Our front porch windows were relics of the 1960s, and had deteriorated so badly by this spring that I knew the time had come to replace them. We ended up going with Lisa Gruye and Pro Exteriors, and I am pleased with the results.For a very reasonable price we were able to replace the four windows, and they also agreed to install a new front entry door and storm door that we purchased separately.Our beautiful new windows are easy to open and close, and have secure locks. They came with an exterior vinyl wrap that will save us from ever having to repaint the trim.Lisa assembled a great team to do our project. She is upbeat and enthusiastic, and her eye for color and visual harmony helped us navigate the many choices available to us. Our installer, Greg, is an absolute gem, whose great craftsmanship and eye for detail are matched with a pleasant personality and a willingness to work with us on daily scheduling. Alfredo and the crew that did the exterior wraps were also good, working quickly and competently, and locking the door after themselves when they left.I am also pleased at how well the team cleaned up after themselves and immediately carted away all the trash created by demolition of the old and installation of the new.All in all, I am very happy with how things turned out. We had some wind damage that took some shingles. A friend who had worked with Pro Exteriors recommended them to us, so we called and set up an appointment. They came out to assess the damage and had our roof fixed that weekend. Very prompt and knowledgeable and they actually answer their phone. Would recommend!

Pro Exteriors through Lusa Gruye, marketing & design mgr recently installed 19 new Sunrise Windows (double hung, sliders, casements, and picture (Deadlite) windows in my home mid-November. I had 3 other bids (CRI Remodeler, Anderson Windows, and Home Improvement) but chose Lisa due to her knowledge, presence or presentation, and options that I was given for my home.
