This business owner was not only unhelpful but also extremely rude. I have a renter who needs a stovetop fixed. The place confirmed they do repairs on such stove tops but then said they “can’t get involved in this”. I have no idea what “this” was.And then the lady announced that she will hang up now and wasn’t having any further conversation.I could only assume the owner was concerned about payment, but I was ready to prepay any service or to pay for it at the address in question. Absolutely unprofessional response to the situation.
