Ive been going there for years and theyre very good. As a woman its hard to find an auto shop that wont try to rip you off. I moved 45 minutes away but I still take my car there

Did a fast job on repairing my vehicle. Little high pricing but its worth it for quality of work. Was quoted a price and paid that price after service was completed unlike an other well known shop in the area. Would recommend. 5 stars

1 star is the lowest I can give and believe me it is not low enough. I took my car in because it had a wobble when I reached speeds of 55 plus. They said it needed 4 new wheel bearings at $940.00. I knew that all 4 wheel bearings were not bad because I had checked them. But I let them go ahead as Im sure they were all old. after 3 days I picked up my car and it was way worse. Now it wobbled so bad at 20 miles an hour you could not drive it. I took it right back. Five days later I get it back and it still has the same issue. I took it back and now 2 weeks later I call to check again what is going on and am told they are working up an estimate......When I got mad the lady hung up on me.

Estep tire trashed my car. I came to get a starter put on it took them 4 days and when I got my car back it wouldnt go into park at all .I have to use a brick under my tire now bc their mechanics broke my car. All they did was give me a number to a different mechanic and charge me 400 dollars to tare up my car. Now I have to go and pay more to fix what they messed up. DO NOT GO TO ESTEP

I have used this business a couple of times and found them to be very helpful and friendly. Then I had a big problem my van broke down a few yards from their business, that is when I found out just how helpful they were. My husband and I sat in their waiting room for over an hour making Repeated phones calls trying to get a way home. They were very patient and even kept offering suggestions for where to call. They made calls and had two different people come to look at the van but neither were able to fix it. When we found a way home and ask how much we owed they said we didnt owe anything and told us to have a nice day. The most impressive thing is I had been so upset I was not being very nice to them, for which I am very sorry.

State inspection, was in and out. Nice people.

Would be no stars if that were an option. Had my truck towed to this place to be fixed. 3 weeks later nothing had been done and my truck never even was touched. Needless to say I towed it back home and am now fixing it myself. Save your time and go elsewhere

Went without an appointment and they took great care of me. 2 tires, oil change with 2 air filters and a great price in short order. Will be going back for future needs.

Was told no appointments. Waiting for an oil change only 1.5 hours and counting. Charge at high end. $74.95. Past two garages in different towns $60.00. No masks by employees and no request for clients. 40 percent clients masked.

Brought my car here for an inspection 3. Different. Times. First time they said ALL I need is brakes. So I had them put it on. Then they inspected it again. Now ALL I need is a light. Ok fine. Install and inspect. NOW ITS A TURN SIGNAL LEVER! Either they dont do the inspection properly or they just add stuff on. Dont trust them.

Amazing and trustworthy place to go and get anything done to your car. I would recommend this place to anyone extremely honest, pleasant, just amazing kind people that work here. Been going for years by the way and this is the only place I would recommend to go in Bluefield.

Estep Tire has some of the nicest staff around, prices are competitive, they may not always be the cheapest in town, but you get what you pay for. Ive had tires changed, alignment adjusted, brakes and rotors installed and several oil changes, all done within a reasonable time frame and with excellent workmanship and quality. Wonderful business!!!

Very bad experience buying tires from this company. I paid $500 for a set of tires . I made it home the day I purchased them, the next day they was on the ground. I took my car back for them to fix it. A day later the plug was loose causing one to leak. Fast forward a year and now I have 2 plugs in the tires due to leaks.

Ive been going to Estep Tire since I got my first car 15 years ago. My dad has gone there before that and both my grandfathers would take their vehicles there. Tommy Estep is what every machanic should be. Hes honest, fair, dependable, and has a level of integrity that everyone can admire. I wish there was an Estep Tire in every city. You would never have to question your service technician ever again. Highly recommended and would drive for miles to come here before I would go anywhere else.

Worst service ever. Was told my tires would be done 2 days ago and werent done. Finally told I could pick them up and they still arent done. If I could give zero stars I would. I dont recommend this place to anyone.

Where I come from, an appointment is an appointment. Its considered good customer care to honor that time as close as you can. I ordered 2 winter tires to be studded and set up my appointment. So, I arrived a few minutes before my scheduled time and checked in. An hour went by and, curious, I looked outside to see my vehicle still sitting where I left it. I asked the man at the counter when my van would be done, reminding him my appointment was at 10. So, after just about 2 1/2 hours, I finally drove away. My charges were about $40 more than wed discussed when I ordered them. Needless to say, when I get a complete set of radials next year, I doubt Ill return here.

Slow as hell! Come in at 130 am for oil change and 4 tires. Was told 1 hour. 3 hours later they just changed my oil and still waiting on tires to be put on! I will never come back or recommend any to come here!

Went to get a sticker and ended paying what I thought was way over priced because I needed windshield wipers my were worn but still worked and I would have changed them myself for free labor and about $20 they hit me for $60. I feel like this was really unfair but they wouldnt put my sticker on until I had them. So they got me this time and most likely I will not be buying my tires from them now because of this.

I took my truck there the first week of December of 2018. Most of the work I wanted completed was said done. Well, they needed to get a PCV hose and it would be a couple days to get shipped in. (BS) They, (Connie) called and said the part came in, but the wrong one. Ill call you when in. No problem to me. I trust them. Well a week goes by and I call Connie and she says it hasnt come in yet, probably shipping is slow because of Christmas. I tell her, know worries, let me know..Ive called 8 times since January 2019. Ive talked to Tony. Ive talked to Tom. I even talked to Connie once. All three of them have given me the run around. Oh its coming, Youll have to talk to Connie, should be here this week, blah blah blah.So the first part came wrong in 2 days. Now 4 months later, the right part isnt there? Not one returned call ever from them to tell me theyre still waiting or what ever. Ive spent $2000 with them in 2 yrs with my truck. Btw, its a $20 part, installed for $70. $100 bill out the door. WHATS THE PROBLEM? Ill tell ya, cuz Im not a good old boy who lived here all his life. I moved here 8 yrs ago. And Ive never been rude. Ive been patient. Thought I found a great garage. But they are not the only garage in Bluefield
