I would highly recommend Caliber Collision. First off, the place was so clean, which is not always the case with body shops. Secondly, their employees are amazing—efficient, professional, and very personable. They also kept me continuously updated via text, which was awesome.

Not 100% happy with the process. I had two claims done here back to back. My mom always went with another collision company through Geico. In hindsight, I probably shouldnt went with them as well. But I decided to go with another company after checking the reviews. There was definitely oversight on some things. The process didnt go as expected being it was my first claim ever through insurance.

I had a pleasure of having my vehicle repaired after an accident. When I called the shop Jessica assisted very nice and professional. She was able to get me an appointment as soon as possible. They also keep you informed daily on the process as your vehicle is being serviced. When I went to pick up my vehicle they did a walk around inspection to make sure you are completed satisfied. They clean your car and the work they done has a warranty on it.

They service was very professional, and expertly done. They informed me step by step of all work and made me feel safe. I would use their service again anytime.

The people were very professional. Received my estimate and made an appointment to get repairs. They texted me updates at every step of the repairs. Explained everything. The estimated time of repair was completed a day before. My vehicle looks brand new, like the accident never happened. Already recommended this shop to two others. Will use them again if I have to.

Angie, Brian, and Tom were amazing. They kept me updated on everything that was going on with my vehicle. They helped me a lot and I highly recommend.

Our provider was Ed who made our experience the best that we have ever had in any repair shop. His shop kept in contact with us and within a couple of hours he not only found the problem which was the cylinder tothe key entry. He made sure that no damaged was done to the cylinder.He was very professional and very courteous and made sure that to contact him if there was any issues.

Great place, Great people, I’ve had to use them twice and both times they exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend. The funny part is I get more compliments on my cars paint job now, than I did prior to the accident lol. You won’t be disappointed with these people!

Words can’t explain how happy I am with the services I received from caliber collision. From the girl at the front desk to Ed the manager and the guys in the back doing hard work have left me 100% satisfied! I highly recommend getting your car fixed here. I was a little nervous as this was my first time getting a paint job done on my car ( bc it was side swiped) and it being a 2020 car I really was hoping everything would come out brand new not noticing the previous damage. Caliber Collision is as its name states, a high caliber, repair shop.

I feel they did a great job with my vehicle no issues with the work so far. They worked seamlessly with my insurance company. As simple as a drop off then a pick up.

I was told when l brought my SUV in after it was look at and what repairs they were going to do and how long it would take and if there was a delay with the pairs l would be notify. Each day my SUV was in the shop l would receive a text on what stage of repair my SUV was in.

I definitely recommend this place! I did experience a few delays due to parts being delivered late (Obviously NOT their fault) and i did have to leave my car there after the initial repair due to a few issues with the work that was done. BUT they had no problem fixing it up to my satisfaction and they even went out of their way to deliver my car to me since i live out of state. Customer service is amazing as well!

I had my passenger side mirror & mirror housing removed and replaced. It all turned out good and works fine. A couple of days to fix which I think is quick and they made it easy to have a rental car dropped off there.Id take my car there again.

These guys are amazing...Angie is so friendly and polite and professional and Jessica was knowledgeable about every question I through at her and assured me I had come to the right place...and when I received the finished product they had went above and beyond my expectations great team at western...I use my truck in pictures and shows and my guys were even more astonished...I love these guys great work and fast too

The ladies in the office are pretty amazing. I was kept up to date and it was finished early. Crazy storm ending with a big tree limb thru your windshield, roof and hood is taken care of by these folks in a completely satisfactory manor. And State Farm is the best too.

The people were nice friendly. The office was clean and the offered fresh popped popcorn. I highly recommend this business.

The margins werent perfect. I almost felt picky to complain... they took it in stride, admitted it was not right and immediately set out to correct it. By the time I got back from lunch the car was perfect. Thanks, Jennifer, for making it right! Kudos to the crew on the Hertz side who worked out the insurance problems as well!

This is the best body shop in the city hands down....2nd to none. I have brought at least 4 cars here and I havent received nothing but the best customer service .Tom who is the manager is the the best he treats your problem like its his this body shop is the best.

Took my car there for estimate but not sure if they do good work. I went there because my insurance company recommended them. One thing I can say is I didnt like the receptionist she wasnt very friendly at all. As a matter of fact, she had the personality of a ROCK.

I first went to the location on Wireton Road they were unable to help me and sent me to the location on Western. The Western location suggested I go back to Wireton Road when I told them I was sent by the manager they just look baffled and continued to tell me they couldnt help followed by laughter while I was still standing at the counter. After the run around I would not give them my business or recommend them to anyone.

Great job on my car

This used to be Zaks Hi-Tech, but it still has the same staff. Good place to take your car after an insurance loss. They work with your insurance company to get your car back to its pre-accident condition. The estimators are knowledgeable, and the bodymen are highly skilled, with years of experience.

Went here, they over charged me 20 percent on a quote to have work done here. Left and went to Custom 77 Auto Rebuilders, they charged me less to have the work done.

Its a nice place to get car repairs but depends mostly on your car age and insurance.

They do great body work.
