The mechanic did an excellent job I’ve change the tires on my Dodge ram 1500! He gave great service to me. He was very kind and informative about the tires I was putting on. I had no problem with the price that they told me it would cost for each tire! My only problem is the total I got on the bill!! They did not tell me I will get a surcharge $4.80 for supplies used in the shop! Those supplies or a tax write off business! So I’m not happy about the surcharge that they placed on my bill!!! Other than that, I’m very happy with the service I got!!

The staff here were so helpful when we needed our van checked after a minor incident at 4:50 PM on a Sunday, 150 miles from home. They had us bring it in, put it up, made sure there was no damage and gave us the confidence to drive home. No charge!! Recommend 100%!!

My daughter had 2 flat tires stuck on campus at Boomsburg University. Since it’s Labor Day weekend it was impossible to get a tow. Andrew the manager left his shop, removed her tires and drove back his shop to get her new tires. He went above and beyond for her. We are so thankful for all he did. We 100 percent give him 5 stars but even more than that for his willingness to go above and beyond. There really are good people in this world and we can’t thank you enough.

This place is way over priced. The guy seemed to be extremely sleepy or on something as he looked like he was falling asleep taking my info. Said he didnt know who we talked to about the car, even though we had an appt. He couldnt find it. It took him over 30 min to put the info into the.computer to give me an estimate on how much the service was going to cost. I wanted front brakes, an alignment and maybe 2 rear tires. I was the only customer there and he said it would be over 3 hours to do the work. When it should have been only 2 hours for brakes and an alignment. The he quoted me $898 for the repairs. Needless to say I left and made an appoint with Bear Chrysler and its going to cost a 3rd of what Mr. Tire quoted me. I would not recommend this place.

They worked with my changing schedule when having new tires installed. They held true to their guarantee on the price shown from tirerack. The staff was friendly and courteous.

I’ve had several bad experiences with shops in the area, but never this one. The guys never try to sell me on things or services I don’t need, they communicate well and explain things to me, and never speak to me disrespectfully. Today I was helped by Brad and Kyle, and they were both very nice and got me in and out quickly. When I had a concern, they addressed it quickly and went above and beyond.

I recommend not going there..the gentlemen that took Care of me is an a**h***..and I think he ripped me off..the bill was 42.98 and he charged my credit card to the amount of 50.00..

This place is awful. One of the employees backed another customers car into my car and then tried denying it. I’m positive they won’t even Inform the other people. Left with check engine light on and brake light flashing. $800 later and my car is in worse condition. The manager also tried telling me my Subaru is two wheel drive so replacing 4 tires at once is unnecessary. What a joke. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE.

Came in with a broken valve at 4 pm on a Friday. They were SO KIND and fixed it right up. Will always be coming here for any tire needs!

Watched a mechanic back into a customers car while taking another into the service bay and turn around trying to deny it happened. Not to mention, I have had check engine lights left on for the the same issue being half done or the hoods still left unlatched at time of pick up. So to sum it up; do not go, unethical staff with little to no quality control measures!

I was quoted $1,039.60 for brakes and rotors all around—one word, EXPENSIVE. I I took my car elsewhere and got brakes and rotors for less than half that price.

The technician gave us a jump to get the vehicle to the shop,alternator was slipping only to find out ,it was just a belt.. The staff was very professional and courteous, and they got us back on the road. Great service

The Employees here are top notch! My daughter goes to Bloomsburg university and it’s so hard to find a reliable fair mechanic when you are away from home. She has had several problems with her car in the last 2 years and the mechanics are always happy to help and answer phone calls.

Awful terrible service, save yourself the hassle and hand-fix three quarters of whatevers wrong with your car and throw your wallet into the Susquehanna. This way youll only be out part the money these people try to upsell you, and your car will be more put together than how they leave it.

Oil change wZ upgraded without my knowledge. My 29 99 oil change was 65.00, but after my husband voiced displeasure, we were given a 15. 00 refund. Wont be back.

Charged way too much for 2 tires. Price online was 50.00 cheaper than what I was given in person . Then told that price didnt include tax and install. And do not make an appt online. It doesnt show in their system when you get there

Devin is the best mechanic I have ever dealt with. He is so helpful, so thorough with everything and very knowledgeable. He needs to be the manager and run the place. He was so honest with everything he told me and showed me about my car. I will only come here as long as I can have him as my mechanic. I have had tire issues and alignment issues for 3 years in a row, but he explained everything that was happening and has fixed the problem for me.

Had a very good inspection service. I sat in the waiting area and got to watch the mechanic.

Got tires last December with a wheel alignment. Just found out by a mechanic that worked there that they dont have the updated equipment to do a correct alignment. I went through a set of tires in one year. They were over priced too. Total crooks. Stay away!!!

I have been going to Mr. Tire (formerly Monroe) for over two years now and each time I have received great service! Jerry is always friendly and explains everything to novice car owners and the mechanics also give you the information you need to understand what solutions you can receive. Today I was advised about my front brakes needing crucial change and the mechanic physically showed me my filters and their cleanliness levels. Definitely a great place to go, especially if you’re nervous about other garages and their quality of service.

Ive been there multiple times to have tires either repaired or new ones put on and the service is always excellent.

Went to get an oil change. I was informed my car needed to be brought back because my brakes were wearing unevenly. I brought my car to my local auto shop to get it fixed. They reported my brakes were like new and there were no problems. They even showed me my brakes. Will not be returning ever again.

Doesnt pay its employees much and your life is In there hands Im sure they care for 13$ an hour

They dont stock many tires, they have to be ordered and wait 2 to 3 days, not a good thing for us that put things off to the last minute

I tried getting my car inspected on a Sunday for the convenience of them being open.During the manager and service tech greeting me, it was clear that the tech didnt want to be at work that day and made the comment that he was going to find a lot wrong with my car. I laughed it off, hoping he was joking.I received a call about an hour later stating the car was in need of brakes and pads.I didnt want to wait for the work to be done, so checked out and planned on taking it to a shop I deal with regularly that was closer to my home.I was surprised when that shop by my home, passed the car with needing nothing for inspection. I asked them specifically about the brakes and pads and was informed that they were still good.

I thought everything went really well, at first. The manager ? , Jerry, was very kind and helpful.... Once I left I started smelling oil from the engine through the vents. Popped the hood and my oil cap was LEFT OFF, AND PLACED ON THE FRONT EDGE UNDER THE HOOD. Oil sprayed all over my engine. Very very upset, because the manager knew I was preparing for a cross country trip. Will be letting them know tomorrow.. very upset. Ashamed that he would arbitrarily sign off on paperwork stating that the job was done up to standards when clearly it wasnt.If this malpractice is the standard, I would never recommend anyone going here.

Great service and the mechanics were on point

OPEN ON SUNDAYS. INCREDIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. My family and I would have been stranded if it havent been for this place. Jerry, the manager, knew we were desperate and yet dealt with us fairly. He clearly outlined what we the bare minimum that needed to be repaired to be operational and made sure we knew what was optional. Mechanics worked quickly but were professional and the place seemed organized. Bathrooms were clean. Jerry even recommended places to explore and eat within walking distance to pass the time with the kids. The price was fair as well. If you need repairs in Bloomsburg, this is the place to go.

Great job overall,done quickly with quality. People were great to deal with. Only down side is they are slightly expensive. Other than that I recommend fully.

I come in from out of state from time to time to help out my elderly father, and the good people at this store have gone out of their way twice to help me get my dads car serviced over a weekend while I was in town. Monro always fits us in or gives us a time that would be best to bring in our automobiles. They have completed each repair weve had to our satisfaction. If you have time and patience Monro is a great place to go and I would recommend them to our friends and family.

Came here for a simple tire fix, just an easy 15-20 min job. And ended up here for 3+ hours. And they ended up stripping my threads on my tire. NOT coming back here again. 0/10... Yes, this place is cheep. But I will not return until they get better staff.

Had a nail in a tire in PA while traveling from VA. It was a Sunday and the tire couldn’t be repaired but they got one from another shop and had it installed. I was able to drive back to Va without any concerns. Fast, friendly and reasonable!

My battery died at work. They were able to get me in before the end of the evening & change my battery. Very quick, efficient and personable. I appreciated the help and great service. Definitely would recommend!

I was 200 miles from home and my car broke down while driving in a snowstorm in the early evening. Fortunately, Mr. Tire in Bloomsburg PA was open and is a AAA service center.Jerry was a customer first representative and did what he could to see if he could resolve the problem. As I waited in the customer area others began to come in to pick up or drop off cars. He seemed to know them all, or at least treat them that way.As it turns out, my car need to go to a dealership because of a possible recall issue but they followed all of the initial steps to try and fix my car.I would highly recommend Mr. Tire in Bloomburg, PA.

Had an oil change and new tires. Carl has worked on my vehicle a few times now and was my mechanic this past time. He was very friendly and explained to me that there were a few things he noticed that would not allow me to pass inspection for next month. He showed me what they were and explained why it would not pass inspection. It was great to have that information given to me so that I have enough time to get it fixed before I run out of inspection. Thank you!

I was driving cross country on a Friday and ended up with a leaky back right tire. I stopped in and spent only about 40 minutes fixing the problem with Mr. Tire. Recommend for sure.

Friendly staff and good at what they do. For someone that does not know a lot about cars, they were able to explain the issues and procedures simply. They gave estimates of cost up front, and sometimes explained different courses of action for handling the issues

I deffinately enjoyed going to mr tire to get my oil changed n tires rotated n had my car gone over n it was done right ...not rushed like some places....i will deff go there in future for oil changes n other work...Jerry was very polite n very concerned about my vehicle n was polite to other customers that were waiting....i dont mind waiting a few minutes or lil while longer to get the job done right...and Jerry .the service tech was very polite n worked on my car like it was a 80.000 dollar car when in fact its worth 3.000. Just got a full brake replacement done and have been getting repairs here for a couple years now, no complaints! Everyone seems knowledgeable and I never feel like Im getting the run-around.

Dont ever go to this place. Got ripped off numerous times spent over $3,000 with them still have issues. I looked over work they did that they didnt do. Worst garage I have been to yet!Edit: I tried calling to file a complaint got a voicemail after a couple of rings. Also just got my golf back from another garage literally paid $226 for all the work that needed done not over $900 and also it turns out Monro could have killed my four year old son and myself because not only did they loosen my aftermarket suspension to the point it was about to fall out but the passenger side control arm bolt wasnt even tightened down or put in properly. I know this is a lot to read but if you truly value your time,money, and life DONT GO TO MONRO IN BLOOMSBURG,PA

I use Monro whenever I am visiting from out of state. This time was for a last minute oil change before driving the 300+ miles back home. The job was both quick and affordable. They are also conveniently located next to a Dunkin Donuts. Highly recommend!

If I could give 0 as a rating I would. Held onto registration and insurance without telling us because we said we might be back in a few days to get work done. Went back to go pick it up after we were told they had it there and no one knew where it was and were barely willing to look for it. Go literally anywhere else in Bloomsburg.

Have gone here twice now for an affordable oil change. BOTH times recieved fantastic service!!! (And was able to wait comfortably in the Dunkin Donuts next door.)
