My husband just came home on Wednesday from having a total knee replacement. We thought we had things figured out where he would rest but we quickly found that was not going to work.I initially called Corner medical and spoke to Zac who was so professional and helpful. I explained what I needed. He was able to have a recliner delivered to our house that same day and within 2 hours! The delivery guys Jordan K and Steven were so cheerful and helpful,got it all set up...total game changerThank you

The staff at the Bloomington location were rude and condescending. I brought back un-opened stock from 6 weeks ago and was told it could not be taken back because anything after 1 month would not be accepted. When I asked why no rational explanation was provided. They stated that 1 month was the rule. Talk about building walls! I will look into changing my supplier.

Staff is courteous and greeted me right away, the clinician, Susan, had everything prepared to fill my sleep medicine prescription. My input was valued along with physician’s and Medicare guidelines.I am pleased to find Corner Home Medical provided me a handy quick reference guide they created to help me participate in successfully using my CPAP. Already day 1 into day 3 I now have the means to get a good nights sleep and do more of what I want with my day.

Great experience with these guys - I honestly didnt know the first thing about CPAP machines until talking with Jesse and Bob. I thought I was going to walk out with a machine that made me feel like Darth Vader but getting the right fit made all the difference! Top notch - thanks!

What a efficient and thoughtful delivery person!! We had a delivery for my dad and Jordon K went out of his way to call and confirm and make sure his timing would work for the delivery. My ordeal with corner home medical for my sister‘s wheelchair was an absolute nightmare but they did get her wheelchair to her and because of Brian the technician from Bloomington went above and beyond for us it all worked out OK I can’t say enough about Brian he is absolutely wonderful and I spoke with the owner of the company and they were able to help me also. very good people. Brian your the best. Thankyou soooooo much for all you do for me and Marcie😊❤️💕

Corner Medical told me the Hoyer lift rent would be $250/mo. They sent an invoice for $300. As soon as I received it I called them to ask Why the upcharge? And pls come take it. And asked that they not charge me $300 ten days later via autopay. They promised not to charge me the higher rate. They came and took the Hoyer ten days early -- and the ten days kater charged me $300! I would be wary of them. They are not trustworthy. And cannot recommend them.

I find it impossible to get in touch. I get emails that they will call, but never do. Machine I have just doesnt work for me. Been telling them for months. No response.

Melissa helped us pick out a lift chair. She was very patient and helpful. She even helped my wife find the perfect mask for her Cpap.We are gracious and thankful for her assistance.

We had a good experience overall. There was a delay in communication on our order, after visiting them in-person they resolved it quickly and got us out product.

This place has the worst customer service ever! I can never get ahold to get repairs done! Always a run around time to go to different company one who cares about there clients.

Melissa helped my Dad with a hernia belt. We showed up really early for our appointment but she got us in right away. Even helped look at some chairs as well. Melissa will be my go to person moving forward.

Worse customer service Ive experienced EVER. Walked in with a prescription for a walker from a doctor visit that day. Chose the one I wanted. The representative at Corner Home contacted my insurance company and confirmed it would be covered 100% with a prior authorization form completed by my physician. She advised she would contact my physician office right away to request the prior authorization on my behalf. Corner Home was not busy at the time. A day later I hadnt heard anything. Stopped in to check thinking I would be able to pick up my walker. Nothing had been done. No calls to my physician. Double checked with my physician and confirmed they had not heard from Corner Home. I requested my prescription back from them and am choosing a different company to work with. Im mostly immobile and in a great deal of pain. This is not acceptable business acumen. I would give them a ZERO if I could.

Almost feels like they intentionally waste your time. I called to find out exactly what is needed to dispense a standard lightweight wheelchair. They told me, I sent them everything they asked for and they told me itll be delivered in a week. A week goes by and nothing is delivered. So I call again and they say theyre missing something. They tell me what is missing, but I have already sent what theyre asking about. They realize this and say sorry, itll now be delivered in a week. Another week goes by and nothing is delivered. I call again and they say theyre missing the original item. Now they say someone has to call me back to see if something more is needed. Of course, no one calls. Absolutely terrible experience and I do not recommend doing business with Corner Home Medical.

Have been trying to get a CPAP machine from them for the past 4 weeks. When I called after 2 weeks they said they hadnt recieved my sleep results or my insurance when no one asked for my insurance. Then I called a week later and they said they still hadnt gotten my sleep results. Come 4 weeks and Ive been hung up on twice by the customer service. Extremely rude and wish I hadnt even spent my time on this

I recently obtained a wheelchair through Corner Home Medical for my mom, who has Parkinsons. It was not the chair she originally wanted (Medicare will only pay for a very basic chair) and she was very unhappy with how the chair fit and functioned for her. So after a week or so, we returned to the store in Bloomington to see what could be done and we were treated to an exemplary custom service experience by Jim. Jim heard our complaints and then took us back to his shop where he tweaked and adjusted moms chair (with the patience of a saint) until mom felt good in her chair and about her chair. This is how customer service is meant to be done! Mom and I left the shop feeling listened to, cared for and completely satisfied with the product we had been given!

I was in town on vacation and my CPAP machine broke. They took the extra time to help me out and saved the day. Great service!

Bloomington is a hole in the wall, limited stock of recliners... actually everything! I couldnt find prices on any of the product display walls. Service is so underwhelming I couldnt imagine if I had brought my elderly mother on this initial visit. While I was there an elderly lady was trying to order and the clerk wasnt listening or messed up the order and the lady was frustrated and not treated professionally. Skip this location...perhaps just skip this company. Head to Jackson Medical immediately East of there...fabulous service and selection there!

They are so helpful and usually in a timely manner. Send out supplies when needed. Just saw sleep doc today and must get in for a headgear fitting. See you soon . thanks

Brought in a prescription for CPAP supplies and an Oxygen Concentrator, completed all the forms and was told all that was needed was for my medical records to be sent to them. Never heard from them again. Still stuck using Fairview Medical at ridiculous pricing. Its not cheaper if you cant get service. At least Fairview Medical has better service, if you can afford the higher costs. Still looking for another reasonably priced place to rent the Concentrator.

Very efficient and friendly. After a nightmare experience with a home delivery company - I went to Corner Medical and was in and out with the needed equipment in 30 minutes. Insurance filed - done! They were great. I wish I had started here.

This is a medical device supplier. They have done a great job working with my mom and her needs post-stroke. Nothing fancy but suitable!

It should be stated some where that you need to be a patient of theirs to receive service. I just stopped here to get a replacement hose and mask for my cpap machine. To my disappointment and frustration they were NOT able to help me!!!

Tried calling to ask a question after 15 minutes and seven different people gave up good luck! By the way cash buyer. Hope you dont have to use insurance.

Terrible customer service. They claimed that they were not in network even though we verified that they are by both calling our insurance and checking online. They refused to assist us. Avoid this store at all costs!

Stopped in to rent a wheelchair for my son. The staff was very rude and unprofessional. We walked out and rented the wheelchair from another company.

Customer Service and billing departments are the worst. You will get passed from one person to anther with claims like the person you need to speak with is at lunch or on break or gone for the day takes them multiple days to respond and even at that, I still dont have an answer. If you have a choice - look elsewhere.

Complete waste of time. They misplace your papers, and take forever to get back to you. Save yourself and go somewhere else.
