We love our dentists and all the staff, they are very pleasant and knowledgeable. Since we moved to South Florida we have been to couple offices trying to find the right dentist, it was hard because even if we liked the dentists but would be unhappy with the staff, usually they were rude or not trustworthy. Finally a friend referred us to this office and we loved it from the first visit, the dentists and all the staff, from the front desk to the dental assistant. No complaints. We feel so comfortable here and trust so much this practice that we have referred a couple friends and they are also happy. Feels good to send somebody to the right place.

Dr. Casey and his team are incredible! He is the best dentist I have ever had. He is very thorough and covers other exams that other dentist that I have been to have never done. Alice at the front desk got me squared away with new patient paperwork months in advanced which made everything seamless the day of my appointment. She is very knowledgeable and kind. My wait time was about 5 minutes which was incredible. I believe that employee customer service starts with your leadership, so thank you Dr. Casey!

I was just telling my dentist dr Casey how professional his staff was earlier today. The reason I mentioned this is because my last few visits Nathalie Villegas was taking care of me and she is as good as it gets. Last month was a crown and today was a filling and her guiding me through the process was very informative. She alerts me when I might feel slightly uncomfortable but all my visits have been painless. I’m scheduling an appointment for whitening and Nathalie will be in charge of that. Having a good team in place results in repeat customers.

I am a person who has very sensitive teeth so I was nervous before my initial. However, the dentist was absolutely fantastic!! He explained everything very thoroughly and checked up on me frequently during the procedure. Dr. Jamily just did a difficult filling on the side of one of one tooth in the back of my mouth. It was painless. Her technique shows years of experience. She and her team made me quite comfortable, explaining each part of the process and making sure I felt no pain all throughout the procedure. The customer service at Aqua Dental is superior. Due to my job, I often travel a lot but Carla always goes above and beyond to accommodate my busy schedule and books my appointments accordingly. I had a business scheduled at noon, Carla was able to move my appointment so I can make my meeting and not have to schedule two separate appointments. Dr. Casey and Jamily always take the time to explain dental procedures and dental hygiene practices which is greatly appreciated, I’m now more knowledgeable about my teeth. Their gentle hands help me to feel at ease and they never cause me any pain! Mila and Kelly are the two hygienists I’ve had my cleanings with. They’re wonderful! All of the staff here are very welcoming and genuinely care about the patients. They make you feel like family, and they never forget my birthday! It’s the little things that makes a big difference. The facility is well maintained and safety precautions are put in place to allow for social distancing.
