We’ve been a client since February 2021 when we adopted a puppy. Dr. Levy and the staff have been wonderful, patient, knowledgeable and have gone out of their way to explain everything we needed to know. Whenever I had a question or a concern, they have been very responsive and helpful. Above all of that, our puppy is actually happy when she goes to the vet - not something I’ve ever had with pets over the years.

Dr Levy has been Lucys Dr. since birth. He takes care in explaining her development and how to proceed . Even though we cannot go inside with her now due to pandemic, he never fails to come outside to talk to use after he sees her. I feel confident that should she have an emergency any time day, night, weekends, he will rush to her aid. The staff is friendly and competent. Over 20 years, I have been going to Dr Levy. Ive had 4 dogs during this span. During this time I have had to put down 2 dogs. The level of compassion he gives his heartfelt and that of a family member . There is a closer vet I have gone to in the past, however, Dr. Levy takes the time, answers all your questions and you dont feel like youre being rushed out. I highly recommend him for your pet.

Wow! I am incredibly impressed with 441 Animal Hospital! It was our first time visiting their office, but Dr. Levy and his wonderful staff treated us and our 21-year-old cat as if theyd known us for years. I wish I could give 0 stars, but sadly there is no such thing! The nurses and doctor killed my dog by giving him too much anesthesia. My dog went in for an operation and hours later my family called the office back to see if we could pick him up and the doctor said no and that my dog has not been waking up and had a stroke. The next day we brought him home. After two days later when we saw he wasnt acting any better, we brought him to a different office to see if they could give us their insight on the problem. On the drive to this other office my dog was having a numerous amount of seizures. When we told them the story of him not waking up correctly and the seizures, they said it was 100% because of the anesthesia. After staying at that office for 1 day the doctor called my family and told us that he was not getting better so my family made the executive decision to sadly put him down. You would think that doctors would be considerate and kind to you since your dog is sick. Apparently with 441 Animal Hospital that is not the case. The day my family called after the operation, Dr.Levy was EXTREMELY RUDE and after my family asked if he was sure that the amount of anesthesia was correct, he was mortified that the question came out of our mouths. As you are reading this, I ASK OF YOU TO CAREFULLY THINK IF THIS IS THE PLACE THAT YOU WANT YOUR PET TO GET AND OPERATION DONE OR SIMPLY GET A CHECK UP AT. The death of my dog has brought complete and utter depression upon us. Thanks for nothing but depression and hatred 441 Animal Hospital, my family and I are definitely spreading the sad truth about the business and its horrible customer service.

We love Dr. Levy and his staff. They are available to us 24/7 and never fail to understand my priority and sense of urgency where Lilly is concerned. She is my service/companion dog and based on my disability I am unable to function without her. Her health and well being is a direct correlation to my health and well being. I brought my dog into 441 Animal Hospital on a Friday morning knowing that he was diagnosed with stones. Dr. Levy immediately got him in for surgery the same day, sent me photos and videos of his progress through the night and billed me a third of what the other animal hospital wanted to charge me. I was so touched with the care and compassion for my dog/family member. I would highly recommend 441 Animal Hospital to anyone that has a pet. Theyre amazing!!!!

I have been using 441 Animal Hospital for over a decade and now with my second dog. Dr. Levy and his staff have been nothing but friendly, compassionate and among all accessible. I have gone through a couple of emergency situations and in each situation I was able to reach Dr. Levy to help me understand what I could do, or what I needed to do. He more than once has come in early to see my pet. I have referred several people and will continue to do so.

Dr. Levy is an Amazing Veterinarian healer and he and his Excellent staff have been taking wonderful care of all three of my canine companions, Jackie, Moxie and Lucy, for over 10 years. I wouldnt take my animals anywhere else for first rate veterinarian care and on a personal note, Dr. Levy is one of the nicest and most caring human beings I have ever met. In my particular case, Dr. Levy has literally saved the lives of each of my dogs, as he is an excellent surgeon as well as a superior physician. He has treated Jacks bad allergies and successfully removed a tumor, he did emergency surgery on Moxie when she had internal organ issues, he has treated each of our pups for dental issues and he is treating Lucy for serious epilepsy issues. No matter what ails your beloved animal companion, this is the place to bring them for 5 star care. We are so grateful for all Dr. Levy and his staff have done over the years for our kids.

Andy Levy has been taking care of my dogs for the last 20 years. Difference between Andy and most veterinarians is that he genuinely loves animals. Hes really smart and yet not an alarmist. Hes always done right by me and my four-legged kids. I highly recommend 441 Animal Hospital to anybody whos looking for a spectacular vet, whos been in practice for years and years has seen just about everything that a veterinarian could possibly see. Always flexible with getting me in to see them. I have on several occasions had a concern something was wrong when it was not. Dr. Levy on many of those was kind enough to do an evaluation and not charge me. They show a caring for animals over money.

Ive been going to 441 Animal Hospital for over 15 years. I know that because hes kept my dog Halle happy and health for her entire long life. The dogs love him. My kids and I do to. Nice guy. You know he cares. Covers the dogs with kisses when hes checking them out.Another nice touch is that when a dog isnt feeling well, he tells me to call him, any time, day or night. Really lets you know he cares.

We brought our suffering 7 year old Boxer Mishka to Four Forty One Animal Hospital. As soon as Dr. Levy saw her it was apparent that she was suffering with multiple tumors all over her body. Instead of euthanizing her he ran a battery of tests which cost us $883. There was no reason to do that because unfortunately no amount of medical treatment could save our beautiful dog. This was done out of greed to pad our bill. My wife and kids were emotionally distraught and need not be hoodwinked by this greedy doctor. A decent man would have done the right thing and console us while making the painstaking decision to euthanize her. Dr. Levy asked for an additional $500 to put her out of her misery. Thats almost $1,400...Shame on them!We decided to take Mishka to the good people over at Peggy Adams Animal Rescue League in West Palm Beach. These compassionate caring people charged a nominal $100 for the euthanization and cremation. We said our goodbyes to beautiful doggie and she drifted off with no pain.I suggest my neighbors steer away from these profiteers.

Dr. Andy Levy is the best! We have taken our dogs to him for over six years. He is a good diagnostician, really cares about people and their pets, and always does right by us.

My dog was only 5 years old. I took her to have a routine teeth cleaning and she never came out of the anesthesia that the vet said was necessary. The reason she died was “sometimes these things happen” and “in 20 years, it’s only happened 5 times.” It was not comforting. She has been under before with no complications, so why now? Even they said she was very healthy. They took my favorite thing in the world away from me and all we got was a very generic card in the mail. Don’t ever put your pet under anesthesia unless it’s absolutely necessary and don’t expect any sorrows from this hospital when they kill your perfectly healthy pet.

Dr.Levy is very nice and informative, brought our goldendoodle puppy there for her check up and were greeted by his three Australian Shepherds and a few cats at the door lol. Will be using him from now on for all my other dogs.

They absolutely killed my dog. There is no doubt in my mind that they over drugged him at the time of a small procedure follow up.My healthy puppy went in for an abscess and we were told to come in 5 days later to remove tubes and clean bandages. 3 days after that we noticed the area infected and we went back. At that time doctor said bring him in tomorrow and we will close it up. He will need anesthesia and we will just cut a little skin and then close it up. Customary to their tactics no one called us when promised so my husband called and we were told he didnt wake up well and that he was going to stay the night. Remind you this is a healthy lively 4 yr old amazingly energetic puppy. With not much detail my husband hung up and told me the story. I immediately called to find out that not only did he not wake up well he may have had a stroke or a blood clot. I was in shock!!! Wait, what? This is a healthy puppy that went in to get an abscess drained and all was well to having an infected area which he didnt close to wanting to close it and now he may have had a stroke? What???? Doctor became agitated when I asked him are you sure he got the right dose of anesthesia ? He got mad!Anyway next day doctor was anxious to get him out of there and called my husband to have my puppy picked upWhen we asked is he ok doctor said yes hes ok just will take a little while to get back to his normal self because of the anesthesia but his ok. This was a WednesdayNext 2 days he was slow but we saw the light slowing come back to his eyes.Before we left the nurses told us you owe another $350 when we questioned why ? This visit was part of the follow up they immediately said you must pay or we will never make another appointment for your dog- hes been going there for 4 years.Anyway after a few days we saw a little improvement and decided that Monday we would take him elsewhere.On Friday I got home my puppy was ok no major concerns and even looked a little better but 2 hours later he started having terrible seizures which he never had. We took him immediately to a 24 hour vet in boca which directed up to go to Coral Springs hospital . While my baby is still having terrible seizures we rushed there doing 85 on 441 to get there soon.Once there doctors kept him overnight and basically after 20 hours advised us that there was nothing they could do and they 100% suspect that he got a wrong dose of anesthesia and due to that he could have developed blood cloths or a small stroke that because not detected the 2 days later could have traveled and ultimately was his demise. Please read reviews and please be aware of where you take your loved PET. My family is destroyed over this . We are devastated. Ive had anxiety attacks and have not slept since Saturday. My daughter cant stop crying and my husband who suffers from heart issues is beyond sick over this.

I can not stress how much I appreciate and respect everything dr. Levy has done for me and my fur baby. My dog whos 2 years old presented with some symptoms so I brought him to his regular veterinarian but things didnt add up. Right off the bat he was saying hes really sick we need to take X-rays and do blood work totaling around 1,000 dollars. We left the office with some anti biotics and a 250 dollar bill. I needed a second honest and professional opinion. So I researched and found dr. Levy, I read all the other great reviews and was able to make an emergency appointment the same day. Im so so glad I found him. He examined my dog and told us we have a healthy dog! Which Was so relieving to hear, the recent change in diet has caused some imflammation. Took a fecal exam for precautionary measures and gave us some cans of dog food. He looked at the discharge receipt the other vet gave us and scoffed. He saw we pretty much got ripped off and was giving our dog unnecessary medication he didnt even need. Dr. Levy Spent a good amount of time with us and explained everything, after all this he only charged me for the cans of dog food! I couldnt believe it. Someone with qualities like this, I can trust to take care of my baby. I recommend anyone with an pet they love to bring them to him. Office is clean and staff is friendly and helpful as well.

Doctor is available 24/7 for emergencies and offers his personal cell number. Only went once for heartworm medication and will definitely return for all checkups for my pupper!
