Monica is very good at explaining the details of insurance...at giving you a look behind the curtain so to speak. She also fought for us and stood behind us when AmFam could have denied us coverage because of a mistake. I like Monica a lot because she seems to be very good at what she does which is getting harder and harder to find nowadays. I dont think AmFam is that great of a company though what insurance company is? Dont like my nihilism and baked in cynicism sway you though. I like Monica and I dont like many...let that sway you, if anything.

I first started out with car insurance and now I have life insurance for myself, my kids, husband and home owners insurance.
