The best hands down! I have been going here for a couple months now and would never think of going anywhere else. I wanted to acknowledge the experience I had here tonight because I was beyond impressed. So I had 2 large loads of laundry I brought in this evening to wash... After putting them in the washer I had left to run what I thought would be a quick errand but it turned into a longer ordeal then planned. From the time I started the washer until the time I ended up making it back to the laundromat, was about an hour...meaning my clothes would have been unattended and just sitting in the washer for 30 or so minutes until I got back. When I finally came to transfer them to the dryer I had an anxiety attack when I saw the washers I was using were both empty and my clothes no where to be found. But to my surprise , Diane the night time employee went ahead and transfered them to the dryer for me !!! I was so appreciative and shocked , but she deserves tobe recognized for going the extra mile.... And ON TOP of that , I had put a small load of towels in and when I came back to get them from the dryer ... Diane also took it upon herself to fold them all for me and have them waiting by the time I got there. I am so beyond impressed and she absolutely deserves all the recognition!!! People like her make this world a tolerable place and hope that there are still genuine and kind people in this world ! Thank you Diane, ! I will be back again of course !!

Good place to catch COVID - employees / staff dont wear masks even though there is a sign telling guests to do so? nice double standard - also seems like a popular hangout spot for homeless people, had to give up some change once while INSIDE the laundromat. Pass

Had a fine experience the first time doing washing and drying. It was what you would expect at a laundry mat. But this time I only needed to dry and I’m told I have to wait until everyone else is done washing before I use a dryer. I don’t think it’s fair. People should be treated equally and first come first serve.Update: after 15 mins of waiting outside the laundry mat to be allowed to use a dryer the employee in the attached photo came out yelling and screaming for me to come back in and get my stuff and leave in reference to this review. Said she called the police because of my review.

Terrible terrible terrible I believe they are forcing these bogus 5 star reviews first and last time ever patronizing this business see attached photos , machines barely take quarters , you must press quarter return multiple times to even get them to go in , dirty as all get out !! &; ABSOLUTELY No regulations on how many people may be in this business at once place is over crowded!! As I was trying to take my things out of the washers a man stood directly behind meWatching meIm sorry but this place is absolutely terrible !!!Eww ,

Clean facility managed by the best. I’ve visited this particular location in the past for larger loads, comforters, etc. First thing I noticed..... the staff is constantly cleaning! I went there again this morning to wash a few loads while plumbers are at my home making adjustments/repairs. Although they follow COVID safety guidelines, I played it safer and waited in my car during cycles with my young daughter.. While returning for the last dryer load there was an obnoxious guy seated near the entrance. No mask and picking his nose while laughing and looking around for reactions. Obviously the guy’s trying to instigate a fight or just plain ignorant....unable to hide it, he must have seen my disgusted look and made a comment while laughing more. Never heard what he actually said....but before I could reply, the attendant (possibly owner) came out concerned. She asked if he said or did anything to me. Honestly, at that point I just wanted to leave. She dealt with the issue right away and I’m extremely thankful to her for that!!My point- these idiots are at every establishment we visit. It’s all about the way the establishment handles the matter at hand!! Thank you for being a great example!! 💜

I come to do my laundry at this place because the owner Melanie with the blonde hair is beautiful. Sometimes I pretend to bring some clothes thats not even dirty just to get a good glimpse of her. She is so hot. Go see for yourself. Thats the only reason I give this review a 5 star.

Too small and too Dark not enough of the different types of machines

Place is always very clean and the attendant is very helpful and nice. She must of noticed i wasnt from the area and started small talk and welcomed me to the neighborhood. Will def be back more often

First time here and so far we are amazed! Pretty clean, not busy and you can tell the owners have a great sense of humor! Lol! Weve always driven past this area and never knew it was here and will now come by more often. Maybe someday well run into the general manager 🐶😂

I came to wash my dogs beds... the last laundry mat would not let me wash them at there facility... the owner/attendant showed me to an empty washer and didn’t mind the dog beds... then I realized a dog was part of the management team... highly recommend this place!🐾🐾🐾🐾

Hands down the best laundromat i have ever been to! The owner is always cleaning, is super kind and helpful, hands out complimentary waters while you wait, keeps on top of everyone to make sure that everyone else can get their wash done and has an amazing manager!! 😂 Also, the 30 pound washers are only 3.75 which is a phenomenal price, ESPECIALLY with the quality of this establishment!! Fastest and easiest laundry experience of my life!

Was a pretty convenient location as I am out East. Machines were affordable and everything worked just fine. They have little tables to fold your cloths on which I used for my computer to finish my work on. I will surely come back to do my laundry again.

I honestly always go there, but today the owner told me out of nowhere they have new rules that just started this morning i can only use the dryer if I wash but it was practically empty just 1 other guy in there he just shook his head in shock and I hate with all my heart to say this but I really believe it was cause I was black smh, like I said I always go there, I made sure not to offend her so I just left don’t need to all that especially in the morning

Theres no longer a bathroom to use.Nor has there ever been, as far as I know .Its terrible to not have a bathroom to use while your here doing your laundry. Theres single loaders, no air conditioning either. It would be nice to have a bathroom for me and all there other customers.

Just here visiting and need to do a quick load. Place is super clean and young lady working here is awesome. She appears like she loves her job...always has a smile on her face! Super friendly and is cleaning everything. Great place!

Had to use this facility again and is just a wonderful place to do your laundry 24/7. The laundromat has surveillance at all times and there is always someone who answers the phone if there is an issue with the machines. It is always very clean and spotless! The attendant that works there, is just a sweetheart. Awesome job!!!

I have not been in many laundromats but this is easily the best one. Free wifi, clean place, newer machines and above all incredibly helpful staff. I was unsure which machines to use and how to change settings but the lady here was beyond friendly and nice. After my washing was done she even gave a free cold water to help with the heat.

I am staying in Delray and this was a great find. It is safe and very clean. The owner Melanie was a terrific help and very polite. Melanie even gave many customers complimentary water bottles. Melanie knows how to run a business and honestly this was a Great find! I would recommend this to anyone living or staying in the Delray and Boca area.

We have been coming to South Florida for the last three years and always needed to do some laundry. This is the nicest place by far weve ever used. The owners were extremely helpful with everyone. The place was exceptionally clean and well organized. Highly recommend.

Great place to wash anything that will fit in a washer--they have all sizes. The people who run the place do a great job and are very nice. My clothes came out exceptionally clean, much cleaner than in a conventional washing machine.

Good morning: just came back from Laundrymax in Boca Raton, FL on E. 20th St, and I have to say I am very impressed..It was super clean, and Melanie is a sweetheart. She was sooo very helpful, since it was my first time there...would definitely be back!!!

I just moved into the area and I went to this coin laundry. By far, its the cleanest and best looking laundry place that Ive visited. The people who work there are really helpful and very polite.

It actually surprised me how well-run this laundromat was. Admittedly I didnt expect very much from a pay laundromat but as the other review say, everything is very clean the staff including the owner are extremely nice and very helpful. When a dryer was malfunctioning after putting my money in the immediately figured out the problem and gave me my money back. I only came here to wash some clothes while on vacation but would definitely be fine using it if I lived in the area

The place is clean, everything works, and the owners are very nice and helpful. I drive an extra 15 minutes just to go to this laundry mat. Oh and free WiFi while you wait for your clothes.

I do not recommend this laundromat to anyone who has to go and do their own laundry the owner has nothing better to do with his life then to watch the cameras that are there that have audio and video and he will speak through camera any hour of the day very rude machines almost seem rigged like the timers have been changed on the amount of time it washes I tested this Theory I washed two items whites and colors and two different machines side by side one machine gave me 30 minutes other machine for my whites only give me 17 minutes I picked the same washing mode same water same everything and no way did my whites come anywhere close to being clean with only 17 minutes of wash time he also referring to the owner has the audacity and nerve to come onto the speaker and say out loud inside the laundry mat that you are taking too long to do your laundry hurry up do your laundry and leave when someone has to pretreat their laundry it takes a while but for him to tell someone theyre taking too long to do their laundry which they are paying to do their laundry when theyre trying to get their clothes clean because his machines do not work well takes a lot of nerve do yourself a favor go to the laundromat @20th Street and Northeast 2nd Ave across the street from the Dunkin Donuts in that Plaza brand new dryers new washing machines no one gives you a hard time you are never rushed by the owner and your clothes do not get damaged or dirtier than when you put them in. At the laundry mat on 20th Street and federal the one Im referring to and posting about every time I do my laundry there I get a new stain or a new hole in one of my items, I am and will no longer go there for any reason. Do yourself a favor dont go there

Im a student at boca raton and I like this place because they have free wifi so I can do my homeworks at this place when im doing my laundry. Very clean and the owners are very helpfull people.

This place is really nice, it feels comfortable and it feels like talking to the owners once you come trough that door and see the picture of the manager(pretty funny) you feel welcome and the have a charging área(first time I see one with it) I would love to meet the owner cause the way they keep this place talks a lot of their selves, great place #1 in the FAU areaAnd the prices are pretty good

Very nice and clean laundromat. Ive been to alot of laundromat and nothing compares to LaundryMax. This laundromat has been renovated. The layout and the facilities that this laundromat has to offer make your washing chore more enjoyable. Large counter to sit while you wait or fold your laundry. Television for entertainment and free wifi. I never saw that and it definitely changed my opinion about laundromat. I would definitely recommend it if your looking for a nice and cozy place to do your laundry.

Nice and clean. 25cents = 10min on dryer, $2.00 for a small washer. Has A bathroom. Shopping center and restaurants and Publics market near by. I am now changing my review on Coin Laundry. The dryers are now 8min.for 25cents. Also they have forbid anyone from using the bathroom. I talked to the owner one morning and he was braging how he was improving the place but Im not happy about the bathroom always being locked. This is by far the best laundry in Boca.

All laudramats should follow the example of this facility. Extremely helpful owner - it was a pleasure doing my laundry this morning. Thank you.

Excellent location! Come everytime im in town from Wisconsin. Clean and all mashines work well. The owners are on top of it and Super nice! They have Wifi which works great and sitting area with plug ins. Definitely recommended you wont be disappointed! Advice, parking is best in the mornings. Lunch time gets busy.

During my visit to CoinLaundry-BocaLaundryMax I expected to find an average coin laundry.....nothing special. However, I was pleasantly surprised to see an outstanding facility. It was spotlessly clean, all machines worked properly, well lite, security system, TV, WIFI etc. First class in every respect. Owners were on site to provide assistance. You could see customer satisfaction was their #1 priority. If you are in the Boca and in need of a coin laundry highly recommend LAUNDRYMAX. 5 stars all the way!

Very Nice laundry. Like the expérience

Saturday I arrived at 9:50am. There is usually an attendant here until 10am.As I walk in Michael the owner is leaving. So instead of getting change from him I need to get $20 in change from the coin machine ( I only had one load = $3.00)I used machine #17 after the load ran all my clothing was full of sand.I needed to run another wash that made me late for work.Please clean your machines and adjust hours on your sign.

Very small limited machines. Machines will not hold very much even the 40 pound ones. Yes it is open 24 hours but the bathroom Is not open 24 hours which really sucks.

I went here while deployed for the hurricanes. I was on an ambulance. The place was small, but had plenty of machines. One of the machines took my money, but it was my fault. So u lost about $2. The owner cane in while I was there. I told him about it and he kinda acted like it didnt matter. He asked if I did this or that. I said know. He said well you did it wrong. He said Ill give you your money back. He said he didnt think someone one lie about $2. So he gave me my money. He seemed like a good honest person.
