Best dental office ever. The dental hygienist who did my cleaning today was very thorough and did an excellent job. Dr. Helmy is caring when discussing the treatment plan. My plan is pretty comprehensive and it was explained in detail, leaving me very comfortable. Dr. Helmy is terrific when working on my teeth, NO Pain No Anxiety just great work. 5 stars

If you are looking for a family owned Dentist with amazing customer service this location is the location for you. The service I received on my visit was phenomenal. This was my second time there and they did exactly what I needed to get done wit out trying to get me to buy something or spend extra, something you don’t see anymore.

A fantastic dentist. I had a tooth extracted, which can be pretty traumatic, but it was simple. His office staff is extremely friendly, and makes the whole experience as easy as possible. Definitely should see him for any dental work you may need.

Between not having dental insurance and work for periods of time I let my teeth go. I found Dr. James Helmy @ iSmile and their wonderful, kind, welcoming staff to start the procedure of my life to get my smile back. First off you feel like your at a total private practice, and not some mass built dental places as seen on TV. So you know the attention on you and they’re there to help YOU and not just their pockets. Dr. James Helmy is an AMAZING, and I mean AMAZING Dentist/Periodontist! Him and his lovely dental assistants ( do more than assist) are calm and make you feel calm and have an understanding of what’s going to take place and expect. I’m ahead of schedule on my dental work as my work is healing fantastic! Contributions to Dr. Helmy and hard work doing what he tells me to do so I’ll be so happy when everything is done. iSmile understands you and how hard it is to get dental work done. I recommended my sister already which she went for deep cleaning and was afraid it would hurt, yet she didn’t even feel a thing and her gum pain has gone away. So if your looking for a Dentist like this and a group of amazing, and kind hearted people... then iSmile is your place! Trust me, when I had my accident, I had work done at some of the best in town $$$$ and turns out they missed a nerve that I’ve had pain forever in my nose from what I thought was the implant. The office is meticulously clean. The font desk staff is so efficient (my forms were ready for my signature when I arrived!) Dr. Helmy took the time to discuss my concerns, thoroughly examined my mouth and had a full set of x-rays taken. I was able to get a follow-up appointment 2 days later. Excellent service! I just found my new dentist!

VERY PLEASED. I needed a cavity filled ASAP. I called on Thursday during the COVID 19 issue and had an appointment that next day on Friday. No one was there expect the Dentist and his wife, Maryanne, who worked the desk. The office was very clean and organized. I expressed how desperately scared I was of needles and he broke down the steps of what would happen, he told me to tell him if I felt any discomfort and the process was very fast and efficient. I felt like he really knew what he was doing. This is probably one of the best dentist visits Ive had in my life... I would rate 10 stars if I could!! Dr Helmy and Ricardo were awesome. I had pain in my tooth and imagined the worst, the team was extremely friendly and helped me with all of my concerns, it’s not nearly as bad as I originally feared. They also have an iced coffee fridge 10/10!

I’m 43 and this is the first dental office that has EVER made me feel comfortable and was able to explain everything to me in which I could actually understand. They put together a step by step plan for me to follow and I can’t wait for my end results. It’s a step by step process but with thier guidance I’ll get there soon I can honestly say my teeth are a definite challenge 😇

Awful. Simply a traumatizing experience. The attention from the doctors assistant was repulsive, the day of my birthday he goes ahead and starts striking down my teeth and I still have the ache days later. Feels like money is their major goal. Very unhappy, would not recommend.

Dr. Helmy and staff represent among the finest in the profession. Their professional approach is only to be eclipsed by Dr Helmy and teams gracious manner. Furthermore, when it comes to billing I have never had a disparity between that which was quoted (even the portion covered by insurance and not) and the resulting bill. I could not recommend a dentist and staff any more highly!

Went here to get a cleaning and xrays. Dr Helmy stated that I needed two crowns that was gonna cost $1500! Thank GOD I went back to my dentist that I have been going to in years because come to find out all I needed was a filling for One cavity and only cost me $50. I have Florida Blue...... I moved so thats why I went there instead of my regular dentist! But learned thank GOD that I will be continuing traveling to my dentist even for the cleaning now!

I had the best experience you could think of when going to the dentist. The staff was extremely professional, polite and so welcoming. From the time I walked in I felt special, lol I owned the place. At first I was scared because I don’t have insurance. But that was not a problem. They have a great and very affordable in house insurance plan with a 1 time payment for AH WHOLE YEAR !!!! Like can you even believe that. Right I couldnt either. The doctor was as wonderful as his staff. Very easy to talk to. Really knows what he’s doing. Provided me with some much information. Set up a plan with me for my dental care. I literally had ZERO COMPLAINTS. And trust me it’s hard to please me I will always find something that don’t sit well with me, but this visit, this visit I was able to sit well, lay well, everything was just well well well. Lol I recommend everyone come to Dr.James for all your dental care and needs. TRUST ME, YOU WONT REGRET IT!!

I needed a periodontal deep cleaning and scaling and was dreading it because I havent been to a dentist in I cant even remember how long, definitely over 10 years. I was told by a dentist in the military if I didnt have this periodontal cleaning done, I could lose my teeth. I explained my concerns to Dr Helmy and he made it seem not so bad during the examination. Then the day of the deep cleaning I was dreading it as I knew there was a lot of work to be done. When it was over and I got out of the chair it wasnt anywhere NEARLY as bad as I thought it was going to be. ZERO pain, ZERO discomfort, just outright truly phenomenal work. Im incredibly happy with the results and my oral health. I will not go to any other dentist! I even recommended a buddy to go see him that needed a bond, and he was more than happy with the results. I never knew a dentist could be this great!
