So happy I found this place! My wedding dress looked impeccable and beautiful. Couldnt ask for better service. Customer service was beyond great! Elena was very attentive to my needs and Fred was a pleasure during the pick up and delivery. They made everything super easy. My dress was picked up and delivered at my home, which was especially great not having to leave the house during COVID times. The dress was ready in a week and looked amazing. I highly recommend them. The dress was delivered in a beautiful box and brought back so many good memories! Thank you Wooven team for taking such good care of something so special!😊

I contacted this company to get my wedding dress cleaned and preserved I called and set up a pick for January 31 as the lady on the phone told me they would pick it up for the service well then 31st came and no one called me or made any contact with me about picking up the dress so i called January 4th and told the lady I had a pick up set up for the 31 and no one came to pick up the dress she nervously said oh let me what happened the driver should’ve gone to pick it up I do remember setting up ur appointment she never figured out what happened so I said I’m going to give it a try again and placed another appointment for Friday January 8th for a pick up of my dress well here I am January 10th my wedding dress never got picked up and was never contacted advising of any problem or reason why they couldn’tVery unprofessional and I expected better

I use the pickup and delivery service for Wooven which is great. But what sets them apart is the quality of their service. They are by far the best dry cleaner I have ever used. It is truly a luxury experience.First and foremost they are consistent, everything comes back the same way every-time. Secondly, and it may seem like a small thing but their hangers are excellent, and have a luxury feel to them. Next with my polos they attach removable collar stays to them so my collars stay straight on the hanger, I never even heard of this before. Additionally each garment is wrapped in its own plastic bag, there is no combining anything which keeps away wrinkles.I have tried many cleaners and if you want the best dry cleaner this is where to go, that I can tell you.

I have been using this Wooven site since they opened. The staff is very professional and attentive. I bring my delicate and expensive clothing there to be dry cleaned. The best thing is they text you when your dry cleaning is ready. My clothing always comes out perfect. Thank you Wooven!!

I wouldnt recommend service at this location. Im not sure about other locations because I have an experienced them nor will I be trying them again. My washer broke so I found this place online to do laundry that I needed for the end of the week I did their wash and fold service.I dropped off on a Monday paid $81 to have two bags of laundry washed and folded. They told me it would be ready Thursday after five. I rush to get there they closed at 6 I arrived @6:04 they refused to help me telling me that they were closed and they couldnt do anything about it. When I asked what time I could come early in the morning to pick it up they frustratedly pointed at the door and said I dont know look at the hours.I was there the next morning@ 8:05 AM. They didnt have my laundry even in the place to offer it to me. Then the woman at the front nervously said well you gave us a lot of laundry so it probably was too much to be done in time. She didnt know where my laundry was and told me that she would have to call to find out the call center. I had to be at work by 830 so I could not stay and wait.I called the call center on my way to work. The reason Im giving it 2 stars instead of 1 which is what I was originally intending on putting was the woman on the phone did try very hard to get my laundry to me but there is no possible solution based on my schedule and their hours. I ended up having to buy clothes for an event that I needed my clothes for Friday.Im very disappointed I was hoping for a great experience and to use them again definitely would not recommend this business unfortunately

Beware. I was unable to get a resolution on a very expensive coverlet this business ruined. Instead of dry cleaning the sateen quilted bedspread like I requested, they washed and pressed it. No customer service was extended and I received the runaround for weeks. The unprofessional staff was epic.

First of all I really dont write reviews because of time consuming; But an appreciation is a great gesture!! I wanted to take this time to acknowledge the superb job that Wooven Dry Cleaning and theyre Staff are doing .. I been through many dry cleanners over the last 20 years and never got great results for my garments as I did with Wooven. I been following fashion for many years and there is nothing better than putting on your dry clean clothes and go out and enjoy life !! Wooven family..You guys Rock!! Keep doing that phenomenal job . I would give them zero stars if I could I took my wedding dress there they told me that there was a special online the lady at the front desk and spoke no English and had absolutely no idea what I was talking about and put me through to somebody else it was a fiasco. Needless to say I took my wedding dress and left I would never trust them with something
