at 1:30 am on a WEDNESDAY. The front desk said they would send security and it did seem to quiet down shortly after but the fact that I had to be awaken more then once for it to happen when I’m am SURE the front desk could hear the noise better then me gives me pause. It should have been taken care of before I was disturbed.I swear I am not an unreasonable person but in today’s day and age I shouldn’t battle for WiFi and I certainty shouldn’t be woken up multiple times in the middle of the night during the week. I swear if it was Thursday thru Sat. I would have sucked it up but I’m here for work and already on a different time zone so my sleep is precious. I will not stay here again. The price is right but you get what you pay for I guess.

Checked in and then checked back out. It appears that this hotel is being used as State/government long term housing as families are extremely settled here. This would not be an issue if the hotel had parameters and boundaries in place for hotel guests. The hallways were “musty” and loud- the building smelled of cigarettes and marijuana and the laundry room literally had feces on the floor. If you’re looking for a place to stay on vacation with your family, take a closer look at Marriott Springhill Suites up the street for a couple bucks more..

This hotel is basically a Marriott Courtyard that got sold or rebranded to Sonesta. The ONLY change to the entire hotel was maybe the staff and the signs.Same carpet, furniture, decorations, towels, soaps .... EVERYTHING.Kinda weird.A tired Courtyard, but the location is good.

This hotel is really old and it shows. Hallways are incredibly humid and hot. Difficult to cool the room down. Gross shower curtains with mystery spots and boogers (?!) on them. Reserved a king bed and got two double beds and unable to rectify. Would do for a quick night at most, but we will not be coming back.

Great hotel in a quiet area. It’s in a corporate park but we tend to stay during wknd visits to family. Staff is attentive and friendly. Rooms are consistently well cared for and clean. They had the usual breakfast counter/mini restaurant that Courtyards known for. They do have at least 1 staff member that makes killer delicious cocktails! (A female staffer).

We have traveled from coast to coast and this has been an outstanding experience.....from check in to management - the very best. Staff at all levels are customer based and make every effort to make your stay enjoyable from early morning to late night. The location is excellent with several good restaurants within walking distance or an easy uber/taxi ride. We were at this hotel for an extended stay and cannot thank everyone for the help and kindness extended to us - Paul Jackson, General Manager, is the best of the best!

Our housekeeper Sophia was amazing. The room was one of the cleanest Ive visited. The reason for 4 star was I thought the pool area could use some upgrading, and the water was too hot to enjoy.

I was quite disappointed in this hotel. I stayed here for a whole week on a corporate account. The staff is extremely friendly and welcoming and inviting, however the facilities are in some desperate need of care. In my room on the second floor, there were ants crawling up the wall, the toilet flooded on more than one occasion without excess things being put in it. I could hear my neighbor next-door snoring and he kept me up at night, attributable to the paperthin walls. One day I came in mid day while the cleaning lady was cleaning my room, And she was just standing there watching television. I do not have anything against this, but it is a wonder why it takes so long for the rooms to get cleaned. The lounge and common areas are nice and relatively updated. Again, the staff is extremely friendly. This is by no means a four-star hotel, however I would have liked to have given it at least three stars, but there were problems with rust stains on the sinks, my iron was burnt and ruined my shirt. I had to go ask for a different iron. Overall, I had a pretty bad experience here.

Great Customer Service

The room was very clean, decorated very nice. The bed was comfortable. The website says free breakfast which they dont have. They do have a Bistro in the lobby.The reason I gave 3 stars was due to their Cable/Internet. The channel line up was limited to about 15 channels, and when I was finally able to connect to my Netflix account the Internet speed wasnt fast enough to stay connected. The young lady at the front desk wasnt much help as her English was also very limited..

When I arrived my work had booked the hotel reservation for the wrong day. The Hotel Staff were amazing and not only accommodated me but also dealt with my employer themselves so I didnt have to do anything and the rooms were spotless. I will request this every time I am in the area.

I booked this location because I was planning on spending time with family members who were staying nearby. It is the height of the season and I felt the price was a bit high. I checked in using the Marriott app and once at the hotel check-in was a breeze. The room, while a bit small was nicely furnished and immaculate. The bed was actually the best Ive ever slept on. The only problem was the air conditioning unit being a bit loud and the water pressure in the shower non-existent. I was also disappointed that the bistro was closed Saturday afternoon when I returned from my day. I was looking forward to a coffee and once back to the hotel after a long morning and afternoon I do not want to go out again. The hotel is in a fantastic location, right off of I-95 in the middle of Boca Raton. Tons of restaurants and shopping is within a mile and the beach is not far. I recommend this hotel if you are looking for something in a middle price range.

I have stayed here last week for 7 nights. The location of the hotel is very good. You are almost 1 mile away from the mall with very good variety of restaurants in a walking distance. The hotel was clean but looks old, i think rooms need to be improved as well as the lobby. Rooms were good in size with old furniture and a comfort bed. They usually don’t offer breakfast in the mornings but you can always buy sandwiches from bistro in the lobby. One last thing i need to to mention that staff here were completely friendly and nice to guests and I appreciate that

We were blessed to have a room during Hurricane Irma. I and my 85 year old parents, one with a walker and the other with memory issues. I couldnt have been happier. Although we were prepared with food and ice enough for the duration, many of the staff stayed in the hotel for limited food service for those who did not have the chance to prepare. The manager Paul Jackson was fully available at all times jumping to do anything that was needed. He was exemplary in defusing a situation where one guest was demanding that the weather channel should be playing 24/7 in the lobby. We were in the lobby to try to be as normal as possible getting out of our rooms to get away from our other family members who ONLY wanted to watch the storm on TV. When the hotel lost power also they worked their hardest to make sure we had what we needed and were safe and comfortable. Kiddos to this hotel manager and his team! They were also housing about 25 linemen that had come from as far a Pennsylvania and had food and snacks to get them out as soon as it was safe. I and others felt we were treated like 5 star guests. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
