The salon is clean and comfortable. The nail techs really go out of their way to make sure you get what you want and I have never ever had anything less than an excellent job. The House Pedicure is my go-to favorite although Ive tried most every type they have. Prices are very reasonable. The one time I had an acrylic nail break the day after getting them done, I came back to the salon and the owner repaired it for me at no charge.

If you need a good pedi, ask for the manager. I was lucky enough to grab a same-day appointment and went in early on a Saturday. Shes extremely nice and thorough. She didnt make assumptions about my preferences - she asked questions every step of the way and helped me choose the perfect nude polish. Ill def be back.

I made an appointment via phone for a dipping powder. They were very nice and professional on the phone which I appreciated. Upon showing up, I could tell that all the tables were filled but they still greeted me friendly and gave me a bottle water. There were just some dipping colors but I was able to find one that I ideally wanted. The technician did an incredible job! She worked quickly but with precision. She would occasionally pause and asked me if everything was okay, which is nice because not a lot of manicurist do that.I was happy and pleasantly pleased with the results of my dipping powder and would gladly come back again.

We love nail place LA. My family and I got relocated to LA for a month and finding a nail place we thought would be tough. We read reviews here and visited Nail Place - LA. We were so satisfied with our experience and only go back here to get work done. They have friendly staff, do excellent timely manicures and pedicures and are so kind. Get the additional 10 minute massage, it is so worth it!

The space is very comfortable and relaxing, and they recently upgraded all their manicure tables. They have a very wide range of traditional polish, gel polish and SNS options. Several of the technicians do amazing nail art, and everyone is great at helping you try new colors and different new techniques.

Ive been to a number of nail salons since moving to LA and this place is hands down my favorite. Its conveniently located only a few miles away from me and is pretty cheap, especially since they give a discount if you use cash. They have a good selection of colors; the customer service is great; and the quality of work is amazing. They make sure Im happy with my nails every step of the way. They even validate for parking, which I greatly appreciate since I hate having to find and pay for parking in LA.

I had a great experience here. The technicians were quick and skilled. Evwryone was very kind. First time getting the dip and I LOVED it. Manicure and pedicure were both spot on. This is my new go-to nail salon. BONUS! - They have a kids pedicure chair! Clean place in a convenient location with ample parking.

First time getting a pedicure here and I think I found my nail home. Ive been going to the same nail tech for about 3 years and now she has become extremely unprofessional. So Ive been on the prowl for great customer service and great nails. The manager did my toes (I love her already, she was tender and attentive. Definitely coming back here again.

Tony at the front desk was super friendly along with my technicians! Quick service without an appointment. They were able to do my gel manicure and pedicure at the same time getting me in and out quickly. Perfect location and will be back next time Im shopping around town.

I stumbled across this place after doing some research for a nail salon that was close to my work. I am so glad I chose to give them a chance because I have not been going anywhere else for nail services ever since! Everyone is so friendly here and they offer a wide arrange of colors for gel and polish. I also appreciate the complimentary water bottles they give their customers. They do an amazing job each time I receive services and I can honestly say I have gotten the best gel manicures here. I want to note that customers cannot leave tips through credit card transactions so if you do not have cash.

I was in town for work and needed a gel fill. I was reluctant to go to a foreign salon but I was in dire straits. I found this salon on Google, read the reviews and decided to try them out. Walked in and saw a slightly busy salon in which I waited about 15mins. The salon was nice and clean. The staff was very nice and polite as I waited. A woman named walked me over to her station. She was VERY delightful and pleasant to talk to. She was the sweetest woman with a tender touch. Not to mention, she did an amazing job! I was sooo relieved when it was all done! They looked great and I walked away happy. Any time im in town, I will be sure to visit them again! BTW...they are walking distance to an outdoor mall with all the good stores. Go see them!!

Given the spike in COVID cases I was hesitant, but upon arrival I was quickly put at ease. They took my temp, asked me to wash my hands and then was take to the chair. Entire place is very clean too! They just made me a loyal customer!

I’ve been searching for a salon that would be the best fit for me... and I’ve found it. The Service and the management of this shop is impeccable. The staff are so sweet and welcoming. It’s honestly a pleasurable experience everytime I come in. I wear longer nails... and I was yet to find a nail tech who took enough time and energy into them, that they would come out straight and how I wanted them to... until I came here. If you haven’t? Why haven’t you? It’s the cutest little shop with a lot of potential.

The manager was incredible! Go see my girl and get your feet lookin right! Okay? She took her time with my pedicure and took extra time for my special requests I had for her. I appreciated her energy and her attention to detail with my pedicure to the cut, the amount of pressure she used on my feet. Ugh bless her soul. She gives a bomb massage too, lemme tell you!!! The place is clean, and so nicely decorated. Staff was efficient, friendly, and very professional. Down the street from my crib too, I couldnt beat that!

First time visiting Kims nails and it was well worth the trip. The entire staff was very professional and Kim was sweet as can be. Even joked with me which I found both refreshing and rare. Everyone was very professional. I was a walk in and they were able to fit me in even though they were busy. They even have a pedicure chair for little ones, so I will be going with my granddaughter next time.

Amazing customer service. The gal who did my nails accomplished exactly what I had asked for. All the tools were CLEAN and went into the correct cleaning solution after they were used on me! The salon was super clean. Even though it was somewhat hard to understand my gal through a mask and both of us having accents.. we made light of the situation and still had a nice conversation! She was so gentle with the care she gave while doing my nails and she really paid attend to the small details that you as the customer are paying for.I will continue to come back to this location!

The first time I went in was a Saturday and it was poppin. I was seated right away and met my tech. She was such a sweetheart immediately and we talked the entire appointment. Ive now been 4 times (I go religiously now every 2 weeks) always get coffin shape and they look SO good.

I always have a wonderful experience when I come to Kim’s Nails, the staff are always so warm and friendly and the quality of my nails are always top notch! I have to wash my hands quite a bit since I work with kids and my nails will last up to four weeks even! Amy does such a wonderful job with my nails!

My first appointment I arrived a few minutes early and did have to wait a bit beyond my scheduled time. That wouldnt have been too bad but th cushions of the waiting seats arent the best lol. Also, Im a mom who has had two epidurals so the seats at the station arent that comfy for me either. The service is fantastic, however. The shop has loads of designs and options and I knew my second visit I was going to go all out.

**** BEWARE OF THE NEW MANAGMENT IN THIS BUSINESS - - YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED ****On my visit on April 17, 2021, I received what I thought was good service. Not excellent service but good service. The business appeared to be very clean and the staff was friendly. I was concerned that none of the prices were posted and when I asked about the prices I was told not to worry. I began to worry and should had followed my ‘first mind’. Because the location was clean, and the staff was friendly I trusted that the prices would be fair and in lined with the cost of their competitors. I was wrong the prices were much higher than the market and was not quoted until after the services were rendered. I dont mind paying a higher price if the quality is there.In less than a week my acrylic nails started to lift, all of them. I went in on April 27 and showed the technicians (Amy and Henry) and they told me the powder for the acrylic was old and this caused the lifting of the product. I was told again not worry that they would take care of me. I was asked if I wanted a new set of nails and I said yes because the acrylic was “lifting” on all of my nails. I was asked if I wanted acrylic or a dip. I asked the technicians what they recommended, and I was told that the dipped nails were better, and the acrylic could ruin my nails. The technician began taking my nails off by using an artificial nail, also known as a fake nail and clippers to remove the acrylic from my nails. I told them I would rather soak the acrylic off of my nails and I was told that the method they used was the most efficient. My nails were left thin and very damaged. One nail, my left thumb nail even bled. I was asked if I was okay and I said no, my nail bed is bleeding. When the bleeding stopped the service continued.After the service was completed, I was told the cost of the services. I was confused and amazed by the request and I told the technician that the only reason I was there was because of the inferior services I received on April 17th. I said that the cost was unfair and not reasonable. I was told that since they rendered all of these new services the cost was fair, and they took off all of the “old nail powder” they previously used and replaced it with new tips and dipping powder. I was then told that they could only give me a $10 discount. I didn’t want to cause a scene, or a disturbance and I paid them. I am concerned that their friendliness is a smokescreen.**** BEWARE OF THE NEW MANAGMENT IN THIS BUSINESS - - YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED ****

Love this salon so much! I am always seated on time and never disappointed when I leave. The manager does my nails I always walk out so happy every time. The salon is also so cute and girly and you can snap a nice picture of your nails before you leave against the flowers against the wall!

Ive been coming here since 2013. The work is precise & quick. With new management, the shop is getting better. Ive referred friends & family who love the nail shop too. Very friendly, pays attention to deal & works with your schedule. I go every 2 weeks and have never had a bad experience.

The salon is CLEAN. . You can call and make an appointment, which I recommend because they do get busy...and for good reason. This place is the best bang for your buck in the area.

I was tagging along town with a friend, and while he went to see some of his buddies, I decided I needed to get my nails done. The service was incredible, especially for a busy Saturday afternoon! There was very little wait time, and my gel manicure was so well done that my regular nail tech at home commented on it. What was a detour turned out to be a delightful experience, and I would absolutely recommend this salon to anyone!

This place is absolutely amazing. The girls are very sweet and make sure everything is perfect before you leave. I got a black stiletto full set, admittedly a difficult nail look. So when the polish didnt settle right, before I could say anything, she was already taking off the polish and starting again. The care that is put into making your nails look perfect truly shows.

This was my first time at the Salon and I loved it. I dont usually do my nails in salons, but my mom does. She was in the hunt for one close to the house, were they attend fast and do great nails. Rough in spots and completely missed some spots. I get power dipped nails. I will now have to find somewhere else to go to. I have gone there for years.

My initial visit was not bad. When you walk in, they ask what services you want, you tell them, then of course they up sale, which is expected in this business during this time. I went in asking for a gel set manicure, they referred me to get dipped nail instead. I asked what was it and if it was better than gel. They gave a short explanation, said it was better, and it will last about 3 or 4 weeks, so I went with it. Dipped nail and pedicure looked good. 2 weeks later I needed 2 repairs and a fill. They told me that I could NOT get a fill and that they would have to remove the current nails and do a whole new dipped set. I asked a few times because that didnt make sense to me. I even asked if I could do it if I chose the same colors (which I wanted anyway), they told me no. I wouldve never gotten dipped nails if Id known they couldnt be filled, doesnt make sense to me. I left with 2 repairs/fresh nails and the rest of my nails needing a fill :/ I wont be going back but would suggest telling your customers that you dont do fills on dipped nails before you upsale. Good way to lose customers. Gave 3 stars for how well the nails looked on 1st visit.

Ive been to a few nail salons over the last few months and Ive been a little disappointed. I found this place by mistake and decided to try them out. So happy I did! My technician did an awesome job. Between the complimentary beverage and friendly attitude, her service was the cherry on top. Try them out! One important tip though, try them out on a weekday or a later appointment. Its seems Im not the only impressed with them.

I walked into the store and there was a girl playing on her phone - presumably Kim. She played on her phone the entire time I was there. There were no other customers in the store, and the only other tech was Henry, who she told to take care of me.I had the dipping gel, which usually lasts 5 weeks and looks as good the last day as it did the first (with the exception of the outgrowth, of course). I could tell that he was obviously untrained at this job and I shouldnt have accepted the results, except I didnt realize how bad it was until I got to my car. I would have gone right back in had I not had another appointment to get to.He only used 2 coats of the gel, and didnt even know how to shape the nails correctly. Some of them are flat, and a couple of them are misshapen. They are all incredibly thin, and dont stand up to any kind of housework.MY SUGGESTION TO THIS AND ALL OF THE SALONS THAT TRAIN THEIR TECHS ON UNSUSPECTING CUSTOMERS, IS THAT THEY ADVISE THE CUSTOMER THAT THE TECHNICIAN IS STILL IN TRAINING. THEY SHOULD GIVE AN APPROPRIATE DISCOUNT THAT IS COMMENSURATE WITH THE TECHS EXPERIENCE.Ive had techs that were obviously trainees, but at least the manicure was acceptable. I will not make any further nail appointments without asking the experience level of the person that will be working on me. Since this is such a common practice, I suggest to anyone that has fallen into this trap to do the same.

Ive been coming to this nail salon for two years and I highly recommend it! I never rate or review, but its deserved in this case. Manager is always SO helpful, all of the nail techs are detailed and focused. Its quiet, relaxing and there is almost always an opening within 10 minutes. ! Ive only had one subpar experience. The staff are wonderful and personable. They were super busy and still made time to fit me and a friend in for extra services not originally asked for in our appointment. Plus, their prices are one of the best in town. I drove an hour 1 way to get my pampering done here because I dont want to go anywhere else.

This was my first visit, and I was happy at the time my technician took with my pedicure. Ive been looking for a salon where I can have consistently god results and its my hope my next experience will be like this one. It is a smaller salon than some and Id recommend making an appointment.

The salon is very comforting, relaxing and clean. The tools come sanitized in a package and their files and other supplies are used only once since they are disposable. It has a lovely atmosphere with many spa chairs for pedicures and TVs all around. There were many women in the salon, but hardly a wait!
