In my experience with this company, i could comfortably say that they do as little as possible while quoting the everything. Ill explain. I posted screen shots of what i wanted to say, but couldnt.Like most, i had to file a claim through my insurance do to damages from a recent storm. Skyline came to my house and quoted my insurance just over 8,000$ to repair my roof (mainly on my garage and some on my house) and to fix and paint the interior of my house. My insurance approved with no hesitation. After the downpayment, i had a date set for my roof, then set 3 consecutive dates for the painting.While at work, i received a phone call from skyline asking if the roofers could come that day and was told that being the was not an issue. I approved the work. I came home from shift to find my garage, my yard, and my neighbors yard littered with nails, tar paper and garbage. Then I looked at the roof of the garage and noticed that the steel facia wasnt done correct. As i tried to inspect the other roof that needed to be fixed, i noticed that there was no trash or nails in the area. Which led me to believe, it wasnt done.A reschedule for the rest of the work was set for the following week. But this time, no one showed up. I called asking when the crew was coming. They advised me that they came and knocked, but no one was there, so they left. I advised them that i have Ring (a video door bell service) which at no point was activated by the press of the bell or the motion detector.I contacted my insurance, filed a third complaint and proceeded to request that they get pulled from the job.My personal opinion, skyline is unprofessional, unskilled company that doesnt actually care about the clients, but they do care about the money to attempt insurance fraud!

We had an issue but they handled it in a professional manner. They work with the insurance companies too so thats pretty good.

I have been working with SKYLINE DKIContents!! For 5 months! And because they saw the way a work and that I love what a do And more important I CARE about our clients thingsI got Hire THROUGH THE COMPANY AS CONTENTS LEAD 💪🏻 and I can say I love it! I just have to say good thinks about this company! For what I have seen! You have to love (Job) what you do! To do the things the right way! And NOT come only for a pay Check!Otherwise you would say and think it’s the worst work experience! Good think is that we DONT have that kind of people no more 👏🏻SKYLINE DKI STRONGER THAN EVER 💪🏻WE CARE ABOUT OUR CLIENTS!

Have nothing but good things to say about this company. Very hardworking employees. Project director, Doug, was amazing! Always answered/returned my calls/messages. Very reliable. Larome & Maria were wonderful. Absolutely no complaints, just praise. Lansing Cleaners were equally as good. Everyone I dealt with during this difficult time was kind & courteous. I highly recommend Skyline DKI!

We had a fire in our building on April of this year. There was smoke and water damage in our unit. That night when we where allowed to go back in and remove personal items. Skyline DKI was there. They said they worked along side the other restoration company that was there and they would clean up the damage. Well when it was all set and done the bill was over $6,000.I contacted them to give me an Itemized bill and give them our insurance information for the second time. I also told them that they had damaged our carpet when they cleaned it. According to the itemized bill every wall, floor and ceiling were cleaned. I found areas where there was absolutely no signs of cleaning that they claimed they had did. I took pictures of carpet and areas that were not cleaned and was told that the owner/supervisor had to review the pictures.Well fast forward a month or so we and we received another invoice stating it was past due. Skyline DKi has not answered phone calls from insurance and or filed a claim from them. These people pretend to be nice at your time of need only to take advantage of you and the situation. DO NOT RECOMMEND STAY, AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.

What a terrible company. Was hired by my insurance to replace and blow in insulation damaged by wildlife. Made a mess all over my house and did not remove the old insulation that was damaged. Worst customer service experience ever!

The worst company ever. We had water in our basement the day after Christmas and our insurance company sent them. By the time they arrived all the water was cleaned up and so the guy spent two hours putting down fans and spraying a chemical to avoid mold. Showed up the next day and spent less than 5 hours checking for water in walls (found none). He charged us $7700 bucks for less than 8 hours of work - an absolute rip off. In addition they pulled up all of our water proof flooring and took it with them after we asked them to leave it!!! DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!!
