Never have I been to an office with the most caring, compassionate, professional staff! I felt so comfortable coming into this office and the overall experience was more then pleasant. I called late the day before because I was experiencing severe tooth pain, they got me right in the very next morning! I saw Dr Carley Polin which is the owners daughter. She has great bedside manners, very sweet and caring, and made me feel comfortable!! She actually gave me hope that my teeth will be able to be where I want them in the future! I ended up being referred to another specialist so she didnt actually do any work on my teeth but if i could give this office more then 5 stars I would!

I’m extremely disappointed and confused with this practice. First, I had dental work by Dr. Polin last year and was very pleased. He was caring and did an excellent job!!! The issues are with scheduling my appointment with hygienist for a cleaning. The office has called to cancel and reschedule my appointment several times. Had a cleaning this coming Friday that was just canceled again due to an emergency which I totally understand, however, when asked if there was another hygienist who I could be re-scheduled with the answer was no. She told me they weren’t sure when they would be scheduling appointments for cleanings again. Not sure how a busy dentist practice only has one hygienist. I called back the next day to make sure they only have one hygienist and to make sure I understand them correctly and apparently they do have other hygienists so not sure why I can’t be rescheduled with one of the others at this time since the other hygienist is out until further notice. Very disappointed and frustrated and can’t seem to get a straight answer. Too bad because the dentist is excellent but I’m not going to go to two different places.

The last time I was at a dentist was about 2 years ago and within a year I moved over to the South Florida region, I desperately needed to find a dentist and the reviews here were great. Everyone was really nice, the dentist made sure I was very comfortable, and my appointment that was scheduled for 7:30 was on time! One of my biggest pet-peeves are businesses that try to up sell every service, but after 2 years without any dental work I went in expecting the worst and come out only paying exactly what they quoted me over the phone. They did not once try to up sell me on anything!!! Overall I enjoyed my visit there and I will definitely be going back.

I recently moved to Boca Raton, Florida and found Polin Dental (Dr. Carly) on my insurance provider’s website and I am so glad I did!!! The entire staff is incredibly friendly. My first appointment was a standard cleaning and exam. The hygienist and Dr. Carly were so friendly, accommodating, and caring. I have since been back 5+ times as I chose to get Invisalign (braces) which Polin Dental also provides! I feel like my treatment is worth every penny. The whole staff recognizes me when I arrive for my appointments. The office is close to my job and I often have early morning or mid-day (lunch) appointments. I am always immediately brought back after I arrive (very punctual and considerate of peoples time). I cant say enough good thing about this practice. I recommend my friends and family every chance I get!

Ive had an extreme fear of the dentist for almost 40 years. A good friend of mine recommended that I make an appointment to see Dr. Carly Polin. I took her advice and my experience was far from fearful.The staff is very friendly and Dr. Carlys work was top notch. I did not experience any pain whatsoever; and I now have an amazingly beautiful crown. The overall experience was very pleasant.About a month later my husband woke up with unbearable pain in his jaw and when I called Dr. Polin they made arrangements to see him right away. After all the raving reviews online I thought I would give Dr. Polin a try. Turns out that those reviews are for the father dentist not the daughter dentist. She has no idea what she is talking about. When I kept asking her questions the answers kept getting worse. I had scheduled my son to have the filling she told us he needed and he had pain ever since, she tried fixing it 4 TIMES. Had to take him to a different dentist. Have not tried the father doctor but daughter is terrible. DO NOT RECOMMEND

I drive up from Miami to go to Polin Dental because they are the very best! Not only are Dr Carly & Dr Polin the most skilled dentists, but the staff is super sweet and professional.

Before moving to Florida, I had experienced many root canals, gum surgery and needed many caps. Suffice it to say...I know dentists. I used 3 dentists here in south Florida before finding Dr Polin and I have never been happier. His expertise is outstanding; he is knowledgeable and kind. His office staff is outstanding. No one likes to go to the dentist, but coming to Dr. Polin will definitely put you into good hands.
