Filed a claim when our car was totalled only to find out our policy was never changed when requested nor was anything handled . I dont understand how they are even in business. Liars and cheats I would never refer anyone here ever ! We are left with a totalled vehicle and no help what so ever from our agents all they are doing is hiding from the issue .
