We had Affordable Marble Restoration complete many projects for us and they were excellent! The whole process was quick and efficient from start to finish. Affordable marble did a spectacular job. My 25 year old travertine floor looks like it was just put in yesterday and he helped match some of the chipped cracked tiles from shoddy work my first gc was doing. He even recommended a GC that I ended up using after firing my old GC.

We were extremely pleased with Affordable Marble Restoration. We were considering tearing out our 12 yr old travertine floors, as they looked terrible. We then thought we should try restoring them - and we are so thankful we reached out to Affordable Marble Restoration, as the floors look better than ever - even than when they were first installed. Boris, as well as the workers at the house, were very responsive and a pleasure to work with. The price was also very reasonable. We absolutely would recommend Affordable Marble Restoration and would use again when our floors need another face lift!

This company is highly rated, however our experience was anything but 5 star. The owner visited our condo and provided a quote of $2,400 for performing restoration services for the marble floors, the counter tops, the balcony marble and restoring the grouting on our counter tops. Our marble floor had some deep scratches which the owner indicated to my wife they would be able to completely remove.The crew showed up on time and we met them to discuss the process and to make sure that they understood we wanted the newly painted base boards to be protected from damage when restoring the marble. The crew indicated they will protect all base boards. We were informed the project would be completed in the afternoon the following day. Upon arriving the next day, we find the crew cleaning up and indicating they were done. However, upon a quick inspection we realized the crew did not do the balconys, the counter tops, the grouting, etc. It was clear they had no knowledge of the scope of work they were to perform at our condo. We showed the crew the detailed listing of the services included in the project/price. We also called the owner to express our disappointment that they had only completed 70% of the project.Upon additional inspection, I find one of the crew members using a sponge to paint the base boards that got damaged during the cleaning/buffing (not sure what happened to protecting them). Worst yet they were using a different color of white that did not match the semi-gloss paint on the base boards. I guess they were hoping we would not notice? Additionally, there was spilled paint on the newly restored marble floor, no painters tape was used to protect the floor. Lastly, I watched as the crew ends up having to drag all of their cleaning equipment, supplies, etc. (dirt, sand, etc.) across the just completed restored floors to get to the balconys that were skipped. They proceeded to take all of the iron patio furniture and placed it directly on the just finished floors.The owner said he would go to the condo and make sure everything on the work order got done. However, upon our arrival the next day, the project was still not completed. We were also disappointed to see that the scratches were still prevalent. The owner said they were too deep to get them out. After informing the owner that they still had not completed all of the work on the project list, he offered to come back a third time, to finish the project. We declined and asked that he issue a credit for the work not performed, which he promptly did. My wife and I proceeded to repaint the floor boards.

I spilled a bottle of vinegar on our marble floor, leaving a bleached out circular spot and splash marks. I called Affordable Marble Restoration and spoke to the owner, Boris, who agreed to look at and hopefully repair it. His partner, Ken, was in our area that afternoon, took a look at the damage and was able to repair it. Our floor looks beautiful ... you cannot see the spill marks! This was a small, relatively inexpensive job for Affordable Marble, but saved me the greater expense and aggravation of having to replace tiles. Wonderful customer service! I could not be happier!

I really did like the look of my homes marble flooring but it was so dated and I was at the point of almost just replacing it. However, I am glad I thought twice about restoring it instead. They did a good job and were very nice. A little hard to get into the tight spaces like the corners behind the toilet So that was left unpolished but for the most part, I can’t complain. It was cheaper than an other company that I asked a quote for. Boris was also very nice. Is recommend them.

Make promises they cant keep. Saying they can remove scratches and floor will look amazing. Wrong! Floor looks the same, just now its shinny with scratches. Great job... not. Should fire yourself and look for a new profession.

I used this company to grind and polish my Marble. The price was fair and the work was good for the most part. There were areas around the furniture, cabinets and doors that were not very good. Terrible experience with this company. After initially attempting to repair my kitchen granite, the company never scheduled it’s follow up return as promised to correct the damage they caused. After attempting to reschedule this company to allow them the chance to correct the damage they caused, after multiple phone calls and texts for almost 2 months, they finally stopped answering my requests. Fortunately, I was able to find a competent service to correct the damage. Do NOT use this company.

Our travertine was never kept up by the previous home owner and was dingy and disgusting. We found Affordable Marble Restoration thanks to Google and we couldnt be more pleased. Our 13 year old dingy travertine went from Drab to Fab and looks absolutley 110% AMAZING!!!! Its clean and the shine is is so breathtaking. So professional from the time Boris came out to give us an estimate right to the finished product!! If your looking to have your floors cleaned up to perfection look no further!!!!
