Francisco and his workers were very professional and helpful. We are very pleased with the job that they did on our garage that was damaged by an arsonist. After waiting for state farm to release funds, all the work was completed ahead of schedule. Very happy with the results.

BEWARE, FRADULENT SCAM CONTRACTORS!!! THIS COMPANY IS A PRIME EXAMPLE OF MODERN DAY FIRE CHASERS!!! PREDATORY CONTRACTORS!!! Our garage burned down and this company was at our door the very next day offering their public adjuster and construction services. Is this even legal? You will deal with Francisco Eudave, Rafael Zuniga and Mark Manzo. We were very naive in our dealings with them in the beginning but boy did we learn fast. We signed a contract in which they stated that they would pull all permits and build a brand new garage with quality workmanship. Our experience has been a nightmare. The contract was signed in July 2014, the work began in late August and the permits were never pulled!!!! How can you dare build anything in the city of Chicago without a permit, but yet you are charging for it? Needless to say, after many unexplained delays the garage is not 100% finished, the permits were eventually pulled by the company and the garage completely failed the electrical inspection. The outlets that were installed were not up to code. If rain or water hits our concrete and the garage door opens those outlets will blow or worse someone can be electricuited. These guys cut every single corner that they could. This company had workers that had just arrived from mexico. They promised plywood and built with OSB. The construction of the wood work is cracked all over and there are holes where you can see light coming in. The material that was on my contract was substituted with cheap inferior material and the electric work was totally shot. I am unable to open my garage doors till this day. Mind you, this is a BRAND NEW GARAGE. We gave them many opportunities to finish and fix the work, but they just kept asking for more money. We had to put this to a stop. At this time, they are in the process of putting a lien on our home and we have hired an attorney to reverse it. Dont fall for their scams they prey on innocent people.
