Jeff was/has been great.I used Jeff a few years back when I had a problem with my laptop and remembered him when I needed more help. I had just bought a new laptop and it crapped out while updating from Win 8.1 to Win 10. Therefore it wouldnt boot up and I felt like I just flushed $XXX down the toilet.I called Jeff and he got my laptop up and running quickly, loaded Win 10, and away I went. I highly recommend Jeff.
