I had a serious mold problem in my apartment.Doug was my initial contact at Servpro of South Palm Beach, and talking with him immediately put me at ease. Before talking to Doug, I felt that I would never feel safe again in that apartment because the mold had overtaken everything. But after speaking with Doug, I was confident that he and his team would take care of things. And they managed to exceed my already high expectations when they showed up to do the mold remediation.Christian, Yury, and Daniel handled the actual mold remediation, and they were fantastic. After they were done, I could tell that they had cleaned literally every surface and every item that had mold on it, including my shoes. I couldnt be happier with the work they did.Everyone I encountered from Servpro of South Palm Beach was tremendously professional, and they inspired confidence. They were very patient with all of my questions, especially my questions about my dogs safety. Dont waste your time with any other company. Its easy to leave a negative review, a positive review mostly goes unseen. We got other quotes from other mitigation companies and they were all giving us the worst case scenario option. ServPro were professional, honest, and positive with no obvious intentions of taking advantage of the situation. I just completed my second experience with Servpro I had a mold remediation in the past and had a fantastic experience Doug the owner took the situation very seriously he understood the effects on my health and really went above and beyond. Our building had a water leak on the 7th floor on Easter Sunday. Servepro was called and within one hour Doug was on scene to evaluate needs. From protecting our windows to the final clean up. Anytime we purchase a home we always have a mold test performed. When mold is found it’s usually under the windows that are leaking behind drywall. Servepro came in, removed the drywall, cleaned the areas from mold and made sure we were mold free.
