JOB SEEKERS: Please stay away from this location and the company all together. If you are entertaining the thought of working for this company, make sure you have the staff explain the WHOLE JOB DESCRIPTION before you waste your time sitting down for a 2-3 hour interview that was never for the title position they Briefly discussed with you.

A one star is completely to much for this location, completely unprofessional, a complete waste of time, How did it all start I applied on Indeed for a job, which didnt not specify that they were a staffing agency...which I learn when I showed up for a 3pm interview and did not leave until 4:52pm I was Working with a new girl ( Tammy) who was not even properly trained and a little racist and I should have reported her but I didnt because my goal was to get a job who cares what she was talking about.. Anywho after being there for 2 hours Tammy says to me Im going to have Sabrina call you tomorrow about the position. She knows a little more, I just said okay thank you and left.. I promise that was red flag 1...I was called the next evening and was told about a complete different position other than what I applied for -but accept the offer because I had been looking for a job...Tammy tells me to come into the office to go over the position..I show up and was told we need you to take a test, this is when I become irritably frustrated because I really felt like at this point this agency is being very Inconsiderate to my time and gas at the point and tried not to show it, because I thought was there to get information on a position not take another test that I later found could have been sent to me while at home I went to the back with the receptionist who was absolutely wonderful and very professional and you could tell she was trying her best the soothe things over with me because although verbally I wasnt voicing it body language told it all...so back to the story we go back to the front so I can take my test oh I forgot to say this was the second test but this one was for a clerical position, I sit down waiting at the computer for 10 minutes for an email with the test, Sabrina says ol I building your profile, I said you know what create the profile and send everything to my email I will do it at home, Sabrina says London I know you are frustrated but she is new and didnt know she could have sent you the test at home blah blah blah complete Charlie Brown is all I hear at this point because you guys sit here have people come all the way to your office spend hours building a profile interview just to tell them we will call you or we dont have any thing, or dont have complete information on the position it self but I said I understand, I was at disbelief how they waste your time - and to top it off theres more, I left. Maybe 30 minutes later I checked my email and guess what no test was sent so I called..Tammy answers I say hey this is London I still didnt receive your email for the test, in a calm professional voice like I have been the whole time dealing with Express staffing agency immediately Tammy tone goes up and say we dont have no work for you I didnt give you any attitude light way trying to tell me off for something I had already said was not her fault, because everyone has to be trained, I asked if I could speak with one of the other reps very calmly never matched her tone although I didnt say this to her I need somebody who knows what they are doing- which is nobody...but after asking to speak with Sabrina Tammy rudely hangs up the phone on me, I called back Sabrina answers I told her how Tammy just rudely hung up and I explained to her how unprofessional my experience with them had been and even proceeded to let her know that I was a customer service manager and take customer service very seriously at this point I could already see I didnt want to work for them but when you have a goal to get a job you kinda just ignore all the other bullcrap and move along and we had a brief conversation she sent the test to my email, to hurry and get to the end.. I completed a 38 question test over the weekend called Monday and basically Sabrina played like she didnt get my test results. Google is not allowing me to type everything but dont waste your time with them unless you have time to waste. I see why the rating was 2.3 like what about the people who are not writing a review..Complete horrible experience

People are extremely rude.Doesnt want to send people out if they live together or if they share a car .It shouldnt matter where you live or who you live with to get a job or even if you share a car .
