I went for a simple tire rotation. Kid said I couldn’t watch them in the garage due to insurance purposes.. I sat in the waiting room. I went about 20-25 mins after to see the progress and they had my truck lifted by the body panels and not the frame!!! Now I have 4 dents on the bottom of my body panels around the truck because they don’t know how to use the lift! They didn’t rotate my tires the pattern I asked AND the KID backing my truck out of the garage banged my mirror and and almost smashed in the wall. I get home and my tire pressure is way off! What a joke this place is. Absolutely horrible!

I love their Service. their service is quick and not expensive. I got my cars service done from other dealers in Boardman, they charged me more and gave me a list of another $1000 for other services needed to get done. But 4 wheels Car dealer told you what you really need to do. Not like,You need this,this,this........so on. They actually care about their customers. Thank You
