Its been one problem after another since weve been taking our truck here the last couple of years. 3 starters in 2 years for some reason. They did something to where we couldnt check our oil in the truck because you couldnt pull the dipstick out. They took the train horn out of our truck without telling us about it and kept it. They fixed problems they said we had without asking us first. The list goes on and on. Im just tired of wasting my time and ALL OF MY MONEY with these crooks! I would never recommend this place to get your auto fixed!

Tony and his team are awesome! Found this shop when I was stranded on the side of the road and have been returning since! Always honest and accurate with diagnostic! They are friendly and somehow super quick every time! They have reasonable prices and are super knowledgeable. I recommend them for anything, every time!

I love this place. I trust them. They even remember my husband and my name when we call. Always fair and helpful. Great advice. Fast and friendly. Knowledgeable. I wanted to get them something special for the holidays and he said telling others about your service is all I ask. I was already going to do that and have in the past. Hard to find good really hardworking people in this business.

Our truck broke down. They came and helped us late one evening. We appreciated it. He told us within a couple minutes. It was our fuel pump. 2 things happen. They charged us for over a hour on diagnostic fee when he told us within five minutes what what it was. The mechanic did not install the fuel pump correctly the sensor was not installed correctly we almost have the same problem on the way home we had to go to a mechanic where we live and he said this was a mistake this would be like not putting a oil dip stick back. They told us they were going to pay us for mistake that was over $300 they’ve told us for over two months now and still no money

We came across this place because of Pride Auto and I must say that we have a new mechanic!! I am extremely apprehensive of mechanic shops because corporate places always try to add in things that you dont need. These guys dont! Even though they were super busy, he found time to not only get our newly purchased car in, but our old car got in as well!! They were honest and quick! Not only have I already passed their name out in the last few days, we have decided that this is where we will take our vehicles! I love honest and reliable people! If that is what you are looking for, look no more!!

I have used their services now on a few separate occasions and each time i have been treated with respect AND speed. Quick turn around services and i always recieve the best quality.

The mechanics and management at this facility are absolutely top notch! I have been screwed around at many places locally. At Pro Auto, the guys are pleasent to deal with, honest, and will give you the best deal that can be had. Highly recommend!

Brought a car to them (that I bought from the owners car sales lot, Pride Auto) 3 months after purchase and then 3-4 more times for same issues over the course of 6 months. Id be told the car was fixed, Id pick it up and immediately have the same issues. I dont know about other makes and models but they are incapable of working on Subarus. The car was a lemon from the beginning. I would not use their service again and do not recommend them to anyone else.
