This place is so bad! This is my first time getting acrylic nails and it was one of the WORST experiences! The people were annoyed with us? And did a pretty bad job on the design and I’m almost positive they were talking about us! After we were telling them they did something wrong they were mocking us by making noises and pretending to talk with there hands! AND THERES MORE! They kept up charging us from $22 to $48! And kept trying to make us get gel polish. DO NOT COME HERE!!!

Great service, family owned, affordable prices and most important everyone does a good job not just a few people. The staff are very friendly and make sure you get exactly what you want. Ive had so many bad experiences at nail shops. Its refreshing to find one who does what you ask with out them trying to let you whatthey want to do or feel you need to do as if your not spending your money for a service. I would recommend them again!

Well staffed so never have to have an appointment or wait long to get my guitar nails. Very friendly staff. Ive been going there regularly for probably over 10 years. Their open 7 days a week, from early to late and even many holidays. Oh, and their less expensive than any other nail salon !

I went to Miss nails yesterday to get my acrylic nails filled. All I wanted was a simple design. It was blue and gold nails. The nail technician was in the middle of doing my nails and did not ask me what shape I had wanted he just picked the shape he thought I wanted. I was not very thrilled about this because I wanted a different shape. So I told him and he gave me an attitude. Later when he was painting my nails he didn’t put enough layers of nail polish and they are now see through, I did not realize this until I had already left and I was at home. I’ve gone to Miss Nails multiple times and every time I’ve gone they always seem to mess up the simplest nails. I really didn’t think that someone could mess up two different colors but the nail tech somehow messed it up. I’m not happy at all about any experience I’ve had at this place and I would not recommend it.

Dirty! Overpriced! Not impressed with the cleanliness of this place. They were using tools that were laying out and I did not see them sterilize between customers. They do not clean the pedicure tubs between customers and just rinse with water. My nail polish looked good however they did not do a good job removing dead skin on my feet. I paid $65 for a gel mani and gel pedi, the sign posted on the wall listed it for less $ so I was a bit surprised at the total. I will not be going back and they seriously need to clean tools and equipment between customers before someone gets an infection!

The sign on the door stated no one may come in without a mask. The small place exceeded 10 people and 3 were without masks. Renes work was great. If I dont go back, it will be because of the masks.

Finally I found my go-to place for manicures and pedicures. The women, my favorite tech is Van, are very good technicians. They’re kind, happy, knowledgeable about their craft plus willing to help & advise their customers. The best aspect of Miss Nails, at last for me, the shop is clean! I highly recommend this nail salon.

Called and said my daughter and I could come right in. Got in, 3 people did my nails. It was very strange. One prepped, one started and another finished. No one said I was done, have had nails done other places and many steps were skipped. would not be bugged if my nails had been done correctly. After one week, you can see nails through the gel and color is so uneven. Many hangnails and peelings! Not a happy person! Will not ever go back!

We went on a sunday morning right when they opened. They were quick to getting us in chairs, made sure we were happy with our manicure and pedicure. And wish my best friend a happy birthday.

First time there today.Last time ever.Thought I would try a new place.Dirty. Tubs were not sanitized,Piece blew off in water and “junk” in filter went in my water.So they moved me to another chair.My 10 minute wait was now up to 30.I got up and left sitting there reading their reviews!I’ll file my own toes today!

First of all all of my nails are crooked second of all she cut me use the same bowl that had my bloody water in it for somebody else then on the menu it said A full set of acrylic is $25 and then they told me it was 50 bc of the gel polish but they did not have normal polish options so yea save your money and don’t get an infection

Okay, Ive been a customer of this nail salon for months now. Ive brought my son in, my boyfriend, referred friends because there are some good caring people that work here. But I feel the need to retract my prior 5 star review! Lately the customer service is horrible. They DO NOT care about their clients and they are no different than any other street corner nail shop! They spend the whole time youre there chatting amongst themselves and carrying on.Nail people, wake up!! Theres a shop on every corner! If you want to be successful, at least pretend to care about the people supporting you!

Showed them a picture of I wanted and got something completely different. When I asked them to file and fix two nails, one of the nail techs said “I don’t know what you want me to do with them” and I didn’t get the ombré that I wanted 🤷🏽‍♀️😔 getting them fixed at a different salon tomorrow

I am impressed!Designs can be difficult and I’ve seen a fair share of disasters.I had a snowflake put on one of my fingers and he executed it perfectly. I’m obsessed!Not my first time here either, very good staff.

Would have given 4 stars because the daughter of the owner did a pretty good job, just one nail was a little off. When I asked to get it redone, the girl was already gone and her mother yelled at me for the whole salon to hear how it’s not their fault, how it’s the dip powder that has defects, and despite me saying that I understand all that, I just want that 1 nail redone, she yelled the same excuse at me the entire time she was redoing my nail. I might go there again if she personally does not do my nails or talk to me. It’s a shame that the owner is so rude and defensive for no reason.

There were 3 of us that walked in to have pedicures and manicures. After we waited 20 min in pedicure seats with our feet in water without 1 pedicure even started, we decided we would just get pedicures to save time.They then got started on 1 pedicure that was done before the other 2 were even started. One of us waited in the pedicure seat for 40 minutes before anyone began the pedicure.I understand being busy and I also understand we were walk ins, but if there was going to be a wait simply telling us when we walked in would have been nice and we wouldve just gone somewhere else. Then after all that the pedicures themselves were just ok, mine was done in 10 minutes and there certainly werent any extras. There was a horror movie with English subtitles playing as well which was strange. Needless to say we wont be back.

I waited for 30 min to get my nails started .. when the nail tech started my nails another customer who happened to be Caucasian decided she wanted to mani and she needed to be on a flight ....... The tech got up from doing my nails to do hers and i was waiting for another 30 min... They did a great job on my nails the first time but i would never return after this issue... HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!

Would not recommend. The price on the wall said something different than what they charged. Secondly they weren’t about their customers, changed tv channel to something only they could understand and not to the audience of many customers in the room. Rude.

This place is horrible and I wouldnt recommend this place to no one. The owner maybe nice, but the others are ruled and a little racist. Theyre so nice to Caucasian, like we all the spend money the same way. Im the nice person you would ever meet. I have to wait for hours to get a fill done which only takes 30 minutes or less. Im will never go back to this place...

The young lady that did my nails was very rude and charged me extra because I accidentally messed up one of my nails and she had to redo it. I can spend my money somewhere else.

This place is overcharging and ripped me off! The board inside, and the business card, says $35 for a full set with gel, and a pedicure with gel said $35 also. When my daughter and I were done they charged us each $45 for our nails and $40 for our pedicures. When I tried to dispute this they called and put their owner on who tried to say that gel was an extra $15 on top of the price, which was a total lie! Then when I corrected her, she said the board was 10 yrs old. They have not even been in business this long. Also, you cannot list the wrong price on literally everything you are advertising because this is false advertisement! I went ahead and paid it but will NEVER go back! They are ripping ppl off. I made the mistake of telling them I was a nurse and that is when they started overcharging. Before this, the price was lowerDo not trust this company or these ppl! Im disgusted by the way they did me and may still report them for this.

I was a regular here for a long time and after noticing a decline in service and them overcharging for things I decided to take my business elsewhere! I found another place that I LOVE (Rubys Nails) and today they were swapped and I couldnt wait so I decided to give Miss Nails another go round and it was the worst decision I couldve made. Renee did my pedicure and another girl did my nails. I got a fill(overlay) with gel polish and a pedicure with gel. No design or anything. They charged me 25.00 more than what I shouldve paid per their price listing. I paid them the money but I will never go back to them! I would suggest you go elsewhere, unless you like paying more for not even mediocre services!!

The entire experience was awful and my nails looked bad. I got the dip and the tech kept using his finger to pat down high areas on the dip which left darker spots on my nails. He finished with gel clear coat over the top that started peeling off within a day. He also cut me pretty bad and Im certain they use dirty instruments and never clean out the pedicure bath before refilling it. I will never go to this place again!
