I am fairly confident these folks have no idea what they are doing! We asked for a copy of our policy. After 2 months, several calls no copy. Now we are told we are not entitled to a copy of the policy and in order to get a copy we would need to file a claim.Super scary!

Unfortunately was in two accidents in a month. Chase Agency went out of their way to make the process as easy as possible to get the claims settled and my family back on the road.
