Dr. Lund is caring and compassionate. He personally called me and fit me in on a booked Saturday so my 18 year old dog would not need to be uncomfortable over the weekend. When we arrived and she needed more care than expected, he made the time and helped her to go home on the mend. We have been patients for many years and I would wholeheartedly recommend them.

The warmth and attention to my concerns I receive from the doctors is unparalleled. I always have a slew of questions because LuLu is my child. Their answers are on point and I feel extremely comfortable coming here for something basic or for something more significant. They are really good at putting my mind at ease with different options and “treat” my girl with treats (cookies) as she were their own. I already tell everyone about this practice as I would not want to take my LuLu (9 yr. old Chocolate Labrador) anywhere else! We have been coming here for decades (with our previous Choc. Lab Ellie) The entire staff is welcoming and professional. My needs are met in a timely matter. I have only good things to speak of in regards to Lund Animal Hospital! For the past year my bulldog has had an ear infection that will not go away. I have brought him to multiple vet offices and they all prescribe the same medication that does NOT work. I decided to give this office a try and Dr. Lund was very kind and knowledgeable. I am so happy I gave this office a try and I am relieved to say my dogs ear infection has not returned.

I have seen a lot of vets during the last 16 years for my dogs, but Dr. Kirsty Lund in in a totally different class in terms of knowledge. I took my foster dog to their office and she was able to find out the root cause of the problem right away. She is extremely knowledgeable and very sweet. She is the best of the best!

I brought my new cat here for her vaccinations and was so impressed. The staff and vets were nice and took great care of her and made sure she was comfortable and not totally freaked out. Well definitely be using Lund Animal as our primary vet!

Kirsty is fine; the problem is Scott. This is actually really unfortunate, because Scott is a friendly and personable guy who I have known for a long time. Nevertheless, I have had two very real problems with Scott over the years that should scare anyone away. One is that he is a total surgical hack. First dog with him had a sterilization and a benign tumor removal. The sterilization was botched and the dog became permanently incontinent, requiring stimulant medication for the rest of her life to retain any bladder control at all and which also made her difficult to train. The tumor removal, meanwhile, was uneventful but both operations left nasty-looking and primitive scars that in most places today would be regarded as totally unacceptable work. The second dog, therefore, mostly saw other vets until recently when my mother stole her from me, and then used Scott to provide the attached fraudulent letter stating erroneously for legal purposes that the dog could not safely travel - including a variety of medical conditions that the dog factually did not have. My mother is very seriously mentally ill and should never have been entrusted with an animal in any case but the theft occurred while I was abroad and the dog was in someone elses care - but now I cannot get the dog back because she lives in a gated community and so the police are not really able to do much about it. So what I can tell you today, without reservation, that Scott Lund is not worthy of a veterinary license as he was willing to provide this fraudulent correspondence for money. I for example am a notary, licensed by the state. Had I provided such correspondence I would be risking jail time. It is no joke. There are lots of younger, better, and law-abiding vets who would love to have your business and get to know your family and pets as they learn and grow and thrive. So pick one. And help Scott and Kristy retire and stay out of the way.

This place sucks. Find a better, honest vet office for your pets.

We took both our cats here for many years and our son took his dog there. Drs Scott and Kristi Lund are so knowledgeable, competent, warm and fair. The staff was always friendly and when our cat needed intravenous fluids for her kidneys when she got older, they had their staff help us administer it daily which was such a relief.

We were told by the adoption agency to use them for our first visit. I requested an an appt, the lady called me back and made an appt. When i showed up they had no record of me. I overlooked this becuase they figured it out. I had planned on returning cause the Doctor was very nice. However i called for the second visit because our dog had gotten Kennel cough from his puppy day care. I was informed if i wanted an after hours appt i would have to drop off the dog for the day...they were going to kennel with the other dogs my dog with Kennel cough. The office staff is not very good and should be replaced.

I’ve been taking my Siberian husky and Alaskan malamute to Dr. Kristy since 2015. She is incredibly knowledgeable and diagnosed my husky’s rare disease on the spot. On more than one occasion she has returned my phone call on her personal time and after the office is closed, which I appreciate immensely. The staff is pleasant and accommodating. I’ve had nothing but positive experiences.

I have been using this vet since my dog was a puppy however despite meeting the legal exemption- I was not allowed in the establishment without wearing a mask and was made to stand outside. to avoid this I had called ahead so that if I wasnt going to be allowed in I could have found a new net. I was told it wouldnt be a problem yet when I arrived it was. Quite unfortunately, we will be finding a vet. Lund animal vet does NOT honnor legal exemptions from mask-wearing and infringes upon basic human rights.

After taking my 9year old boxer to different vets and a neurologist and getting no answers at all unless I spent $4500 on an MRI, I was recommended Lund animal hospital. Dr Scott is truly the best. He was not pushy with anything and simply gave his opinion which I appreciated. Above all he provided a diagnosis right away. Now I know why my boy suddenly lost mobility and I can help prevent it from happening again. We will be taking both our dogs to this vet. I highly recommend

I came here Friday morning to drop off a rabbit named Essence that needed to be spayed for the rescue that I volunteer for. When I got there one of the reps were already assisting someone but not too long after someone came out to assist her. However when I arrived I was instantly greeted. My transaction with them was pretty quick. Once I checked in Essence, the front reps called someone from the back to come and get her.

If you don’t want to waste your time and money don’t go there.It took a very long time to get prescription for my dog. The most important make sure that you know what are you paying for because we overpaid there many times.

They have been great the first 2 visits.

Dr Scott is an awesome doctor - he is incredibly knowledgable, and takes his time and has the highest empathy that a Vet could have. Our family truly couldnt trust our pets with another vet. We love Dr Scott!!!! Not just with our Nola, but the whole team has taken such good care of our entire familys dogs/cats over the years.

Thank you Drs kristy & Scott. You’ve been Foxy’s doctors for over 15 years. Any problem she had, you were able to treat. Even when she was lame, you lent your dogs wheelchair to see how she would do. I brought my little kitten in last week to get her teeth checked because she had a tooth growing into her gums and she was in so much pain. Dr. Scott was able to take care of the situation. He showed so much love to her and I couldnt be happier.

I absolutely love bringing my puppy in to get his hair groomed. The only thing is his hair was cut a little more than I wanted, but my little max still looks amazing!!!

My family, including extended, have been taking our pets here for over 10 years now. I cannot recommend them enough.Dr. Scott and Kristy recently saved my 16 year old St Bernard mix and have been instrumental in allowing him to live this long. We thought we were going to have to say goodbye but they were able to operate and remove the tumor at a price that was much lower than I thought it would be. We just moved to Boca and called Lund Animal Hospital because my dog needs to be up-to-date with his vaccines before boarding him at Camp Canine.The woman who answered the phone was very nasty and said this is a HOSPITAL and they dont work with Camp Canine. She was very discouraging and not helpful at all. I would NEVER consider going there based on her NASTY tone

FIND ANOTHER VET. Doctors are better than most, but not the greatest. The front desk is rude and unprofessional. My wife has been there a handful of times and each time those front desk attendants look miserable and treat you as such. Not warm and welcoming considering the money you are spending on your pets. No warm greeting whatsoever. They made her feel that they were doing her a favor - at first she thought maybe they were having a bad day but since shes been there over half dozen times - I went with her and they are simply rude esp for a Drs office and the prices they charge.We are currently looking for another vet if anyone has any suggestions?

Dr. Scott is the most compassionate vet out there. When we had to put our dog of 12yrs down he was amazing. Made the experience as nice as possible. I am at peace knowing Dr. Scott was the one with him in his final time. Glad I didnt go anywhere else, hes the best.

Caused by a heartcondition. Absurd and most hurtful.Why did they not check before.Careless and extremely not professional. Very rude staff, no welcoming when you get in. Make you wait for so long time. Not really do a good check up to the pets. They try to charge you for things that the pets doesnt need, or even get the right information when you bring papers to them. So very bad services, not recommended this place for your pets. I loved taking my dog Pickles to this hospital when Dr. Lund and his wife took care of him. Theyre very caring and loving with the animals, but on our last and final visit (because my dog passed away), we had Dr. Carter. He was very rude, cold and uncaring. I dont know why someone like this would be working with sweet, innocent animals. We obviously wont be going there anymore unless we get another dog, but i would never let him care for my dog again

I love Lund Animal Hospital! The ladies at the front desk are super nice. My chihuahua doesnt like anyone, but she loves Ashley and Monique(shes the dog whisperer). Daisy wont let anyone clip her nails or give her shots, except the staff at Lund, she bites everyone else. That says a lot to me. Kids and dogs are the best judges of character, so the saying goes :)

I am happy with both doctors they are caring and knowledgeable however yesterday our 8 months Westie had grooming done and we spoke with the groomer and gave her specific instructions how to cut him and she didnt listen at all and practically shaved all his fur. Very upsetting definitely not doing grooming there anymore for grooming. Grooming 1 and vet service 3-4 stars.

Our family is still devastated by the recent death of little kitten during surgery by Dr. Kristy Lund, who claimed the kitten had a heart condition?? No mention of this prior to the surgery; wasnt the kitten checked out properly??

Drs. Kristy and Scott Lund are top notch veterinarians who have huge hearts and deeply care for their clients. Their support staff is excellent as well. I would highly recommend their services for any of your furry loved ones.

My puppy was spayed here and when we went to pick her up we had to wait for over half an hour which was ridiculous. Then they handed her to us and didnt tell us anything about aftercare. We also never received a call to inform us that she was ready to be picked up. While we were there, the vet never even spoke to us to tell us how she was. If youre in need of a good vet, look elsewhere.

Lund Animal Hospital is the best veterinarian practice that I have had the pleasure to deal with. Dr. Scott & Dr.Christy have great bed-side manner & really care for our 4-legged babies. They know their stuff and know how to treat the illnesses. I could not imagine bringing Sammy anywhere else.

Just started taking my Shiba Inu puppy to this Vet because the animal rescue told us that her next 2 follow up visits must be with Lund.With all that said, we find the staff helpful and the Vet (on Tuesdays) outstanding. Only problem you should watch out for is the up selling of shampoos and supplements.On the other hand, they price match all medications from other Vets and the Internet.If you are looking to change your Vet or need one for the first time, Lund Animal hospital is a good choice.

Staff and vets are one of one very loving and caring people, but making an appointment is a little difficult at times.

Far better choices in the area. Strong smell of urine and feces on entry, dirty floors and surfaces and unprofessional staff. Seems the whole practice is 15 years behind the times.

Stay away....!!!!! Doctors dont listen when you tell them exactly whats going on with your pet and give Condescending answers. Plus never return phone call when you say it an emergency. Due to all because of this place i had to put my aninal down .!! 😢😢

My experience with Lund Animal Hospital . I have been taking my dog to lund for over 3 year now. Every visit costed me anywhere between $150 to $250 . I recently visited them and i paid $80 for EXAMINATION/VISIT + $35 for special ear exam . Well it is a general examination why not be responsible enough to check her temperature, her teeth, look into her ears and other exams that are included in a general exam for $80 and when i mentioned i wanted her ears checked they conducted a special exam for extra $35 what ethics do these vets have ..seriously check her ears 1st before you do any bloody additional exams . I am more then happy to pay if you do the right things . I have been with them for 3 years and i am very very confident i do not want to go to them anymore. If you wanna see anyone there only see Dr.Christine she is definitely more caring . May be the guy or his assistant were just trainees who know nothing or were lazy .And on top he was trying to up sell me for daily course of pills.Buddy do you job right before you up-sell care for the animal more then the money . very very unhappy and my dog is still flapping her ears and no use going to them . I am in the process of finding a good vet hospital .My name is Dee and dogs name Layla.
