Like most businesses they seemed to be shorthanded. However, they were very professional and friendly and did a good job on my car

I had a great experience here as I always do. It’s very convenient and quick and the price is very reasonable. This last time I had a particularly good experience. There was a gentleman working there named Matthew who was awesome apparently I had left some money in the car I had fallen under the seat and he gave it back to me and it was a good amount of money which is really unusual. I really admire his honesty and he did a great job with the car! Thank you thank you thank you!

Truthfully I was not happy. Waited for over an hour to get a hand wash and they actually left marks on my leather inside and really did a poor poor job. I doubt I will ever go there again

Place is amazing! Showed up and it was PACKED guy told me 20 mins I thought for sure an hour with how many cars were there but it took just over 20 mins... car looks clean inside and out and I’m going to going back here regularly!

Not suitable for Tesla. Twice my model 3 came out with warning like it’s on tow. So last time, I told them to make sure it’s on neutral but the attendance said they don’t do that, so after the wash, my screen came out of the wash with the same warning. Not only that, someone seemed to had access to my USB stick and messed up the device. That was the last straw. No way I’m going back.

Trash.Lies about the service, charges more for a seat cleaning, all they did was vacuum the interior like normal price. I know because I have light seats, you could still see its completely dirty.

They did a wonderful job washing my car seats and I did not have to make an appointment; dropped it off around 3:15 and it was ready in an hour. I also dropped my wallet with all my credit cards in between the seats and they called me right away to give it back. :) thank you very much!

I spent $27 on a car wash and specifically asked for my seats to be vacuumed well to get the dog hair off. I originally picked the $29 package but was told it would be a 45 minute wait so I chose the one down. I got to my car and it was horrible! There was hair all over, had hardly been vacuumed, had not been wiped downed inside at all. I drove around and asked about this. He vacuumed again but said I would have had to have paid for the higher package for them to wipe down the inside of my car! What kind of car wash that claims to be an interior and exterior wash doesn’t wipe down??? For $27??? I haven’t been here in years and now I remember why, this is my own fault for coming back. On the other hand, the people that work there are nice.

Not happy, car still had greasy spots that could have been removed and attendant said I had to wax car which was not necessary. He could have removed liquid.

Bocas best car wash...must be some kind of ironic humor that I wasnt aware of prior to trying this place. The only reason they got 1 star is because they do have a machine that does a requisite job of cleaning the outside of your car. Otherwise, this is a useless car wash. They dont clean the inside of your car at all...and this is with the $25 top of the line wash.1. I had some trash in the back that every other car wash Ive ever been to throws away because, you know, they figure thats part of cleaning your car. They dont do that here.2. Had some dog hair on my seats that every other car wash wouldve vacuumed off because, you know, they figure thats part of the service.3. I have rubber floor mats. Literally the easiest things in the world to clean. You take them out, spray them with a hose, let them sun dry for a couple minutes and youre good. They neglected to even do that.4. To my surprise, they did actually attempt to wipe down the center console. The success of said attempt is up for debate.5. At least the air freshener they gave me was pretty good, right?This is the worst excuse for a full service car wash Ive ever been to. I recommend it to no one.

Wash was ok. Guy at the front Filipe collecting money was the most unprofessional nasty attitude ever. Ruins the entire experience. No customer service. Actually call me, the customer, rude names and a profanity.And they won’t give you the name email or number of the owners who should know what is happening at their establishment. Probably because they know they should be fired.

Not the best service, I live right next door but usually drive elsewhere for a car wash. Today I decided to give them another chance, pull up to the wash at 5:40, mind you they close at 6. The employee looked at his watch and did not look very happy, I guess I can too late:(

Buyer beware: absolutely worst car wash I have ever had. Paid a little extra – not SO little - to also have tires cleaned and floor carpets cleaned- not done! Also my windows not cleaned at all inside or out, STAY AWAY!

One employee refuses to wear a mask. He told me he does not have to. As long as he opens a door and leans into a car, he must wear a mask. He became testy when I asked him to wear a mask.

This is probably the best car wash in town, not cheap, but you get what you pay for. I have two black cars and after many washes here there is very little if any swirl marks, they change drying pads often so they dont scratch the paint with a dirty one.

Asked for a car wash. When they were finished there was bird doo on my rear windshield and bugs on my front windshield and grill. When I pointed this out, I was told that I had to pay more fo a super clean wash. So much for the best car wash

Absolutely awful customer service. I sat there in line for 10 minutes with only one car ahead of me finally some girl came up to me said we dont have time to do a $140 detail. There was two hours left in their workday and one car ahead of me. Anyone who wants to spend $140 to get their car detailed dont go to this place.

First, their has prices were insane! .75$ more than other gas stations! Do they sell a special gas that warrants that price? Second, their reviews were terrible! I couldnt see paying their car wash prices that are way too high for a crappy job. I didnt bother.

They did a terrible job. My car looked almost as dirty as it was before I brought it there. When I pointed out all of the dirt that was still on my car their response was you get what you pay for. I guess $10 doesnt get you much at this place. Well despite the fact that they are less than a mile away from me the next time I go to get my car washed it wont be there!
