I am shocked to see that its Marriott, bcause its a Mediocre hotel, with very small rooms, NO exhaust in the washrooms. Sonrisa restaurant service was terrible, some waiters were in mask and some werent, Food was also very blend and made with no love. Washroom floor was dirty upon checkin and with old worn out furniture. Printer in the lobby was pretty old with no wifi capabilities. Labor working by the restaurant could have waited until the breakfast hours were done by 11 am before banging metal so hard that it was very hard to enjoy breakfast and communicate. Staff was courteous. However, I Will not stay again at this location.

Very clean hotel and beautiful grounds. The rooms are well renovated and the bathrooms are well stocked. The downsides, which are important, sadly are that the beds are VERY hard and the rooms are VERY hot. We even had one of the mechanics come to our room to check the AC because we thought it wasnt working and he fixed it but the air continued to barely work all night. Had the AC set to 62 and it felt like 85 in the room.

Always a great experience having events there staff is super friendly and are willing to help you out. The hotel is going thru some renovation so it was a bit too noisy while we were in session, but the staff went out of their way to help us and contacted the builders to move their schedules.

Excellent experience overall. Staff was gracious and helpful. The restaurant and bar are great, as well as the ones behind the property. Looks like theres normally an outdoor section of the restaurant as well as a lounge currently being renovated. Looking forward to seeing it once complete.

Great stay!! Big rooms with a great bed. Loved their service as well. Had to do international meetings in the middle of the night on Zoom all 3 nights I was here, and I used the lobby for better lighting and also as I didnt want to disturb my husband in the room, the front desk was very accommodating and turned off all lobby music for the duration of my meetings. Also, loved their little market beside the front desk - had milk, cereal, meds, everything. Parking was also free. So will definitely stay again if I am back in Boca.

Hotel is in really good condition and looks like its brand new. There are some floors under renovation currently, but you couldnt hear anything on my floor, which was 4 away. The doors are a bit noisy, if a neighbor opens and closes the door, you hear it. Very typical set up for Marriot. The construction has taken over some of the parking lot that is immediately adjacent to the hotel, so if you get here at a reasonable hour, get ready to walk a good ways.

This motel is listed as beachfront and it is 5 miles to the closest beach. There is 1 washer & 1 dryer for the entire hotel, which is basically always inaccessible. The bathroom sink in our room was cracked. Our mini fridge did not keep drinks cool. The hot tub was Luke warm and never got warmer. The entire pool hot tub area was in bad need of a cleaning. The breakfast at the hotel is outrageously expensive at $21.50 per person.

This place was truly delightful, me and my family chose this hotel after having to leave our old one that was extremely outdated, we were very satisfied with our stay over here. The hotel is renovated, service excellent, restaurant was delicious. The only thing was that the executive lounge was under construction which I was looking forward to, but besides that excellent hotel.

Clean. Shower was great with good pressure. Pool was nice. The only negative was that the doors were thin or something because I felt like I could hear everything in the hall like the door was open.

Staff were friendly and accommodating. However the place is ancient and is well past due for an upgrade. There is ongoing construction and the staff did alert us to the fact that place needs to be upgraded. I do plan to revisit after the upgrades.

Nice rooms, good pool.. Welcoming staff but too few of them. We could never eat breakfast there because no one was available to clean tables between guests. Pool deck needs cleaning and upgrade. Otherwise, best of nearby Boca choices. Good location!

The only reason I gave one star is because they held $150 on my card that they said would be refunded but they never refunded it. They just stole the money.Lovely looking hotel and was clean. My only critique for the restaurant is the breakfast. I recommend just picking up what they sell at the gas station on your way to whatever you are doing that day. Youll save money and it is the same quality food... The dinners at the restaurant though really shine and are delicious. Steak was cooked exactly how we both wanted.

This hotel was good for what you pay for. The rooms are very nice and it is very clean overall. Also, the location is very good as it is near some large shopping centers. However, the front desk service is a bit slow as on numerous occasions they didnt respond and I had to call a lot.

Great hotel! Felt like a resort, wonderful lobby and gym. Literally in the middle of Boca center where there are wonderful shops, food and a starbucks that you can walk too (very rare for the area). Everything was immaculately clean and the person who checked us in was exceptionally helpful with directions and told us about the area and hotel amenities. Great for business and families, great environment would stay again.

I usually stay at a different hotel when visiting Boca but was convinced to try this Marriott as it had a high star rating and better reviews than my normal place.... the restaurant outside this place has music and a bar open late and all I can hear is the partying and music. not ideal for a good nights sleep.....the mattress in my room is also sunken in and warped on one side of the bed. also, why are there no other more unsatisfactory reviews?a positive - the pool was clean and refreshing and all the staff have been very pleasant.

Stayed at this property over the weekend, being a titanium member, I stayed at many different properties all over the world but this particular hotel is exception. The way how they treat you is exceptional. Each and every staff member is well trained, helpful and goes above and beyond to meet your needs. Also hotel stays on top of the current trends and does proper and timely renovations and upgrades which makes this place even more exclusive. And with Covid Situation, despite of some limitations, staff and hotel management did not let global changes to affect its service standards . Front Desk staff is very professional and helpful and they always recognize Marriott Members, Restaurant staff is amazing, I had breakfast and dinner meet ups with colleagues and our experience was fascinating. Server like Grace and Tammy makes your day so positive from the early breakfast hours and bartender Mike at night is awesome. Francisco and Vicky as well as Zeynel during the evening provided a great service to our team during the evening, meals at the restaurant was delicious and cocktails are made creatively tasty. Id definitely recommend this place.

Our room was missing an iron, and the blackout curtain so we were up shortly after the sun came up. Not necessarily a bad thing because it gave us more time to explore.

My Husband and I love Marriot. We always stay in one of your Hotels when we are away. Unfortunately this time we did not have a good experience. The Hotel is nice and affordable, however things went bad from the very beginning.We checked in and went up to our room and upon entering the room immediately realized the room was occupied.Obviously the people in the room were startled by us just barging into their room and we were so embarrassed.My husband went downstairs and told them what happened and we were given another room. We get a phone call about 15 minutes later and the person on the phone was asking all these questions about how we made the reservation and under what name then told me we had to go downstairs and reset our keys. She then told me that they had many reservations with people with our same last name and thats how the mix up happened.Everything just seemed off...disorganized and completely unprofessional.The following day we left early for the beach and when we get back at 5pm we wanted to take a shower and noticed there was something wrong with the water.It came out either hot or burning hot.We called, they sent someone who told us it would take at least 45 minutes to fix.He mentioned that if we put it in the lowest setting it was hot but not too bad.Since we were in a hurry we told him we would try to take a bath like that.My 6 year old daughter started to cry saying the water was too hot so I took her out.I immediately went downstairs and asked for a manager.A person was the name of Evan said he was the manager. I told him what was going on expecting for him to quickly resolve the issue and put us in another room, instead heSaid that they always have that issue and that the maintenance person said that the water was not that hot. He continue to repeat it through me telling him my daughter was crying of how hot the water was..I got fed up with his attitude and asked for another room. Not very happy about it he agreed to give us another room.I asked him if he was sure the new room was not occupied and he was really upset by my question and told me that that had been an honest mistake.That, is a terrible mistake and I am still horrified that a hotel can do that and think its an honest mistake.Evan needs help asap his customer serviceSkills are really bad, as for us we will not be going back to that Marriot.

Chose this hotel because it was located near FAU and I was there to attend a graduation. I Was given a accessible room despite paying for a regular king room. My stay was filled with micro aggressions and condescending stares from staff and guest. Most uncomfortable stay I’ve ever had. Room was nice but not worth the price considering the the service and older appearance of the design.

What I liked:- location is perfect, close to so many restaurants, shopping, even mcdonalds and liquor store within 2 minutes walk. so convenient.- front desk provided great service. needed to jump start my car, they helped me promptly.- free coffee every morning, a very nice touch.- gym was great. quite a few machines, free water provided. and treadmills have individual TVs you can watch while working out.Did not like:- rooms are dated, and furniture/doors etc. shows wear and tear... and age of the hotel.- due to covid, no room service until 3rd day of check in. by then we had a ton of trash and towels piled up. i wish they provided a big trash bag for us to consolidate trash. It was kind of a mess.- the jacuzzi didnt work, but upon notifying the desk they fixed it within a day.overall: I would recommend this hotel...a decent choice. its not 5 star level hotel or service, but for the price we paid it was not bad at all.

My experience was good the room was clean the faucet in the sink wasnt working but it wasnt a big deal. Me and my husband went out all day when we got back the bed was not fixed when I called the front desk. The advises due to covid I was not scheduled for a room service because its done every 3 days but we only was there for 2 days. Breakfast was a bit pricey and the toast was burnt.

Great hotel, at an even greater price right now due to covid. Though how can you run out of king size beds when the hotel is not near capacity? They made it work for us though, great consistency during our recent work trip.

Negative: Thermostats are set to 66 which is ok on a hot Florida day but chilly on a cool Florida night. Since there is no heat I would suggest leaving rooms at 70 as you can always bring the temperature down with a/c but you can’t bring temperature

This place was great! Everyone was super friendly and helpful, the restaurant was getting renovated which was unfortunate, but everything else was really great. I used the pool and the fitness center will I was there, and they were both great, the other residents were very cordial as well. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.

This is among the very Marriott which is willing to be innovative and provide Concerige services even though its covid and remodeling.

Hotel was beautiful. Staff friendliness was hit or miss. Room amenities leaved a lot to be desired, especially for the price. King bed yet no mini fridge, toiletries that had been used by a previous guest, useless/flat pillows and not the quality of linens expected of such a room. It would have been fine for half the price.

Good location. I enjoyed Boca town center shopping mall very much. I use amazon and don’t go shopping mall these days. But human beings enjoy shopping actually seeing and touching sometimes. Then, I could relax at poolside of hotel. And then, my husband and I enjoyed Morton’s next door restaurant. Excellent time we spent.

Staff is extremely friendly and accommodating, even on night shift. Beds and pillows are very soft. Unfortunately was not able to use the bar; I assume bc of the pandemic. I saw staff cleaning and disinfecting the elevators and tables. Plenty of parking out front & is walking distance from several restaurants, and a 2 minute drive from even more.Only cons I can think of is the bathtub in the standard room with the king bed is fairly small, and if you have noisy drunk neighbors, the doors dont exactly keep out a lot of noise if they remain in the hall.

We chose the Boca Center location before we were able to see it in person, and we werent disappointed at all. The courtyard was the perfect choice and kept our guests dry during brief intervals of rain. We also did a brunch menu, which everyone LOVED. The omelette station was a hit. Amanda was amazing from start to finish and did whatever she could to make sure our day was special for not only us, but our guests. This venue is perfect because it allowed us to host our ceremony and reception in one spot, so our guests didnt have to travel. They also got to hang out in the lobby and bar all weekend, which gave everyone time to bond. Not to mention the location is perfect and there are stores and restaurants for everyone nearby. This place is a one stop shop and simply beautiful for a wedding.

This was an overall great hotel. If you are looking for one that won’t break the bank but will give you a nice experience, this one is great. And for all the things I did in Boca, this seemed to be super close to everything I wanted to do. Never had to drive for than 5 miles to anything which was really convenient.The room was great. Bed and pillows were super soft. The shower was also amazing as well. Had the breakfast buffet this morning for $21.50. It had a good amount of options for that price with things like create your own omlette, waffle maker, bacon, sausage, potatoes, pastries, cereal, and more. Definitely worth the price. Overall this was a great place to spend a few days with my loved one. If I ever want to book a night in Boca, I would definitely stay here again.

As a caregiver to my mom, a weekend get away is rare. I wanted this opportunity to be enjoyable and relaxing. The Marriott provided a luxurious and well kept building and room. I especially enjoyed the dearly needed hot bath and comfy bed. I felt pampered and am ready to go back to my caregiving status after being well cared for. Thank you for rejuvenating me!

I was extremely impressed with the level of service and attention to detail at the Boca Raton Marriott. The staff is extremely friendly and anticipated many of my needs. I was so appreciative of the text message from Tash to let me know before I arrived that my room was ready and the message from Marlon asking me whether I’d like my room serviced. My interactions with front desk staff were always pleasant. Barry, Cindy, and Kristen effortlessly responded to all of my questions and concerns. Mario‘s service in the executive lounge was exceptional. He was incredibly friendly and attentive. Lastly, this was the first time I’ve ever received a hand written note from the hotel manager welcoming me to the hotel and thanking me for my business. How thoughtful! In addition to this great service, I was extremely happy with the cleanliness and comfort of my room (it even smelled like flowers when I walked in!) and the free breakfast and evening offerings at the lounge. The quality of food was great and the lounge was very comfortable. The hotel also provides evening events such as happy hour and free food samplings during the week. I wish all of the Marriott properties were as exceptional as this one! Thank you to all of the staff and management for an excellent stay.

This Marriott seems to be a sleeper (pun intended). The location of this Marriott is easy to get to, it is within walking distance to good restaurants, a grocery store, and Starbucks, and the lobby is open, clean and well designed for dining or hanging out. Also, the rate was almost unbelievable (it may be due to COVID-19).We were upgraded to a suite which was spacious, functional and had a view to the courtyard.This is a new favorite staycation or local getaway spot.

This Marriott property is perfectly located for activities near and around FAU university. The hotel has updated rooms, with very comfortable beds. The linens and comfortor was top of the line, and the drapes kept the room completely dark. Slept a full 8 hours. Adjacent to various restaurants, shops, and right off main highways. Very convenient.

This hotel is in an excellent location at Boca Town Center. From the hotel, just step out into a shared courtyard with a couple of great casual dining restaurants, amphitheater style steps for casual lounging and people watching - theres a huge Christmas tree there now that thrilled the children. The hotel staff are courteous and proactive and the rooms are clean and comfortable. Nice pool and Jacuzzi. I would definitely stay there again if the need arose.

My husband and I stayed at the Boca Raton Marriott at Boca Center visiting a family member in the Boca Raton Regional Hospital. The hotel is extremely beautiful and after a long day at the hospital it was a very pleasant experience to return to the comfort of a home away from home. The service in the Premier Lounge was so awesome - our attendant was so sweet and caring. Food was excellent especially the Thursday night chicken pasta dish. Room was very clean and the lavender spray on the pillows was a magical touch. Location is excellent - no need to go to the Mall - you have everything right there at the back door - excellent restaurants, Starbucks and elegant boutiques.

Attention to detail...instead of just handing the room key to me they actually came out from behind the desk to thank me for staying with them and shook my hand and gave me the key. If Im ever in the area again I will definitely stay here. AMAZING SERVICE!!

Unfortunately I did not have a good experience. I stayed one night, and got bed bug bites. I was itchy when I woke up, had some small red bumps but nothing big. A few hours later I had intense itching and bites that are very characteristic of bed bug bites. I called to let the hotel know, and the receptionist was defensive, said housekeeping checks for these things routinely, said she would investigate and return my call. No call was received to follow up. Now I have the expense of doing pest control for possible bed bugs in my house. The 3rd party booking site said they cannot do a refund, tried reach out to the hotel and they would not do a refund. Management has not addressed the issue at all.

Charged my credit card without my knowledge, and there were no incidentals to be charged for. They said it was their mistake, but i have to deal with it myself with mu credit card company. WATCH YOUR CREDIT CARD STATEMENTS... THEY MAY TAKE A LOT OF MONEY THIS WAY AND GET AWAY WITH IT...

My daughter is starting at FAU. This Marriott is only 5 minutes away from the college. The hotel is close to shops and restaurants. Great place to stay - even during COVID.

We just had a overnight stay to attend a football game. We were able to check in early which really helped us out. The gentleman at the front desk, I believe it was Barry, was so professional. He explained where everything is in the hotel and came around the desk to greet us once we were done. Not sure I every received service like that before. Enjoyed time at the bar with friends after the game. The gentleman, once again I believe it was Morrice, took great care of us all even though it was late. We all enjoyed breakfast the next morning. It is a beautiful hotel and would defiantly go back when in the area.

Very nice Marriott property in Boca RatonGreat M ClubFood was better than most I have stayed at.Rooms were a little dated but were clean and fresh with no issues.Lobby and meeting rooms were more than adequate.Friendly helpful staff who actually acknowledged my Marriott Status at checkin.Our meeting was at the hotel and food was provided.All was good, fresh,warm and tasty.Would bring my family back here for a stay.

Mario in the elite lounge is hands down the BEST part about this place. He wrote the book on hospitality. Every two weeks when I come for work I book this hotel 100% because of the joy he brings while assisting you. There is no greater example of what phenomenal customer service and a genuine, caring person is than Mario. Thanks for being the best part of my day every time I visit.

As a single woman unfamiliar with the area in town for a funeral the Boca Raton Marriott was the perfect place to stay. Less than a half hour from the Airport I rented a car and was there in time for a late dinner in their lovely open cafe bar area .I felt completely comfortable and the staff throughout the hotel were exceptionally friendly and accommodating .Having so many restaurants and shops within walking distance was a real plus throughout he three days .

Just wanted to give a big thanks to the staff at this Marriott. There were many people that made my stay extra special, and I thought it deserved a post. I travel a lot and could really feel the caring and genourosity from the local staff Calvin at from desk was awesome, helped several times with reservations and area logistics. Kathy Bonner was amazing -- she helped me plan a major event on short notice, from 6 time zones away. She is very efficient and absolute delight to plan and work with. I know exactly who to call for next South Florida event.

My stay at BRM-BC was a lovely weekend escapade, a glimpse of a weekend in Paradise. My room view display a lovely look out over the Boca Center. The services rendered were truly elegant, as well as, extravagant. The Hotel staff was truly professional in the most elite of ways. And I do plan on visiting with them again in the very near future. So, if youre ever in the Boca Raton area this would be the perfect place to reside for your stay.
