Very large gas station with a nice convenience store with take out foods and car wash

Lottery Scratch off Scam! Ripped me off for $50.00. The lottery div. was contacted and nothing is being done about it. The man told me the machine was not working, yet when I took my card to another place, it was already collected. I tried calling, wrote this store, and I keep getting hung up on by the manager. This is robbery, thievery. Fact that the lottery wont do anything about it is absurd.

The food here is amazing. I eat here several times a week now. Subs, hot food, fruit and more. So good!

Manager was disrespectful and displayed horrible customer service with a unsatisfied car wash. The vehicle clearly did not receive the level of detail that was promised and the manager was insulting that the service had been provided. I will never return to this business until that manager is no longer employed there.*update* Vehicle was detailed correctly the second time, very satisfied. This detailed should have been performed the first time

As others stated, yall need help. This place is just poorly maintained and not many things work correctly including the car wash, fuel handles, etc. High prices on top of all that? No thanks, plenty of other choices around here to have to put up with that.

The advertised price of gasoline is a catch, when you enter you really realize that you have to wash your car, so you waste time.Also, the payment system is very slow comma almost blocked my debit card.

Don’t get fooled by their prices !!Looking from yamato road makes you think the above price is Regular and below is Premium ( like most of gas stations )WELL, DONT GET FOOLED. The above price is Regular with EXPENSIVE car wash. The below price is Regular, normally. Catchy huh ?

I went to this car wash yesterday and to my surprise, Today when I went to leave my car begins making this metal on metal sound from underneath the car. Mind you, my car is. Brand new 2020 Chevy Malibu so it has no reason to have any issues. The sketchy car wash tracks is what more than likely messed up my car. I highly advise anyone who is looking for a quick and easy place to get their car washed at, to NOT go to this one! You are much better off washing your own car. On top of the sketchy car wash tracks, the employee who washed and cleaned the inside of my car was not wearing a mask, nor was he wearing gloves. I can promise you that I will be getting my money back, as well as getting money to go towards the repair of my vehicle. I have no plans on ever going back to this car wash ever again!

If I could give this gas station 0 stars, I would. Went there last week and filled up - put $38 in my tank and went home and noticed on my CC I was charged $73.10. I called the gas station that evening and the person working the front desk told me the manager would call me first thing in the morning to try to fix this, since my car cannot even take $73 worth of gas. Next afternoon rolls around, no call. So I called again asking for manager that afternoon... No manager on duty apparently. Front desk person put me on the phone with someone named Sandra who tried to tell me it was my CC company’s fault I got charged extra for no reason. This gas station is a joke and an absolute rip off!

This is actually -1 stars, worse than zero stars. I used this car wash 3 times. One time I had paint above my left front wiped off and just today I got the full service wash so I left the car with them to take through the wash tunnel. My Driver window is open, my auto passenger airbag is damaged and everything in the front interior is completely soaked. The manager made up excuses about both saying that his guys, that he’s in charge of, didn’t do it. I hate this BP and I’m never going back.

Suited my late night needs. Bathroom could use cleaning. The person at the register neither greeted me nor looked at me. The gas station is well kept. It’s a bright area to stop; safety is paramount. The station appears to sell fresh made food during the day. Over all 65% approval rating.

No Diesel was available. Regular fuel handles are green color Which is supposed to be diesel leaking every other gas station across United States here gas is green and diesel is black very confusing

Pumps never work with card. Always have to go in to cashier. Must of been here 3 times and happened each time. Very inconvenient considering the Corina virus

Beware if your vehicle takes Diesel. Most stations Diesel will be a Green handle pump. NOT BP!! I put in Gas in my diesel truck by mistake. -Very costly mistake on my part. Pay attention - never assume.I will avoid BP gas stations from now on.

Most of my experiences here have been very positive. Its the only place I like to go to get my car washed. They clean inside and out for a very reasonable price. There is food available inside fresh and package. The employees who wash the cars are also very very nice. Its in a very safe part of town so I never worry about the time of day that I stop there for gas.

I received some of the worst customer service ever! One of the employees who was on shift with (Edgar)! Was not wearing a mask inside while trying to serve me. He then proceeded to be argumentative with me and yelling and waving his hands because I addressed the situation after he would not take me cash to pay for gas! I will never be spending money with BP again nor will I recommend this gas station to any of my family and friends! Location in Boca Raton on Yamato Road and Congress Ave!

Gas is a little higher then surrounding areas. However, the hand wash car wash is great. Good prices and very well done.

Today I was frustrated because the card reader at the gas pump wasnt reading my card. When I went inside, the male cashier was incredibly kind and sweet to me. He is the reason I gave 4 stars. Whomever the employee is that was working around 7pm on 7/27/17, you deserve recognition for being so professional and courteous. Thank you.

Worst gas station ever. Sign says 2.79 for regular unleaded pump at 2.84. Little sandwich shop inside smells good but expensive $9 for an 8 sub and topping are extra. First and last time this place gets my money!

Gas was a fair price... We were greeted nicely.We ended up getting our work truck washed there... They did a MUCH better job than we thought they would do.I got to pick the air freshener... He sprayed artic breeze in a towel for me, it smelled so good. He then sprayed under all our mats. Nothing was missing in the truck... Not even our change.While we waited we ate lunch, my partner got the chicken panini, I got the chicken, rice and beans... Both priced 7.99. both were delicious!!!Looking forward to the next visit already.BTW we e got 25 cents off per gallon for getting the truck washed!

I arrived in the morning with the plan to fill up car and wash my windows from the overnight pollen. Three different windshield washer basins were completely dry. I told an attendant who was going around checking the machines...and zero response from him. This station is also on a tough corner for traffic. Between the indifferent service and location, I don’t recommend this station.

Go here pretty often since I work overnight, very nice staff. Gary and Jose are always nice no matter what time it is and the coffee is actually made fresh and on time

Customer Service is very poor. I purchased a charger on 6/5 and went to return it because it was not working and the guy Simon was very rude to me. I asked for the manager and his stupid ass says I was suppose to return it the same day or within 2 days. There was no sign saying this as well as its hard to believe their was no manager in the store. He was extremely rude and I will be calling the corporate office. Very poor service considering I purchase gas from there for 5 years. I will never return and will tell all of my coworkers not to shop in this gas station.

I dont quite understand why this gas station and many others gas stations around boca have their gas so (((highly priced))) .... This gas station is charging $2.79 per gallon for 87 unleaded gas.... WHAT A RIP OFF I mean the average pice of gas per gallon in florida is $2.29-$2.39, whats thevdeal with that??? Can somebody put some regulations on this or what??? Otherwise the gas station on the inside looks great... Also after putting gas in my car, right away after I stop my car it started shaking in the engine seems like its dying out please have this gas station inspected because I think theres something wrong with this gas!!!
