I use this Laundromat once in a while. It is usually clean with lint from clothing & other things usually swept up. Today floors were dirty stuff all over the floors. People working there couldnt speak English well (I had to point).Most of the machines seemed to be working. The shop was relatively busy. Ample parking.

I go here often. More like weekly.. Theres nothing special about this place, but theres also no complaints about it either. Just a convenient little spot down the street from my house that gets the job done. Staff is friendly and helpful anytime Ive needed help with something there.

Unfortunately this place has gone down hill. I wash here often and it is now under new management. I went Sunday and it was the dirtiest Ive ever seen. Ive never seen so many dryer sheets laying around on the floor. Not to mention the loose socks people left behind all over the place. Machines were dirty, and the change machine even went down. I had to leave with some clothes damp. There was even a roach in the bathroom.This place was always clean. The staff was nice and polite. Now I understand when under new management things will change. However, a business shouldnt be run this way.

I have been using their wash and fold service for two months while my house is being renovated. Their prices are great and their service is great. My clothes have always been ready on time and I would definitely recommend this place

Hi there Ive had to go to laundromats from time to time in my life and this by far has to be the best laundromat I e been to!! I actually have a smile when I walk in. ELAINE is there most of the time and she is wonderful, when have you been to a laundromat where they greet you and know your name? (NEVER lol) the place is clean, they have great prices, and good hours. The location is nice on the corner, never overcrowded plus the machines never gave me a problem before I started using their service. Ive managed alot of customer service businesses and have to say they do a great job! Keep it up!! 👍

I drop off laundry for wash ‘n fold every once in a while & the lady at the counter is super sweet & works hard! Prices are reasonable & service is fast. I typically bring my own fabric softener for use so clothes smell better. Would definitely recommend this place.

I have been going here for a few years.i was very happy until recently- I do not like the new owner. I dropped off 50lbs of laundry and got back 30lbs. I gave them clothes- no towels and nothing wet!!!! She tried to tell me that the clothes weigh differently when it is washed/dryed and folded?? I will never go here again. The Manager does not have good customer service skills. A 20lb difference is a lot and she was definitely convinced that she was right.

My name is Ruth I entered my clothes in dryer 17 and I put 5 quarters in for 49 minutes when I pressed the start button it was not working . I asked this older guy at the laundry mat to help me get my quarters back from the machine. When I asked him for help he told me hold on right quick and continue his conversation with his friend. I had to go back the second time to get him to help me. I felt like it was rude that he kept talking to his friend in the dry cleaning drop off service. Me and a couple of customers were waiting at the drop off service while they were busy talking. I feel when a customer needs help you need to stop what your doing and help them. He finally helped me and told me he is just an employee here and he is not able to get access to the machine to get the quarters back. He tried using a knife to go inside the quarter machine to see if the quarters can come out but it didn’t. I feel like there is a way for the employee to get the quarters out of the machine if he had a key to open it , therefore , I feel like I’m being lied to. I feel like before you guys open the laundromat an employee should check every dryer and washing machine to see which one is working or not . The machines that are not working they should put a out of service note on them.Saturday 4/24/20215:00pm

A bunch of lying losers. Lady said at 8:30am that my closes would be ready by 3pm. I come at 4:30pm and theyre not done. Then she lies and said we DONT do same day even though the last 4 times were done same day...with new mgmt. Dont waste your money there!!!

Ok I need to change my review because even though it is a clean and big facility the machines left several black marks on my daughter’s expensive white comforter:( I told the attendant and she said the machines don’t stain but the rubber seals could. The comforter did not have these black marks when I brought it to the place in a plastic bag (so not dirt from car)I guess you get what you pay for :(

Called to find out exactly where they are located because Im not familiar with the area. The person answering the phone obviously didnt speak or understand English! Wont be using that business!

The owner is very lovely. The place is clean, always minimal traffic. Prices are not bad at all. You can wash your clothes and not be worried if you’ll pick up germs.

Be wary about the washers. Twice I’ve put money in and they haven’t worked. Then when you bring it to the attention of the employees they basically think your trying to scam them out of $4. Plus who still uses quarters?!? Maybe upgrade to a card system.

If there was no stars I would give this place no stars I went in to clean my king size UGG comforter set that specifically says dry clean only on the tag!!when I told the lady I needed it cleaned she said she dosent know the price until owner comes in later that day and she would call me if the price changes....but when I picked up my comforter set I found out she washed it and threw it in the dryer!!!and did not dry clean it now my $200 UGG comforter set is ruined the Faux fur feels burnt off and she does not want to pay for it when it is specifically her fault she does not pay attention to labels or customers request and is not taking accountability for your actions I will definitely be taking this up in court!

One of the best experience I have gotten at a coin laundry , the employees are perfect they do a great job there and at a great price I love how they fold my clothes.... Five star for sure!

I was just at this place today. I had to do laundry, because my dirty clothes were piling up in the laundry basket.The place is alright, except for the fact that the public bathroom can become too warm, and they dont have any paper towels, either for the bathroom or the sink in the laundry area because of the Coronavirus. Speaking of which, you have to wear a mask when you enter.

Love it! Huge/Mega washers are great for big families or quilts and comforters.

The 3$ double loads are closer to the driers in the back. The triple and mega loads are 4 and 5 dollars. If you dont have a lot of laundry use the ones in the back. The Claw machine at my .50 cents would not recommend putting quarters in too fast lol :(. Very clean establishment with efficient and fast working equipment

Dryers don’t dry fully and you put more quarters in and even after I complained no refund of my quarters After 35 minutes still clothes were wet so I lost money and the workers don’t care or even offer any help credit back On the issue.

If I could give this Laundry Mat less than a one star I would. I brought over sheets and towels and when they got back to me, they smelt as someone ran my dirty sheets in a dryer. When I called the owner, she told me they use red tide. The sheets didnt smell like tide at all. She was rude about it and absolutely unprofessional. Go somewhere else because youll get dirty sheets.

I really like this place I pay $5 for a very large load and another $1.25 gets me 35 minutes of dryer time so its very affordable and hard to beat the cleaning power of commercial equipment and dont worry about the water bill or the electric bill at home

Took my bed sheets and towels there and they smell like they did when they were dropped off. Called to ask for a refund or rewash and was told by worker that there is nothing that they can do and that i would have to pay for another wash. Basically paid $24 dollars for my stuff to be folded. DONT DROP YOUR CLOTHES OFF!!

Ive visited only once, a few days ago. I met the owner directly, very sweet and accommodating. I was blown away how clean this facility was! MORE IMPORTANTLY...the washing machines were spotless. What do I mean exactly? The rubber top you lift when putting in your detergent, was clean! Ive been only to a few laundromats in my time, and, ALWAYS, these rubber tops are LOADED with mildew/mold.I had them wash/fold (not dry clean) a queen size quilt. It looked great. I even received it sooner than quoted; pleased with the overall service for sure. I do think, however, what they charge is too high. Lets face it, it is one item, simply ... wash, dry, fold. $20 for doing only that (even including their detergent) is too expensive. If not for this, I would have given them a 5 star.Would I visit again? Absolutely!

I use this laundromat weekly. The washing machines and the dryers are spotlessly clean as is the entire laundromat. The staff is extremely friendly and there is always an attendant there. If you have an issue with a machine, it is addressed immediately. You will not find another facility like it. I have a laundromat where I live but use Super Laundromat instead.

Outstanding pride of ownership and amazing customer service surrounds this Super Laundromat in Sandalfoot Plaza! Customer satisfaction is their main goal and everything here has been done with that in mind. Very clean, functional place, plenty of machinery for any type of cleaning that you need to do. Extra auxiliary services have been added, as well, to make it more convenient. I highly reccomend this laundromat to anyone!!!!

There are a lot of machines and they are reasonably priced. It is spacious with a lot of table space for folding and plenty of seating while you wait. It is clean and staffed with nice helpful people. They have a drop off service.

It is A good place to do your laundry and very clean, although they get a little carried away with the cleaning and get in your way sometimes spraying a lot of strong smelling cleaning stuff around which gets a little annoying, but no biggie, however , I had a poor customer service experience when I had to use the bathroom really bad while I was a paying customer. I’m waiting thinking someone was in there because the bathroom key was not where it was supposed to be like at most laundry mats. Then I realized that the cleaning lady had the key the whole time, when I explained to her that wasn’t good, she copped an attitude on me! That’s BS put a temporary sign on the door. Don’t frustrate a paying customer wasting my time too hunting down bathroom keys. Especially when it cost three times as much to do your laundry is it did 10 years ago. I would’ve been more patient, but don’t cop an attitude on me when you’re in the wrong. I will say normally it’s a good place to do your laundry but don’t tick off your customers.

Very clean, not overly busy. They have dry cleaning, laundry drop off, and machines that range from single load to super load! Change machine, they also sell different laundry soaps and dryer sheets in the event you forgot yours from home!

The place is clean. However the washer doesnt spin the wash very well. Upon removing the clothes, they are still very very wet. Dryers take a long time to dry clothes and it misses some items

Couldnt leave her in the car, no shade in the lot. Go in straight to a washer and spend a few minutes separating and loading. Walk over to get change,where the female owner sees and acknowledges me. I go back to the washer she passes again and stands behind the counter. She watches me put my money in and start the load. At this point she starts questioning me about my dog, if shes a service dog, and where her license is. After an argument over this they tell me I have to put her in the car in the sun or stay outside. I explained that had they posted a sign or told me before I sent my money it wouldnt be a problem but she cant be left unattended outside or in the car. They insisted, so I complied and told them as soon as my wash was done I was out of there. As my wash is finishing the male owner comes back over to argue more and ask me why Im giving him a problem. I explained again had they told me or posted it I wouldnt feel singled out or discriminated against. Voices raised and other customers chimed in on both sides. I would not recommend this establishment for rennie use. They have shaddy business practices and apparently will make up rules about their shop on a whim.

The meanest nastiest people own this and work here. They will rob u!!! Bleach will get on ur clothes and they will hassle u over a $1 that there machine stole
