Airstar supply was greeting working with to find the module I needed for my furnance as well as getting the item shipped quickly. The module worked perfect after installed. Was great doing business with your operator and company!

!!!This company threw my return away and kept my $400, This is theft, Stay away from this company!!!I purchased an item on amazon from them. I asked for a return because it ended up being the wrong item. (item part # matched but physically different, connections on different side). They approved the return no problem, but the next day they sent an email stating some restrictions on refund. I mailed the item back to them but it was lost in the mail, and six months later showed up back at my house. I contacted the company and told them that it had showed back up. The post office said the postage they sent me was invalid. I paid postage to send it back to them, they didnt contact me that they received the item until I contacted them days after it was delivered. This company has terrible customer service reps, one of them implied that Im a lair in multiple messages. This whole situation has been a nightmare, not entirely the companies fault. But they have no concern or care for the customer, or retaining future customers. There are plenty of other options and I fully intend to take my business else where.UPDATE!!!As you can see from their response this company has no respect for its customers. I didnt respond to your email on Nov. 5th because on Nov. 4th you approved the return, and I didnt see it until you mentioned the November 5th email a coupled weeks ago. When I reached back out to you, when the item showed back up at my house. I have told the truth to them and they repeatedly try to call me a liar. Also I did some more research on them, and they offer refunds for electrical items on there amazon return page, but not on their company website. Amazon has a customer first approach to returns, which this company doesnt. I sent them the proof from the USPS about the package being lost when I mailed it back to them in November. I didnt install the item, I attempted too but the electrical connections do not line up correctly, you can look at other reviews for this item and see others had the same problem. They threatened to throw my item away, if I didnt send them return postage, after they said they would send it back. I will be contacting an attorney about this company. I have proof of everything Ive said to be true. These people are terrible and I hope nobody does business with them. Also this is how they treat retired Veterans, Which I have also made known to them. I also told them I dont care about the money being returned, just that they are a shady company and I want it known. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!!!!!!!

This guys really wanted to help me. I went there assuming the product I was buying was not in high demand. I got to the place (1 hour drive) just to find out the product was backordered. They were about to ship the last two in inventory. But Alex decided to sell me one and ship from another facility to the online customer. Was this the right move for both of us? Probably. Was I entitled for him to go out of his way and take a risk to help me? Absolutely not. Hence this small token of appreciation. Keep it up guys!

This business rules! My air handler blower stopped working on a Sunday morning and I was able to figure out what part I needed to fix it. After doing extensive searching on the web for the part, I came across Air Star Supply. Found the exact part I needed and for a lot less than the other sites I came across. I called on Monday morning to check on the expedited shipping options and spoke with Kellie. She gave me all my options and after a misunderstanding on my part even helped me complete my online order with the correct shipping so my part would arrive on time. Part showed up 2 days later just as expected. All other suppliers were telling me it would be at least 7 days before the part would ship. Part was wrapped with extra protection and in 20 minutes after opening the package I had my heat back on. All of this was done 4 days before Christmas and during this pandemic! Amazing! Thank you for helping me repair my HVAC so quickly!

What wonderful service Ive experienced with Airstar Supply and their representative Alex! I purchased a replacement UV bulb during the outbreak of Covid-19. Once the bulb was received via Airstar and applied to my home unit, it did not work. Called in my HVAC rep who advised my system needed to be replaced to be sure the bulb wasnt defective. Because of the pandemic, and after waiting months, I was advised that due to the high demand of air treatment systems, the manufacturer would not be making them for residential use. I contacted Alex at Airstar, shared my situation, and without any delay, he kindly offered to re-imburse the expensive cost of the bulb once I returned it. Within a few days, my credit was applied even after so much time had lapsed. As a senior, those returned dollars are so very appreciated. But, even more, it was the concerns of Alex, how he listened to me and understood mine! Seriously folks, a great company with a great team that truly works with their customers! Lainie Belcastro

Tried to purchase a Trane condenser motor locally from Trane supply store but found out they wouldnt sell to public. Researched the part online and come across Airstar Supply web site. The pricing was competitive and the website provided fitment information which allowed me to confirm I was purchasing the correct product. Order the part online and receive the new part in 2 days. Glad to have my house cool again. Will check them out again in the future when I need AC parts.

Purchased 2 capacitors off Amazon and inquired about returning them. The refund to return them was not worth the trouble. The return representative named Kelly was very unprofessional when emailing me back and forth about the return I have her ridiculous email below. This is her response when i told her I didnt order the wrong size capacitor and am not sure what happened between the Amazon site and theirs. If i replied this to one of my customers the owner would have fired me immediately. I suggest using a different company. Plenty others out there with better customer service by far. Obviously this company and its employees have issues and cannot be trusted. I’m not the only one who had problems with this pathetic company. I suggest reading their reviews and make your own choice. First ask yourself if you want to do business with people who treat their customers the way they do. I suggest checking their poor rating on the BBB as well I think that speaks for itself. If the owner was so worried about his/her customers he should probably monitor his employees and try reaching out to customers. I’m an electrician and don’t fix stuff as a hobby.Gremlins. It was probably Gremlins. They cancelled your order secretly without you knowing and changed it to (2) 35+3 Capacitors , removing your 70+5 capacitors...thats probably what happened.Or maybe the Russians ?Have a Blessed Day.Kelly

My point stands that you have no clue how to work with people and the problems. I am very happy i called Airstar supply. I spoke with a gentleman out of Melbourne Florida. He was very knowledgeable and was able to find me what i needed. He was able to arrange delivery for next day arrival. This was helpful, considering my air in currently out. (91 and 89% humidity) I tried to talk the representative into meeting me halfway between Melbourne and Central Florida, however previous customers ruined that opportunity for me. I understand he was just following policy. Great customer service. I will make sure i will continue to use Airstar supply in the future. Comment submitted by Military Vet that likes water - Hooyah!

I paid two different AC companies $100.00 a piece to come tell me what was wrong with my AC. The first had no clue and the second said it was my blower relay but they would have to do some crazy rewiring/ some other nonsense that would be $400-500 because the relay on my 3 year old Trane was no longer available. I contacted Airstar Supply and they immediately sent me a simple wiring diagram on switching out my old relay with the new model which didnt have the same plugs. I ordered the relay for $29.00 with free shipping and was able to install in roughly 30 minutes. Needless to say if you would rather spend $150 on a blower motor or $29 on a relay than $1300 or $500 than this is the place to go. Im very pleased with my experience here.

We had an incredible experience with Airstar Supply. I had to call in an emergency over night delivery for items we needed to pass County inspections late in the afternoon after 3 PM. Most companies wont do overnight after 3 PM but Airstar did and got them to us first thing this morning before 10:30 AM. Thank you for such exceptional customer service!

Please be aware that this company miss-represents shipping costs and products they post on Amazon. I only read about the other problems people had after receiving a unit that was not as described in a listing. They would not take the unit back for a refund although they were not truthful about the product description.

I have purchased from Airstar Supply since they opened. I recently made a purchase for a capacitor that I needed asap. It was 4:30 and near closing time but I was in dire need of getting my A/C running immediately. Not only did the owner himself take the time to find me a capacitor that would replace the old one even though the old one had no numbers on it, (he was able to ask me questions about my system which enabled him to cross reference what I needed) he then dropped it off at UPS so I didnt have to wait another day. Exceptional service! He said freight was included and I would see it next day because ground UPS is next day in my part of Florida. This company has never let me down.

Ordered heat sequencer online. Was defective. Notified seller of non functional component. Was told to order another for replacement and refund. New ones arrived.Both were defective right out of the box with the same problem as the first.Was returned to seller. Seller didnt acknowledge parts as being defective.

I orderd a cap for my A/C from this company through Amazon which supose to be replacement for original part. The part did not worked with my unit (dont know why), I find the original part from other vendor and got my A/C runing. After many days and many e mails this is what I got as final response, please read through:Not a problem , simply return the AmRad Cap in its original packaging within 7 days to HVAC / IAQ Supply, with a copy of your sales slip and RMA#8.14 written on the slip. Upon receipt , we will inspect the item , test with a meter and confirm that the item is defective and issue a refund within 24-48 hours. In the event a working , non-defective component is returned , installed and materially different $ 8.14 will be your refund. This amount represents your purchase price less Amazon Fees and Shipping Costs associated with your purchase

I bought media pads off of amazon from this supplier they had the item listed as free shipping and then charged me 175$ for 50$ worth of productThey think they can scam people on amazon if they dont click the right shipping option on amazonIts one thing to mess up and you charge me 20$ for shippingBut charging me 175$ is straight robbery I was robbed by this company. Greg R helped me with a very difficult situation with expert advice and pricing concerning my problem with an out of state HVAC service provider who charged and provided me estimate for repairs that I was suspect of. This other provider suggesting I replace the whole furnace assembly for $3000.00 that was only 8 years old since the repairs on my furnace assembly would be over $2400.00 to replace the motor, module, and control board. Didnt sound right to me.... So after talking to many local providers who would not give me 5 seconds without also coming out and charging a $100 fee for an estimate, I found Airstar Supply on the internet and emailed for advice and pricing on the parts. Greg R instantly e-mailed me back and was extremely patient and extremely helpful in giving me opinions on the unlikelihood of all the mentioned parts being bad, pricing if they were, (about half the original estimate), technical guidance and test to ensure the parts were indeed bad, specifications for ohming out the motor, and other diagnostic steps. (I am a Master Auto Tech and can perform these functions easily). Most beneficially, Greg also informed me of the 10 year Trane warranty on the inside furnace assembly unit if my outside condenser unit is (and it is) an XL unit. Hmmm the other guy did not mention this... This advice alone from Greg saved me about $2100.00 on my repairs. (By the way, after I mentioned the warranty to the other provider he sent another tech out and surprise! it was only the motor and under warranty... hmmm).Greg R at Airstar is the man! He has over 30 years of Trane experience and you can tell he is the expert in his field and he cares! HE IS THE BEST!Thank you very much Greg and Airstar Supply.
