I highly recommend All Seasons Roofing if anyone is needing a new roof. From start to finish Dan made this process easy and simple for us. Dan and Jared (The Operations Manger) checked on the progress and quality of the job as it progressed. The crew that came out were some of the hardest working men I’ve ever seen. They also did an outstanding job with clean up. Overall, our experience was great!Dan is the one who found the hail damage on our roof from last July. If anyone is wondering if they have hail damage, call Dan today. This storm was July 11, 2020 so it’s coming up on a year.

All Seasons Roofing were absolutely terrific! We needed a new roof and gutters because of a hail storm that damaged our roof last year. We had a metal roof and they helped us replace it with a TILCOR metal roof system. The roof looks absolutely gorgeous on our house, we are thrilled! They had to send several crews to our home for tearing off the old roof because it was a very big job: there were 8 (!) layers of shingles below our metal roof. The crews were super nice and worked so fast, it was super impressive. They also took a lot of care to protect our surrounding landscape and did a very good job with the clean up at the end of the job. One final note: this company took on our roof when many other local companies wouldnt (we call several ones). Our roof is very steep, which is a big part of the reason others did not want to go up it, the other, is that the tear down job was really huge and difficult. All Seasons went where all our local roofers (Urbana) wouldnt! We are super grateful!Anyway, we love this company and recommend it highly!(we added a photo of the new roof right after they finish putting it on and before the gutters and solar panels went back up so that you can best see the roof).

Had some problems initially, not with the work or the roof but with a sales team members practices. I went to the office and met with Kecia. We had an honest discussion about my issues and she informed me that the sales team member had been let go. She was very concerned about my satisfaction with the job and assured me that All Seasons would do what ever was necessary to make sure I was a satisfied customer. I am and would use them again.

All Seasons did a great job putting on our new roof. They were always very responsive to our questions and communications.

Where do I start. I literally have been trying to get photos for Allstate insurance claim due to COVID-19 claims adjusters are not going out to homes. The one guy who was supposed to get photos of the roof took pics of the house. He was fired.Then they were supposed to send someone else out and take the photos they told me he kept them in his phone. Beware as there is a rude young girl who answers the phone and will state if you dont like our response time find someone else mind you Ive been waiting since April 12th and today is April 23rd just to get photos to my insurance company. From the reviews I thought I was dealing with professionals. Please get that young girl off the phone before your business fails no customer service and seriously very rude. If you like someone who treats you rude when youre spending your money then ask to speak to the younger receptionist.

We had a tree fall through our roof during the recent ice storm. We contacted All Seasons and they sent a repairman, Ryan, out within an hour and a half. When Ryan arrived at the house, he introduced himself and explained the temporary repair process. After Ryan completed the job he explained the complete repair process. Ryan was very professional and efficient. I would not hesitate to recommend All Season Roofing to friends and family!

All Seasons failed to supervise the installation of the skylights properly. Construction debris was allowed to enter the house & hvac system. All Seasons failed to remediate construction repair & professional cleaning in a timely basis. All Seasons specified our project made their choice of professional cleaning company feel “uncomfortable” & canceled further cleaning. Our Insurance company stepped in within 10 days & provided an acceptable solution.

Prompt, efficient, early, and great value. We had a piece of flashing that came lose during the very high winds on 3/29/20. One of the very few whom actually answered the phone on 3/30, or even returned a phone call. Had an appointment on 3/31 from 10am-11am and Mikey was an hour early. Awesome. He did an amZing job & we feel that piece of flashing will never come off again. And the pricing was phenomenal, only $50. WOW! We greatly appreciate that someone at the office realized that with what is going on that price gouging a customer was not an option. An All Seasons roofer was a lifesaver when a storm was due and some shingles on my ridge cap had shifted off center. I called for a repair during a rainy couple of days and they reacted between rain events to re-secure the shingles. It has held now after the storm and a very high wind day. I rarely write reviews good or bad. But this experience TWICE (6 mos ago and current) has been awful. They keep saying someone is going to call me tomorrow but no one ever calls. It’s been two weeks. Had the same problem 6 mos ago but thought I’d give them another try. The girl answering the phone was completely rude. Would have been fine with a simple sorry for the poor service or lack of communication. Will NEVER call them again. Sorry to the roofers, your image is tarnished by the staff and communication. I’m sure you probably do good work.

Great people and they install Certainteed Roofing that came with 50 year 100% FULL replacement warranty using a Landmark Pro. Also came with a 15 year full algae warranty. I hated that black streaking on my roof. This shingle protects that from happening. Most of the other contractors only offered me a 10 year thats actually pro-rated after 1 year. I quizzed the sales person on this so called 50 year non pro rated warranty. It’s true, if my roof gets a manufacture defect such as granule lose or cracking in the first 50 years Certainteed Roofing will replace my roof at no charge. I pay nothing. It’s the best warranty I could find. 50 Years Full Replacement. Again, good honest people and a joy to work with. Thanks to all.

After climbing on the roof in the freezing cold and not finding anything definitive, Jason suggested he go into my attic to see if he could find anything. He climbed in the worlds smallest attic access and helped me confirm that I did, in fact, not have a roof leak. Charged me $500 to fix a leak which did not actually get fixed. When I contacted them they stated that they do not guarantee leak repairs and its just a chance I take when having them repair the roof! What?! I then asked him how he would like it if that happened to him and he said, oh well! He then said, Im firing you!. Im shocked! Will be contacting the Better Business Bureau and everyone else I can think of. This was only one problem, amongst other problems that I had with them with work that they did! Worst experience ever!!!!!!

I called All Seasons after a heavy rain came, and I noticed a giant water stain on our guest bed. The call was made about 2pm and they were there to check in out before 4pm, which actually really surprised me. I wasnt expecting to be able to get anyone out that same day.However, they didnt have the necessary materials on their truck to do the repair and said they couldnt because it was getting too dark. They plugged the leak with some caulk for a quick fix and told me they would be back after the morning frost to do it right. I woke up early the next day waiting around for them, never heard anything, and finally called at 11am to see if they were coming. They said it was too windy that morning, and the caulk would hold until they could get to it at a later day (but didnt actually tell me when that would be).I never heard from them again. I was never told what exactly needed to be done, and when I asked about a price they said they really couldnt tell me until they started working on it. I was left to assume they were never coming back until a $300 bill showed up in the mail almost a month later. I called the project manager and he claimed they came back to do the work the very next day, but since we were out of town I really have no idea if they did a darn thing to my roof, and its too late to go back and ask the neighbors if they ever showed up.I also have no idea what work was done or if it was enough to amount to $300 worth since they never told me what repairs were needed and never set foot in the house or attic to look at the issue from the inside.If you are looking for a team to show up and then claim they worked on your house at a later date while you werent home and just never called to tell you about it then use All Seasons. If youre actually wanting open communication, honesty, and transparency from your roofing company keep looking.

I had them out to look at my roof. The rep they sent out did not have a long enough ladder to get on the roof, which was fine since he was going to come out a couple days later. I attempted to contact them a couple more times. I heard back from someone in their office who was supposed to make sure someone got in touch with me to look at our roof and give a proper estimate. I never heard from them again.

Do NOT hire this company! They have employees who will come to your house and take money then refuse to do the job or pay you back. I reported to the company that their employee stole from me and they told me that was between me and him. I was told I was supposed to know their company policies and because the contract wasn’t signed then I am out of luck. Do not trust anyone from this company. If an employee steals from you they will tell you it’s your own fault.

Horrible place to go through!!!! They dont even tell you when they are there to work on your house. Just start working on it. My father was sleeping when they started working on his house. Then they show up waiting money when you dont even know how much you owe them. They sure dont know whats going on. You call the people that come out to get the check and they cant answer questions. So have to call the office.
