I have been a happy customer of the NSI Insurance Group for over 10 years. For most of that period, we have had 2 homes insured by them. The level of personalized, professional and friendly service I have received every time I dealt with the company for any matter has been exceptionally good. Last year, when one of our homes was sold, we were due a refund from the insurer. The check went astray in the mail. Jodi Kislin arranged for a replacement check to be issued and sent to NSI. The owner of the agency, Brian Samberg, then brought the check personally to my house. That was really an amazing gesture. Ms. Kislin also helped me obtain flood insurance. I visited the company’s new offices to sign and pay. All the paperwork had been prepared before my arrival. This year, Ms Kislin helped me deal with increasing insurance rates by designing a policy eliminating what I didn’t really need. I just had an experience with a brand new Lexus that was involved in an accident 5 days after purchase. Everything was a mess, the insurance hadnt been switched yet (my fault, hadnt called yet) the Dealership hadnt completed all the paperwork etc. I couldnt get answers from the Dealership body shop, Rental company etc.. One call to Brian at Southeast and he personally (while with a client) spoke to the Body Shop Manager, the Hertz rental guy and Travelers and everything was taken care of instantly. I havent had to do a thing but answer a phone call from Travelers. If you think there isnt a difference of having a great Independent Insurance agent (also got me the best price), Think again. It was one of the best decisions that I ever made!
