Service on my vehicle was excellent and Jerry, in Service, always makes us feel like valued customers.My issue is that this makes my third survey on my latest visit to Cole Nissan.Seems like over kill for compliments.

Every survey asked if Cole Nissan meets it exceeds my expectations. Well as great as service as I have gotten here over the years. My expectations are very high. Jerry Dowell always takes great care with me and other customers.

We take three cars to Cole: a Nissan, a Honda and a Subaru. I drive a few minutes further to go to them rather than drive to closer dealerships. I feel like they are honest and do not try to upsell. Furthermore, they have more cars in their inventory than anyone else in the region. I completely recommend Cole.

I brought Nissan Murano in 8-24 to have it serviced to have gaskets and valve replaced along with having passenger hub wheel front and sensor replaced .Spent over $2000 for that ,my problem is when I brought it in it was not leaking antifreeze and I noticed it Friday evening before going to work I have only driven it 8 miles since I left from there after picking it up on 8-25 I want this fixed Im not a happy person right now it came out worst than it went in

Nice staff but did not get the fix right, titan broken down again for the 3rd time less then 25 miles after they told me it was fixed and good to go.

They add adjusted market value sticker of $3000.00 then low ball your trade. My car booked for $6500.more than offer plus they had the 3000.00. That would be 9500.00 below book.

I was extremely pleased with my Cole Nissan service experience. We broke down on 10/15/20 just north of Rte. 77 Exit 9 after the engine on our 2011 Frontier overheated. I managed to contact the Cole Service Manager (Doug) just prior to the service department closing that evening. After explaining the situation to Doug he went out of his way to reorganize scheduling for the following day so he could accommodate us. We had the vehicle towed to the dealership that evening and he had his staff brought the vehicle in and work diagnostics first thing on the 16th. They quickly diagnosed and repaired the problem getting us on the road and back to our home base that same day. Doug and his team exhibited a high degree of responsiveness and professionalism. Their efforts made a bad situation (highway breakdown) much easier to deal with. Because we live 4hrs from the dealership, its unlikely well have the chance to visit Cole Nissan again but I will ensure I go out of my way to spread the good word about this dealership whenever and wherever I can.Jim McDonald

Service and oil change for our 2016 Nissan 370Z. Doug Modad Service Manager and Service Technicians Johnathan and Brim exceeded our expectations. They helped get our car off the car hauler and help put it back on. The weather was wet, and they helped get the hauler under the overhang cover. They helped me secure the vehicle for our 1700 mile trip to NM. Their time, patience and kindness was more than appreciated and needed. The top quality service to the vehicle while in their care was outstanding. Having Customer Service like this is what keeps customers loyal. Keep them and you will keep your customers. The service center has got to be one of the best and nicest I have ever been to and I have been to a lot. They were so accommodating to everyone in the office. The building is so comfortable and easy to use for all ages. Its great to have a facility that someone as my age or someone as my fathers age both loves to come to, it really does make it seem as of the time for the service goes by so much quicker. The workers are the best as well, we will continue to drive an hour and forty five minutes to have work and service performed there. 😃

Professional service when I took my car in for the estimate and when I brought it in to be repaired. The receptionist was polite, courteous and professional each time I communicated with her. Repair was completed within the estimated time. Thank you. However when I picked up my vehicle after the repair was completed the service supervisor nor a representative was there to go over what was done to my vehicle nor to ask if I was satisfied with the service, etc. The technician who bought my car out was every courteous, thoughtful and polite. I used Coles rental and I received very good service from that department. Overall very good service and I am pleased with the repairs that were done on my vehicle.

I had an amazing experience. The sales associate, Allen, was top notch. He was very professional and helped me to get into a car I loved and one that fell into the price range I was looking for. They even stayed late to help me finalize all the paper work. The detail crew was even willing to stuck around until I had finished to detail my car before I left. I told them not to stick around for that. They let me come back on the weekend when I got the chance to get it detailed then. Sooooooo nice.

Called to ask if their Parts Dept. Had or knew any company that had stock rims for my specific model in stock. Was told We do not keep anything in stock. Do not know anyone that would. This does not sound very worthy of being listed as a certified Nissan dealer or saying they have a Parts Department. Will notify Nissan about this as well. Dont even bother calling it a parts dept Cole. If you dont have anything for the most common model nor offer options on the phone or cant even give me a tire/rim dealer who could offer me some answers then dont claim you have options like parts dept.

I recently had an issue with my 2016 Altima and I took it to Cole’s service department. I arrived toward the end of the day, yet they still took my vehicle in and were even kind enough to call Enterprise so I could have a rental while they checked my car out the next day also. I definitely feel comfortable returning to Cole’s for service in the future.
