Great consulting firm that partners with their consultants. They placed me with a client quickly and in a role that is an excellent match for my skills. Everyone I have worked with at Vaco has impressed me.

At first I thought wow what a great company until you leave a contract and someone gathers your belongings only to never return them to me. Then I call and call and call to give them another chance and what happens I received a text message while waiting for my phone interview that said I’m dead to the recruiter so I guess that is what they really think of us temporary employees.

Completely unprofessional - dont waste your time. I was contacted by one of the recruiters (Hannah W) who wanted to set up an intro call with me. I re-scheduled my day to accommodate this - the time came and no call. I tried to call her but no response. I sent an email - no response. The next day I followed up with another call and left a voicemail - no response.If this is the way they handle candidates, I would hate to actually take a contract with them. Avoid - youre better than that.

Unprofessional, had an interview set up, they cancelled because of a schedule conflict after they picked the time and date. Then we rescheduled, I had to cancel because end of month overtime. They said we could reschedule, nothing so far with no response from my email or phone call. My point of contact was Kirk.
