Dr. Gabel is amazing! She’s very upfront and honest about any treatments you may be thinking about. The entire process was very comfortable and I love my results.

Dr. Gabel was very kind and patient with me as I asked a bunch of questions about Botox. She was very knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable and started me off slow so that nothing would really change in my face. I was recommended by a friend and I highly recommend anybody going there who is skeptical of this but I really wanted to get this one wrinkle fixed so I highly recommend them!

Horrible experience. The “doctor” messed up my face for 6 months. When I tried complaining about it, I got yelled at by the secretary and the doc they charged me again to “fix” the problem the previous injections caught. I have been getting botox for 8 years and never had a problem. I wanted to try them because of a cheap Groupon and ended up spending twice as more for really bad service. I will never visit the box med spa again.

Honest opinion: DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!! The staff (Dr G and Eleni) was very friendly at first, however once we purchased one of their packages everything changed. Service became horrible, quality of work was dreadful and even after I expressed that I was unhappy with the work, nothing seemed to change. Lacks training and professionalism.

Every experience I have at The Box is better than the previous one (if that’s even possible). Dr Gady and her team are both extremely knowledgeable and professional. I’ve found several other spas in the area to be professional but they lacked the knowledge in this field or they viewed the business as a cool kids club and a way to gain likes on Instagram. The Box is spotless including the bathroom so not once have I been hesitant about the product going on or in my face. Dr Gady doesn’t do that. Dr Gady informs you of any and all information about what you’re interested in including but not limited to aftercare and follow ups. I trust Dr Gady with all of my skin care and anti aging needs and appreciate the relationship we’ve developed because of her honestly at The Box. She makes the experience fun and welcoming. Beautiful and clean office! Wonderful staff. They have a doctor on site who personally gives the Botox injections. Dr Gabel Was wonderful. I’m fairly new to Botox, so she took her time and answered all of my questions. She explained the different brands, the different areas, and the different options that were available to me. When she did the injections I noticed she paid much more attention to where the lines on my forhead where. She went out a little further and paid special attention to my eyebrows and How they would react to the Botox. The end result looked much better than my first round from another place I visited. One of the biggest things I love about the office, was they were not pushy at all. They gave me a quick rundown of the services they offer answered any questions I had about any of it, but didn’t push anything on me. The first place I went to was awful about it. They made sure to comment on my crows feet and how I needed to get Botox there ( my Crows feet aren’t that bad now, I’m only 35) They also push you to write a review in the office. They offer you a B 12 shot, and have to see the review to give it to you. It’s extremely uncomfortable. I’m sure if you check the reviews from the other companies you’ll be able to find out exactly what company I’m talking about. I’m extremely happy with the box Medspa and will definitely be returning for my future Botox appointments And I’m sure I will be trying some of the other services they offer.

I love this medspa! Not only is it gorgeous and clean inside but the doctor and esthetician are very sweet, warm and knowledgeable. I got Botox with the doctor. I like that the doctor does all the injections here instead of a nurse. It made me feel more comfortable. I also got dermaplaning with the esthetician Heather and it was amazing. Being in my early twenties , most spas dont take young clients seriously , and don’t address my concerns .The first thing I had was the salt facial , and my skin has never felt better ! Then I had prp injections , and some filler . Dr. Gady , lisented to all my wants and created a plan for me to establish the goals I wanted to reach . I can’t wait for my next appointment.
