I never take the time to leave any comments but this company was fabulous! I love love my shower door. Very nice people! Prompt & courteous. Great customer service which is hard to come by these days. I would strongly recommend. Oh and they beat the price of another company I received an estimate from by almost 200.00 less! =)

If you are looking for an outstanding company that can install new mirrors or replace old trim that has become aged and deteriorating , I would highly recommend the services of BJs Glass and Mirror located in Bloomington California,I am an elderly woman who lives alone and and the trim around by very large mirrors in my house turn a brownish rust color . They were located in my bathrooms. I had several companies to give me estimates. They told me I had to replace the entire mirrors. They could not just remove the trim. The cost was over 1$10,000 . I was blessed to call the company called BJswho came out and told me that they could take the trim off the mirror that had deteriorated over time. The owners of the company did the work in two days and did an absolutely outstanding job . I thank God for hard working, honest people like Cesar He came on time and did and outstanding job...

Two years ago, I ordered a glass surface for a small desk. It still works fine.

So grateful to find BJs Glass. Service from both the office and technicians were great. Fast and efficient. We had our gardener break a patio door with a rock. Contacted BJs around 2:00. By 2:00, the technician was there, replacing the glass. They invoiced the gardener the next day to pay for the service. Everything went very well.

Amazing Customer Service and beautiful shower doors. I had 2 shower doors installed and both are wonderful. They came and measure the area, listened to my ideas and created exactly what I was imagining. Looking forward to working with them again on my next project.

BJs totally went above and beyond my idea of a good job.Claudia absolutely came through for my family and I. She delegated the replacement of our kitchen window & our screen replacement on our sliding patio door.Johnny arrived & performed an impeccable job. He handled the window situation quickly & still took our screen door to the shop and returned to install it. Cesar and his team are amazing! They are quick and reliable. I had an emergency at one of my properties and Cesar was able to come out within a half hour to aid in my window repair. I would recommend BJ’s Glass to all. Very professional and great customer service!!!!

No nonsense great shop, great work, and very accommodating. I brought in a double pane window with moisture damage and they built me a brand new pane from scratch in 30 mins while I waited using all my existing hardware. There price was half what everyone else quoted me too. Every other shop I called needed to send out the work with a 2 week down time. Not BJs ! Thank you for the great service!

Best customer service experience!! I called a few shops and they all had extremely high prices for the repair of my metal frame single pane kitchen window that I wanted to take in to have the glass replaced. My last call was to BJs in San Bernardino and I spoke with Natalie and things changed. Within 5 minutes she gave me a quote and advised me to go to the Bloomington location (closer to me since I live in Ontario) and speak to Jazmine to have the replcement done the same day. I arrived at the Bloomington location and Jazmine was so friendly. She measured the window and confirmed the quote that Natalie had given me then told me it would be ready by 4:30pm which was only a two hour turnaround. Thanks so much to everyone at BJs Glass!!!
