We had Pacific Mable in our home and on our yacht. They used two different teams to clean, seal and polish marble on floors, counter tops and in a large shower. Both teams did a great job! Pacific Marble restored my marble floors with perfection! The floors were in terrible shape, we contemplated ripping out over 2000 sq feet. Tiago convinced us that he could save the floors. The crew was meticulous, accommodating and a pleasure to work with. You could see they took pride in their work, nothing rushed, and completely responsive, returning to re-clean and touch up where necessary. After doing a magnificent job restoring our floors I hired them to clean and seal the new outdoor travertine patio. Again, another beautiful job. We did have some problems with scheduling mainly due to Covid but they kept great communication throughout. When our appointment time came, they were professional and very skilled. Pacific Marble was recommended to me by a neighbor. I called them for an estimate and they returned my call very quickly and scheduled an appointment. I had already gotten estimates from three other companies. So I was already educated about what it would take to clean my entire marble floor which is 15 years old.They scheduled an appointment for an estimate and they were on time and extremely professional. They had the best brochure that explained what they do and gave me a final quote on the spot with a written quote that followed a few days later. This was not a small job so the estimate required a lot of detail. Other companies took their time getting me their estimates and I had to chase down two vendors to get me the estimates.The key for me selecting them besides their professionalism and reputation was they did not try to over sell the job. They told me certain high traffic areas required diamond grinding to remove the scratches and wear ,but most of the floor just needed a good cleaning and they would blend the different sections so the floor would look consistent.Other companies wanted to either diamond grind the whole floor or just clean the floor.Pacifics price was much cheaper because of the combined approach to cleaning the floor. The end result was they did a very good job, put everything back in place and arrived on time each day.I am very pleased with the result and even more impressed with the Company. I had to write this long review because it is not often I have the opportunity to express such satisfaction for work that was done at my home.Thank you Pacific!

Tiago and his crews rock! I had some challenging marble floors with high spots and years of neglect from kids spilling everything when young. They came out, assessed, and made a recommendation to do several stages of abrasive finishing before polishing. Im very happy and wouldnt hesitate to recommend to others. In fact my neighbor recommended to me! We were doing a complete kitchen remodel and had the floors done while everything was ripped out. Then we covered traffic areas with paper while cabinets and remodel work was done but found a few spots that needed attention after we pulled off paper. Tiago didnt hesitate to send his crew back to take care off at no charge! Dont waste your money on anyone else call them and get it done right!

They did an excellent job. I bought a house with doll travertine floors that were very dirty and cracked and they did a fantastic job. They made it shiny and fixed all the cracks and it looks beautiful like a brand new floor. They take pride in their work and followed up. I highly recommend them!

Example : We installed a bathroom where the marble was shipped direct from overseas . It was received highly damaged and would have taken weeks if not months to replace it with the deadline right around the corner. When Pacific Marble met me onsite they told me it would be difficult because of the depth of the gouges/abrasions but with confidence told me it could be done, I knew it would! We went though remodeling hell before we were recommended to Pacific Marble. Although they did not do the original job they came in and took care of all the problems and advised us on our best options. They were on time, professional and their work is excellent. We were so happy with the first job we used them for that we had them do more work a few weeks later. As anticipated from our first experience, the work surpassed our expectations.

Pacific Marble Restoration did an amazing job on our Travertine floors. They brought them back to life. We recently purchased our home. The floors felt chalky. I couldn’t get them clean and they were porous with little blemishes that needed filling throughout. They cleaned them filled in the blemishes and buffed them They literally look nothing like they did. They look clean and amazing. The staff were courteous, knowledgeably and professional. Outstanding!!! This is the second time we have used Pacific Marble Restoration and the quality of the work is just fantastic. Renaldo did such a great job for us - we had a chip in our granite countertop and he worked on it for quite a while - the repair is undetectable. He also removed a stain from the stone in our front outdoor entryway - it was an eyesore that nothing seemed to work before Pacific was able to get it looking brand new. My white travertine marble was both fading and discolored after 4 years. Pacific Marble was able to restore the travertine back to the original state, even removed some flower pot stains that were difficult to clean. Good value and a very professional organization.

Great company! We had our kitchen counter cleaned and a film put on top to reduce the stains and scratches. We also had them do the entire outdoor part of the property. They sealed the marble and cleaned it. We were extremely happy with how it came out.

Our cleaning lady used CLR or what is commonly called Lime Away on our marble vanity tops in our master bathroom. The counter turned white. I immediately called Pacific Marble Restoration on Monday and Tiago was promptly over to our house. He accessed the job and assured me he could fix what I called a catastrophe. The owner, Tiago, came out and gave me a realistic expectation of what he could do and for what price. When they started the job, the workers were very friendly and communicated with me each day. Towards the end of the job, Tiago met me at my house to review the work. I pointed out a few things I didnt like. They fixed everything to my liking, and after three solid days of work, the job was complete.
